Methods: the 200 children who did not receive circulatory management from May 2019 to April 2020 were used as the reference group, and the 200 children who received circulatory management from May 2020 to April 2021 were included as the circulation group. Comparing the changes in the level of care in general pediatrics before and after the implementation of PDCA, and calculate the incidence of nosocomial infections and adverse events in the two groups. Results: the score of nursing level was significantly higher than that of the circulating group, and the incidence of nosocomial infection and adverse events was significantly lower than that of the reference group, with P < 0.05. Conclusion: the use of circular management in general pediatrics can effectively improve the nursing level score, and significantly improve the overall quality of general pediatrics nursing in the process of reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection and adverse events.展开更多
