On the basis of reviewing the development history of drilling engineering technology over a century, this paper describes the technical and scientific background of downhole control engineering, discusses its basic issues, discipline frame and main study contents, introduces the research progress of downhole control engineering in China over the past 30 years, and envisions the development direction of downhole control engineering in the future. The author proposed the study subject of well trajectory control theory and technology in 1988, and further proposed the concept of downhole control engineering in 1993. Downhole control engineering is a discipline branch, which applies the perspectives and methods of engineering control theory to solve downhole engineering control issues in oil and gas wells; meanwhile, it is an application technology field with interdisciplinarity. Downhole control engineering consists of four main aspects; primarily, investigations about dynamics of downhole system and analysis methods of control signals; secondly, designs of downhole control mechanisms and systems, research of downhole parameters collections and transmission techniques; thirdly, development of downhole control engineering products; fourthly, development of experimental methods and the laboratories. Over the past 30 years, the author and his research group have achieved a number of progress and accomplishments in the four aspects mentioned above. As a research field and a disciplinary branch of oil and gas engineering, downhole control engineering is stepping into a broader and deeper horizon. 展开更多

The globe faces an urgent need to close the energy demand-supply gap.Addressing this difficulty requires constructing a Hybrid Renewable Energy System(HRES),which has proven to be the most appropriate solution.HRES allows for integrating two or more renewable energy resources,successfully addressing the issue of intermittent availability of non-conventional energy resources.Optimization is critical for improving the HRES’s performance parameters during implementation.This study focuses on HRES using solar and biomass as renewable energy supplies and appropriate energy storage technologies.However,energy fluctuations present a problem with the power quality of HRES.To address this issue,the research paper introduces the Generalized Dynamic Progressive Neural Fuzzy Controller(GDPNFC),which regulates power flow within the proposed HRES.Furthermore,a unique approach called Enhanced Multi-Objective Monarch Butterfly Optimization(EMMBO)is used to optimize technical parameters.The simulation tool used in the research work is HOMER(Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources)-PRO,and the system’s power quality is assessed using MATLAB 2016.The research paper concludes with comparing the performance of existing systems to the proposed system in terms of power loss and Total Harmonic Distortion(THD).It was established that the proposed technique involving EMMBO outperformed existing methods in technical optimization. 展开更多

It is in the frequency domain that the PI controller is designed with constraints on sensitivity options to ensure the stability and robustness of its parameters. A case is evaluated on a motorcycle engine crankcase production system, whose simulation results confirm that demand fluctuations can be compensated by PI controllers under a normal demand. Piezoelectric-driven stick slip actuators have been drawn more and more attention in the nano- positioning application due to the high accuracy and theoretical unlimited displacement. However, the hysteresis of piezoelectric actuator (PEA) and the nonlinear friction force between the end- effector and the stage make control of piezoelectric-driven stick slip actuator challenge. This paper presents the development of an autoregressive exogenous (ARX)-based proportional-integral-derive (PID)-sliding mode control (SMC) for the velocity tracking control of the piezoelectric-driven stick slip actuator. Stability is guaranteed by rigorously choosing the appropriate PID parameters and the zero steady state error is achieved. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, experiments were carried out on a commercially-available piezoelectric-driven stick slip actuator. The tracking errors were compared with the traditional PID controller, illustrating that in spite of existing of modeling error, the ARX-based PID-SMC is able to better improve the velocity tracking performance of piezoelectric-driven stick slip actuator, compared with the traditional PID controller. 展开更多

Optimal control of arterial signals is critical for the effective operation of urban road network. With the goal of providing reasonable allocation of bidirectional green time while maximizing general bidirectional traffic progression along the arterial, this paper develops an improved general bidirectional coordinated progression model for arterial based on Maxband model. In the model, a proportional coefficient of bidirectional bandwidth demands is introduced and calibrated by adopting average link queue occupancy. The calibration method takes full account of actual traffic volume and capacity of each link, which helps to provide optimal control performance. Additionally,new constraints are added into the model and enable the model with two features: it can automatically select two-way or one-way progression, and the involved intersection unit can be either one-phase-one-approach or bidirectional symmetric release mode. The results of extensive simulation studies indicate that the improved model outperforms existing methods, markedly increasing the utilization of available bidirectional green time. 展开更多

Corneal Wavefront Aberrations in Patients Wearing Multifocal Soft Contact Lenses for Myopia Control

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the change in corneal wavefront aberrations in young adults who have been fit with multifocal soft contact lenses for myopia progression control. Findings have been analyzed for statistical significance and clinical relevance and compared to reportedly successful Orthokeratology outcomes. Methods: The dominant eye of 40 participants (27 women, 13 men;mean age 27.3 ± 3.2 years;range 23 to 39 years) was fit with Proclear Multifocal center distance lenses (Coopervision, Pleasanton, USA) having a variety of distance powers and reading additions. Refractive errors were limited to a range of –6.00 D up to +1.00 D of sphere, and no greater than –1.00 D of cylinder. Corneal wavefront measurements were performed over 6 mm diameters with a Zeiss Atlas 9000 corneal topographer (Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, USA) prior to, and following lens fitting. Data were converted into rectangular Fourier optics terms M, J0, J45 and RMS values for each reading addition were statistically analyzed. Following evaluation of statistical significance and clinical relevance, results were compared to published data from successful Orthokeratology treatments. Results: Statistically significant changes in higher order aberrations were detected for lenses of all reading additions. Lens groups with higher Add-powers demonstrated stronger changes with increased significance. Final RMS values relating to 2nd, 3rd and 4th Zernike Orders reached clinical significance with a wavefront error of 0.10 μm, the equivalent of 0.25D. Moreover, as Add-powers increased, 3rd and 4th order aberrations likewise showed an increase. Pre-fitting astigmatism values accounted for the highest recorded aberrations and remained predominantly unchanged. Conclusion: Proclear Multifocal center-distance contact lenses were found to increase higher order wavefront aberrations in a manner dependent on their Add-power. In comparison to successful Orthokeratology outcomes, the amounts of resulting aberrations are notably different. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is considered an important complementary therapy with beneficial effects for cancer patients. Elderly patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are a complex patient group with increasing co-morbidity and shrinking physiological reserve, and may derive substantial benefit from the supportive aspects of TCM Researchers from Shanghai Longhua Hospital found that qi and yin deficiency is a common syndrome in patients with stage III or IV lung cancer. This project was designed to study the combination of single-agent chemotherapy with TCM methods of benefiting qi and yin in elderly patients with advanced NSCLC. METHODS AND DESIGN: This is a double-blind controlled, multi-center, and prospective study with randomly selected participants from elderly NSCLC patients in China. Seventy-six patients who meet the inclusion criteria will be allocated into two groups, which will receive treatments of 3-week single-agent chemotherapy with TCM or placebo for four cycles Progression-free survival (PFS) is the primary end point, and the secondary end points are overall survival, objective response rate, time-to-progression, and quality of life (EORTC QLQ-LC43, and TCM syndrome score) Meanwhile, other end points such as toxicity, side effects and safety of the treatments will be assessed. DISCUSSION: Results from this study may provide evidence on the effectiveness, and parameters for the usage of single-agent chemotherapy combined with or without TCM on PFS of elderly patients with NSCLC. 展开更多

【背景】煤炭地下气化(UCG)技术产业化是保障清洁能源供给安全的一个可能解决方案,当前新一轮UCG技术探索热潮方兴未艾。【方法】系统梳理国内国际文献,评述2023-2024年期间UCG技术研究进展,分析UCG技术发展面临的主要挑战,提出未来重... 【背景】煤炭地下气化(UCG)技术产业化是保障清洁能源供给安全的一个可能解决方案,当前新一轮UCG技术探索热潮方兴未艾。【方法】系统梳理国内国际文献,评述2023-2024年期间UCG技术研究进展,分析UCG技术发展面临的主要挑战,提出未来重点探索方向。【进展】提出了基于UCG的煤炭能源开发利用变革性技术,认为发展UCG–煤层气资源–CO_(2)封存与利用(UCG–CBM–CCUS)协同高效联产工艺技术是推进UCG技术产业化的关键。UCG生产动态与过程控制研究重点范围有所扩大,完善了UCG传热传质模型和模拟方法并建立了UCG腔体生长过程主要参数数学模型,探讨了UCG生产行为对炉内温度、压力、气化剂配方、注气工艺的响应特点和变化规律,论证了UCG生产富氢气体的天然优势和成本优势,揭示声发射定位技术在UCG生产动态监控中的潜在多项功能。UCG安全研究关注重点集中在运行安全、地下水安全、地表沉降防控、碳减排4个方面,研究了UCG粗煤气爆炸特性、井筒喷淋降温措施和管材抗氢腐蚀特点,初步开发出耐高温回填新材料,提出了多种UCG地下水污染防控技术,形成多种UCG地面沉降及残余沉降预测方法,提出了UCG碳减排基本策略及“碳调减”主动减排策略。UCG地质约束与选区选址评价、井下关键装备与工具、技术经济性评价等方面研究进展显著,地质评价高度关注UCG工程行为对地层条件的响应,提出和论证了催化剂注入工艺、新型点火方式、外加电磁场激励加热、气化剂注入方式和工艺改进等新设想,成功研制可燃套管、连续管等关键装备工具,多种新工艺新技术设想颇具新意和潜在实用价值。研究展示了UCG粗煤气生产和利用的经济竞争力。首次实施UCGECBM(煤层气增产)高效联采新工艺现场技术验证。【展望】鉴于近期UCG现场实践揭示的重大问题,提出了UCG地质-工程一体化、施工技术水平提升、关键装备工具研发三大未来重点探索方向。 展开更多

我国胡椒病虫害发生与防治研究进展

胡椒被称为“世界香料之王”,主要分布于热带、亚热带地区,目前,我国是世界第六大胡椒生产国。近年来,随着海南胡椒交易中心的成立,我国胡椒的知名度和价格大幅提升,胡椒种植面积不断扩大,胡椒病虫害的种类和发生为害程度也在不断增加... 胡椒被称为“世界香料之王”,主要分布于热带、亚热带地区,目前,我国是世界第六大胡椒生产国。近年来,随着海南胡椒交易中心的成立,我国胡椒的知名度和价格大幅提升,胡椒种植面积不断扩大,胡椒病虫害的种类和发生为害程度也在不断增加和变化。2013年前,我国胡椒病害有32种,害虫有30种,目前调查显示病害已增加至35种(新增3种病毒病),害虫增加至49种(其中明确了胡椒仓储害虫种类)。尽管主要发生的8种病害种类未发生明显变化,但受环境及种植结构改变的影响,其发生危害程度不断演替,主要害虫的种类和发生程度均出现显著变化,如曾经发生较重的南洋臀纹粉蚧Planococcus lilacinus和丽绿刺蛾Parasa lepida目前已被为害较重的棉蚜、粉蚧(双条拂粉蚧Ferrisia virgata、长尾粉蚧Pseudococcus longispinus、柑橘臀纹粉蚧Planococcus citri)、盾蚧(樟白轮盾蚧Aulacaspis yabunikkei和矢尖盾蚧Unaspis yanonensis)及茶角盲蝽Helopeltis theivora等代替,此外近年来仓储害虫烟草窃蠹对仓储胡椒为害加重。本文系统总结了我国自引种胡椒以来,研究者对胡椒病虫害种类、主要病虫害的发生为害特点、发生规律及防控技术等方面的研究成果,分析了当前胡椒病虫害监测与防控方面存在的主要问题并提出对策建议,以期为我国胡椒产业的绿色可持续发展提供参考和指导。 展开更多

目的 探讨前馈控制干预联合三步式循序渐进训练对胃癌患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法根据干预方法的不同将128例胃癌手术患者分为对照组(n=64,常规干预)和观察组(n=64,在常规干预的基础上实施前馈控制干预联合三步式循序渐进训练)... 目的 探讨前馈控制干预联合三步式循序渐进训练对胃癌患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法根据干预方法的不同将128例胃癌手术患者分为对照组(n=64,常规干预)和观察组(n=64,在常规干预的基础上实施前馈控制干预联合三步式循序渐进训练)。比较两组患者的术后康复指标、生活质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果 观察组患者首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、进流质饮食时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,两组患者EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者EORTC QLQ-C30各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 前馈控制干预联合三步式循序渐进训练可促进胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复,提高生活质量和满意度,降低并发症发生率。 展开更多

五爪金龙是一种多年生草质藤本,现已在我国的粤、桂、闽、滇、琼等地迅速蔓延。可进行营养和种子繁殖,可忍耐多种胁迫环境,且有较强的形态可塑性,因此,可入侵华南地区多种生境。五爪金龙花期长达7—12个月,自然情况下主要是利用茎干繁殖... 五爪金龙是一种多年生草质藤本,现已在我国的粤、桂、闽、滇、琼等地迅速蔓延。可进行营养和种子繁殖,可忍耐多种胁迫环境,且有较强的形态可塑性,因此,可入侵华南地区多种生境。五爪金龙花期长达7—12个月,自然情况下主要是利用茎干繁殖,生长极快,在果园、林缘等生境中极易形成单优群落。其根、茎、叶及落叶腐解物都具有较强的化感抑制作用,成为其成功入侵的重要化学武器。目前的防控方法有人工清除、化学清除、生物防治和替代控制等,但仍有局限性。但五爪金龙有较高的观赏价值和药用价值,还可作生物农药和生物炭等。从分子水平上探究其入侵机理,深入研究其化感物质的产生和降解过程、化感物质和土壤化学性质、土壤微生物及动物的相互关系,有利于揭示其入侵机制,制定有效的五爪金龙入侵的防控方案。 展开更多

目的探讨心理控制感在血液透析患者恐惧疾病进展与心理社会适应间的中介效应,为血液透析患者心理社会适应干预提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年2月至4月西安市3所三级甲等医院血液净化中心388例连续住院的血液透析患者为研... 目的探讨心理控制感在血液透析患者恐惧疾病进展与心理社会适应间的中介效应,为血液透析患者心理社会适应干预提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年2月至4月西安市3所三级甲等医院血液净化中心388例连续住院的血液透析患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表、个人掌控感量表及疾病心理社会适应量表对其进行调查。结果血液透析患者恐惧疾病进展得分为(28.97±7.97)分,心理控制感得分为(20.52±5.65)分,心理社会适应得分为(54.34±18.15)分;血液透析患者恐惧疾病进展与心理社会适应呈正相关(r=0.249,P<0.01),心理控制感与恐惧疾病进展、心理社会适应分别呈负相关(r 1=-0.187,r 2=-0.569;P<0.01);心理控制感在血液透析患者恐惧疾病进展与心理社会适应间发挥中介效应,效应值为0.101,占总效应的40.56%。结论血液透析患者心理社会适应处于中等偏下水平,心理控制感在其恐惧疾病进展与心理社会适应间发挥部分中介效应。医护人员可采取有效的心理干预措施降低血液透析患者恐惧疾病进展水平,提升其心理控制感,最终改善心理社会适应状况。 展开更多

目的探索大语言模型在病历内涵质控与病程记录生成任务中的应用效果,通过合理的实验设计与评价指标,验证其在医疗场景中的技术可行性,研究有效的评估方法。方法设计包含内涵质控和病程记录生成任务的验证集,确保数据多样性与实际应用场... 目的探索大语言模型在病历内涵质控与病程记录生成任务中的应用效果,通过合理的实验设计与评价指标,验证其在医疗场景中的技术可行性,研究有效的评估方法。方法设计包含内涵质控和病程记录生成任务的验证集,确保数据多样性与实际应用场景匹配。内涵质控任务通过思维链优化构建提示词,通过对比生成结果与专家质控结果计算准确率;病程记录生成任务采用小样本学习机制生成内容,由专家修正后基于ROUGE、BERTScore指标及关键信息覆盖率进行综合评估。结果基于验证集的评估结果表明,大语言模型在内涵质控任务中准确率较高,在病程记录生成任务中能够有效生成符合医疗文书规范要求的病历文本。结论本研究验证了大语言模型在电子病历应用中的可行性,结合有效的评估体系,为智慧医疗场景下的AI落地和发展提供了参考框架和实证支持。 展开更多

The construction industry in the State of Kuwait has recently witnessed a rapid growth as the volume of construction projects increased significantly over the past decade. Because of the progress and growth of the industry and the size of the projects, the volume of disputes between the parties to the various contracts has increased accordingly. As projects become larger and more complex, their management and control become more difficult, especially in the absence of effective standard systems to for managing project progress and determining the delay, if any. Even the simple issues, as well as the large ones, if neglected and unaddressed in a timely manner, can cause huge problems that concerns to all project parties. Irrespective of addressing and managing construction delays legally, the resulting legal disputes always have other negative effects on the contracting parties. If the parties to the contract have an insight that enables them to forecast and identify the issues that may cause a conflict before it occurs, that eliminates a myriad of problems before they occur, and greatly reduces the chances of further conflict between contracting parties. This paper presents a framework for a novel progress reporting system that can help minimize contract disputes in the state of Kuwait. 展开更多
