Based on 3D, steady N-S equations and k-e turbulence model, Fluent was employed to do numerical simulation for lateral aerodynamic performance of 6-axis X2K double-deck container trains with two different loading form...Based on 3D, steady N-S equations and k-e turbulence model, Fluent was employed to do numerical simulation for lateral aerodynamic performance of 6-axis X2K double-deck container trains with two different loading forms, and speed limits of the freight trains were studied. The result indicates that under wind environment: 1) As for vehicles without and with cross-loaded structure, aero-pressure on the former is bigger, but air velocity around the latter is larger; 2) When sideslip angle θ=0°, the airflow is symmetry about train vertical axis; when θ〉0°, the airflow is detached at the top of vehicles, and the air velocity increases above the separated line but decreases below it; 3) With θ increasing, the lateral force on the mid vehicle firstly increases but decreases as θ=75°; 4) When the 6-axis X2K fiat car loads empty boxes of a 40 ft and a 48 ft at 120 km/h, the overturning wind speed is 25.19 m/s, and the train should be stopped under the 12th grade wind speed.展开更多
The increasing prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder makes it as considerable issue worldwide.Recent studies addresses the hot topic of Mirror Neuronal System(MNS)confers behind the ASD.However,the cause is uncertain...The increasing prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder makes it as considerable issue worldwide.Recent studies addresses the hot topic of Mirror Neuronal System(MNS)confers behind the ASD.However,the cause is uncertain,Indian population prone to varied prenatal and postnatal factors of the condition.Indian parents and professional still be at the initial awareness phase of the spectrum.Years of delay in identification and intervention while comparing with world standards due to various Indian socio-economic and socio-cultural factors.Less availability of screening and diagnostic tools headed to relay on culturally irrelevant and expensive international tools.Government funded research initiatives developed ISAA,INDT-ASD,CASI and AIIMS Modified INDT-ASD as culturally relevant indigenous tools and available on practice.So far,the tools have their own advantages and limitations,requires further research and progression.Owing to scarcity of trained professionals for a wide population range,home based parent-mediated therapies be the most preferred mode of therapy.However,the therapeutic options vary with people.The study aimed to ascertain the present Indian scenario,look upon the awareness about the condition,availability of screening and diagnostic facilities,the early identification and timely intervention program.In addition,the study briefly confers the biological and clinical background of ASD.展开更多
Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)is a positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus.The 3′end of TMV genome is consisted of an upstream pseudoknot domain(UPD)and a tRNA-like structure(TLS),both of which are important RNA elements...Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)is a positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus.The 3′end of TMV genome is consisted of an upstream pseudoknot domain(UPD)and a tRNA-like structure(TLS),both of which are important RNA elements to enhance TMV replication and translation.Deep-sequencing analysis revealed that TMV-specific viral small interfering RNAs(vsiRNAs)were generated in TMV-infected Nicotiana benthamiana plants.A vsiRNA derived from the juxtaposition between UPD and TLS,named TMV-vsiRNA 22 nt(6285–6306),possessed high sequence complementarity to a host gene which encodes a C2-domain abscisic acid(ABA)-related(CAR)7-like protein.CAR proteins play a critical role in ABA signaling pathway.The CAR protein-encoding gene was amplified from N.benthamiana leaves and termed as Nb-CAR7.In TMV-infected plants,accumulation of Nb-CAR7 transcripts was significantly decreased,as compared with that of mock-inoculated and TMV-43A-infected plants.TMV-43A is a mutant without the UPD sequence in its genome.Overexpression of Nb-CAR7 led to decreased TMV RNA accumulation in the TMV-inoculated leaves.Silencing of Nb-CAR7 enhanced TMV replication and resulted in a higher viral RNA accumulation.In addition,the expression level of Nb-CAR7 was positively correlated to that of a low-temperature-induced ABA responsive gene(LTI65).The effect of Nb-CAR7 on TMV RNA accumulation in host plants was linked to ABA signaling pathway.In conclusion,a vsiRNA derived from the juxtaposition between UPD and TLS at the 3′UTR of TMV targets a host CAR7 gene.展开更多
