According to the chemical and mineral composition characteristics of the fly ash,alumina can be extracted from fly ash through the calcining method by using sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate additives.The effects on leaching rate of alumina have been investigated. The results showed that the fly ash can be activated effectively and the leaching rate of alumina can be improved to more than 92% through this method. The best process parameters were the ratio of raw materials,i. e. the material weight ratio of fly ash,calcium carbonate and sodium carbonate was 1. 0∶1. 2∶0. 9. The activating temperature was 850℃-900℃,activating time was 3 h. This process has a potential application prospect and improves the value of comprehensive utilization of fly ash. 展开更多

Jinmudan,a new tea variety from Fujian Province has an excellent quality with a unique aroma like magnolia frogrance.To monitor the changes in the tea volatile compounds during the Jinmudan Oolong tea manufacturing(drying) process,the volatiles of tea samples were extracted and analyzed.Characteristic volatile compounds in Jinmudan Oolong tea were nerolidol,α-farnesene,linolenic acid,palmitic acid,indole,phenylacetaldehyde,cisjasmone,β-phenylethanol,etc.The content of nerolidol was the highest in four tested samples.The composition of the volatile compounds in microwave drying sample was simple,but its concentration was high,in which the main volatile compounds were alcohols and esters.The processing with combination of traditional drying craft and modern aroma-improvement technique could obviously improve the tea aroma,especially in level of epoxy linalool and jasmine lactone. 展开更多

[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a method for microbial limit test of Compound Yu E Nose Drops.[Methods] According to the Chinese Pharmacopoei (General Rules in the fourth part of the 2015 edition),the microbial limit test method for Compound Yu E Nose Drops was verified.[Results] Compound Yu E Nose Drops has a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis,and the inhibitory activity was significantly eliminated after increasing the diluent (1∶ 20).The recoveries were all in the range of 0.5-2.0 when the total quantities of aerobic microbes were determined by the dilution method (1∶ 20).When the total quantities of mould and yeast were determined by the conventional method,the recoveries were both in the range of 0.5-2.0.When examining control bacteria,Escherichia coli,S.aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa can all be detected in the test groups by the test liquid dilution method.[Conclusions] For Compound Yu E Nose Drops,the total quantities of aerobic microbe can be counted by the dilution method;the quantities of mould and yeast can be examined by the conventional plate method;and the conventional method can be used for control microbe examination. 展开更多

目的:研究火针温通法、苍耳子酊与复方甘草酸苷联合应用对白癜风患者皮损及Th17/Treg免疫失衡的影响。方法:选取2023年12月1日-2024年4月30日于笔者医院就诊的符合研究条件的70例白癜风患者,以随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各35... 目的:研究火针温通法、苍耳子酊与复方甘草酸苷联合应用对白癜风患者皮损及Th17/Treg免疫失衡的影响。方法:选取2023年12月1日-2024年4月30日于笔者医院就诊的符合研究条件的70例白癜风患者,以随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用苍耳子酊与复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用火针温通法进行联合治疗。治疗过程持续12周。比较两组皮损情况[白癜风面积评分指数(VASI)、皮损色素积分]、免疫炎症相关指标[辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、调节性T细胞(Treg)、Th17/Treg和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-17(IL-17)]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)];统计两组患者不良反应发生率和复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组VASI下降且低于对照组,皮损色素积分升高且高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Th17细胞含量、IFN-γ和IL-17治疗后下降,Treg细胞含量上升,观察组变化幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SOD、CAT和HO-1水平治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率和复发率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:火针温通法协同苍耳子酊外用,同时口服复方甘草酸苷可显著减少白癜风患者皮损面积,降低免疫反应和活性氧对色素细胞损伤。 展开更多

In this work, while applying a new and novel (G'/G)-expansion version technique, we identify four families of the traveling wave solutions to the (1 + 1)-dimensional compound KdVB equation. The exact solutions are derived, in terms of hyperbolic, trigonometric and rational functions, involving various parameters. When the parameters are tuned to special values, both solitary, and periodic wave models are distinguished. State of the art symbolic algebra graphical representations and dynamical interpretations of the obtained solutions physics are provided and discussed. This in turn ends up revealing salient solutions features and demonstrating the used method efficiency. 展开更多

为实现石化行业甲苯废气的高效治理与溶剂资源化回收,采用溶剂热法合成锆基金属有机框架材料UiO-66,以石化行业典型VOCs污染物甲苯为代表,探究不同反应温度和反应物配比对UiO-66吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,在100℃、n(Zr^(4+)):n(H_(... 为实现石化行业甲苯废气的高效治理与溶剂资源化回收,采用溶剂热法合成锆基金属有机框架材料UiO-66,以石化行业典型VOCs污染物甲苯为代表,探究不同反应温度和反应物配比对UiO-66吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,在100℃、n(Zr^(4+)):n(H_(2)BDC)=1∶1.2条件下合成的UiO-66,其比表面积提升了32.6%,甲苯吸附量提高46.9%,显示出对VOCs优异的吸附潜能。经过5次吸脱附循环实验后,吸附率仍可达91.1%,表明材料在实际工业再生条件下具有良好的稳定性。通过动力学和吸附机理分析,优化的合成条件增加了材料的孔隙率,提供了更多不饱和金属位点,从而显著提高了对甲苯等芳香烃类VOCs的吸附性能,为开发高效、稳定、可再生的VOCs吸附材料提供了明确的工艺参数与性能数据,有助于推动UiO-66在石化行业废气处理工程中的实际应用。 展开更多

香菇山楂复合果酱的配方优化及品质分析

为研发一款营养健康、风味独特的香菇山楂复合果酱,以香菇与山楂的质量比、白砂糖添加量、柠檬酸添加量、果胶添加量为考察因素,以感官评分为响应值,分别采用模糊综合评判法和Box-Behnken响应面法进行工艺优化和产品研发,并对成品的感... 为研发一款营养健康、风味独特的香菇山楂复合果酱,以香菇与山楂的质量比、白砂糖添加量、柠檬酸添加量、果胶添加量为考察因素,以感官评分为响应值,分别采用模糊综合评判法和Box-Behnken响应面法进行工艺优化和产品研发,并对成品的感官评分、理化指标、微生物指标、品质特性进行测定。结果表明,Box-Behnken响应面法优化的香菇山楂复合果酱的感官评分最高,工艺配方为香菇与山楂的质量比2∶8、白砂糖添加量31%、柠檬酸添加量0.2%、果胶添加量0.5%。按照此配方研发的香菇山楂复合果酱色泽均匀一致,呈深红色,酸甜适中,口感柔和润滑,感官品质最佳。理化指标结果表明香菇山楂复合果酱的总糖含量为46.09%,可溶性固形物含量为51.31%,多酚含量为190.23 mg/100 g,V_(C)含量为6.39 mg/100 g,DPPH自由基清除率为96.91%,并具有稳定的质构和良好的涂抹性。微生物指标检测结果表明,菌落总数≤1 CFU/g,未检出霉菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,符合国家标准。该研究明确了香菇山楂复合果酱的制备工艺配方,为新型风味果酱的研发提供了理论参考。 展开更多
