Methods: from May 2019 to May 2020, 88 patients with non-stomach deficiency and stomachache in our hospital were selected, and all of them were divided by drawing lot as the observation group (44 cases, acupuncture treatment) and the control group (44 cases, acupuncture treatment alone). The total effective rate and quality of life score of the two groups were observed. Results: there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before treatment, but there was significant difference in total effective rate and quality of life score between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with moxibustion can achieve high therapeutic effect for patients with epigastric pain of spleen stomach deficiency cold type, effectively alleviate patients' clinical symptoms and improve patients' quality of life score, which can be vigorously promoted in clinical experiments.展开更多

After intervening for 3 menstrual cycles,visual analogue scale and the COX menstrual symptom scale were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of graphene waist protector. [Results] The clinical effective rate of dysmenorrhea in experimental group was 64. 00%,while that of control group was 72. 54%. With the effective rate of symptoms,the test group was 56. 00% and the control group was 64. 70%; VAS dysmenorrhea visual score,duration of dysmenorrhea,severity of COX dysmenorrhea and duration of symptoms after intervention were significantly decreased in both experimental group and control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); for the differences of the scores before and after the intervention: the differences of the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant( P < 0. 05) compared with those of the blank group. There was no significant difference between experimental group and control group( P > 0. 05). [Conclusions] Graphene belt of experimental group and Tongjingbao granules of control group both have therapeutic effects on dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type. To cope with this discrepancy owing to EMF steep reduction and understand the difference between type K heavy gauge sheathed thermocouple cables and small ones, the affects of EMF from sheath pipe, drawing times, annealing temperature, annealing time and annealing way were mainly studied and appropriately analyzed. The results show the change in the thermal EMF is related with the residual stress and crystal defects, which are imparted by cold work during manufacture. The affects of cold work can be removed by annealing. Finally, a feasible way of fabricating heavy gauge sheathed thermocouples was suggested according to practical situation.展开更多

Fatigue speci...This study presents the fatigue response of 304 stainless steel foil, cold-rolled to a thickness of 3.2 μm with 87 percent cold work at orientations of 0, 45, and 90 degrees to the direction of rolling. Fatigue specimens were fabricated by laminating a supportive layer of 20-μm polyimide film to one side of the foil and patterning 242 crack initiation features by photolithographic process. Progression of fatigue damage was determined through electrical resistance measurement. The fatigue response was demonstrated to be largely affected by anisotropy existing between the rolling direction and the off-axis orientations. Fatigue cracks that traveled in a direction parallel to the elongated grains (cyclic loads applied at 90-degree orientation to foil rolling direction) had the most fatigue response (undesirable characteristic). The construction of the specimens with thin foil supported by a film backing contributed to high fatigue threshold.展开更多
This paper reported an effectiveness of pre-cold rolling-induced{332}/113[twins combined with subsequent isothermal x-phase formation for enhancement of uniform elongation in a b-type Ti–15Mo alloy with high yield s...This paper reported an effectiveness of pre-cold rolling-induced{332}/113[twins combined with subsequent isothermal x-phase formation for enhancement of uniform elongation in a b-type Ti–15Mo alloy with high yield strength level.Mechanical{332}/113[twins were induced by cold rolling with an thickness reduction of 5%,which had little effect on x-phase precipitation after aging at 573 K for 3.6 ks.Twinning after the cold rolling was further activated during tensile deformation,even with the presence of isothermal x-phase.This combination of twins and x-phase enhanced uniform elongation from 0 to 9%at yield strength level of 890 MPa.The high yield strength was mainly dominated by dislocation slip due to the isothermal x-phase formation,and early onset of plastic instability after yielding was hindered due to the pre-cold rolling-induced twins.Dynamic microstructural refinement was induced by further twinning activation during deformation,which resulted in high work hardening rate corresponding enhancement of uniform elongation.展开更多

The cold rolling and recrystallizati...NiW alloys were fabricated by cold isostatic pressing, the W content being 5, 7 and 9.3 at%, respectively. The NiW substrates were obtained by rolling assisted biaxially texturing. The cold rolling and recrystallization textures of NiW substrates were systematically studied by X-ray and EBSD, which revealed a variation of rolling texture in NiW substrates with increasing W content, which also influenced the copper (C) type and brass (B) type texture, as well as the transition between them. In addition, the recrystallization texture was influenced by the cold rolling texture. The main observations are: (1) Deformation twinning and orientation banding attributed to the cross slip and it is strongly related to the stacking fault energy which has a decisive effect on the texture transition from C to B type texture in NiW substrates with the W content increase. (2) The recrystallization cube texture is strongly related to the rolling texture. The C type texture was obtained in Ni5W substrates with 99% reduction, and was beneficial for the formation of the cube texture after recrystallization. The B type texture was obtained in Ni9W substrates with 99% reduction, and it was hard to obtain the cube texture, where a large number of annealing twins were formed during recrystallization process, leading to the formation of rotating cube texture, and thereby affecting the formation of sharp cube texture in Ni9W substrate.展开更多
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external therapy on knee osteoarthritis patients with different TCM constitutions using musculoskeletal ultrasonography and contrast...Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external therapy on knee osteoarthritis patients with different TCM constitutions using musculoskeletal ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, and to explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in knee joint diseases. Methods: A total of 57 patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to May 2021 were collected, and they were divided into qi stagnation and blood stasis type group (23 cases) and cold-dampness obstruction type group (34 cases) according to the traditional Chinese medicine method. All patients were given acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation and washing. All patients underwent musculoskeletal ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography before and after treatment, observed and recorded relevant data, and compared the treatment effects between the two groups. Results: 85.96% (49/57) of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) patients had suprapatellar bursa effusion, 42.1% (24/57) had iliotibial band bursae effusion, some of which had poor sound transmission, and thickened synovium was seen in most effusions, 33.33% (19/57) had osteophyte formation. Compared with before treatment, the depth of suprapatellar sac effusion in the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type group decreased after treatment (P Conclusion: Musculoskeletal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was used to quantitatively evaluate the efficacy of TCM external therapy on KOA for different TCM constitutions. Methods: a total of 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets;The observation group was treated with conventional therapy plus Banxia Xiexin Decoction, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the overall clinical effect of the observation group was better, mainly reflected in two aspects: one is the level of TCM syndrome score, the other is the significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the Banxia Xiexin Decoction can achieve good results in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with mixed cold and heat, and it is worthy of popularization and application.展开更多
