Understanding aqueous foam with novel CO2-soluble surfactants for controlling CO2 vertical sweep in sandstone reservoirs 被引量:4

The ability of a novel nonionic CO2 -soluble surfactant to propagate foam in porous media was compared with that of a conventional anionic surfactant(aqueous soluble only)through core floods with Berea sandstone cores.Both simultaneous and alternating injections have been tested.The novel foam outperforms the conventional one with respect to faster foam propagation and higher desaturation rate.Furthermore,the novel injection strategy,CO2 continuous injection with dissolved CO2 -soluble surfactant,has been tested in the laboratory.Strong foam presented without delay.It is the first time the measured surfactant properties have been used to model foam transport on a field scale to extend our findings with the presence of gravity segregation.Different injection strategies have been tested under both constant rate and pressure constraints.It was showed that novel foam outperforms the conventional one in every scenario with much higher sweep efficiency and injectivity as well as more even pressure redistribution.Also,for this novel foam,it is not necessary that constant pressure injection is better,which has been concluded in previous literature for conventional foam.Furthermore,the novel injection strategy,CO2 continuous injection with dissolved CO2 -soluble surfactant,gave the best performance,which could lower the injection and water treatment cost. 展开更多

The photochemical conversion of SO_(2) to sulfates on 4-(benzoyl)benzoic acid(4-BBA)was investigated deeply in the presence of anionic and cationic surfactants.The types of surfactants determined their effect behaviors,and cationic surfactants can significantly enhance the SO_(2) oxidation on 4-BBA under irradiation,as shown by larger SO_(2) uptake coefficients and sulfate production.Hydrophilic moieties in cationic surfactants have a greater enhancement effect on the photochemical conversion of SO_(2) to sulfates than the corresponding hydrophobic moieties.Cationic surfactants obviously increased the accumulation of H_(2)O on the surface,which was proved to be the main factor influencing the SO_(2) uptake and the sulfate formation on 4-BBA.SO_(2) lifetime and sulfate formation rate in the mixture system of photosensitive substances with surfactants were evaluated to be 2.25 days and 0.09μg/(m^(3)·h),respectively. 展开更多

In this study,a series of polyetherimide/SBA-15: 2-D hexagonal P6 mm,Santa Barbara USA(PEI/SBA-15) adsorbents modified by phosphoric ester based surfactants(including tri(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate(TEP),bis(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate(BEP) and trimethyl phosphonoacetate(TMPA))were prepared for CO2 adsorption.Experimental results indicated that the addition of TEP and BEP had positive effects on CO2 adsorption capacity over PEI/SBA-15.In particular,the CO2 adsorption amount could be improved by around 20% for 45PEI-5TEP/SBA-15 compared to the additive-free adsorbent.This could be attributed to the decrease of CO2 diffusion resistance in the PEI bulk network due to the interactions between TEP and loaded PEI molecules,which was further confirmed by adsorption kinetics results.In addition,it was also found that the cyclic performance of the TEP-modified adsorbent was better than the surfactant-free one.This could be due to two main reasons,based on the results of in situ DRIFT and TG-DSC tests.First and more importantly,adsorbed CO2 species could be desorbed more rapidly over TEP-modified adsorbent during the thermal desorption process.Furthermore,the enhanced thermal stability after TEP addition ensured lower degradation of amine groups during adsorption/desorption cycles. 展开更多

3.0F-Ag_(x)Co催化剂的制备及其催化分解N_(2)O

N_(2)O作为继CO_(2)和CH_(4)后的第三大温室气体,对大气环境危害极大。本文以表面活性剂F127为络合剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列Ag掺杂的钴基过渡金属氧化物催化剂3.0F-AgxCo(x=0~0.1),并用于直接催化分解N_(2)O的研究。研究发现,与3.0F-Co_(3)O_(4)相比,Ag以Ag_(2)O的形式高度分散在催化剂表面。助剂Ag的加入减小了Co_(3)O_(4)的平均晶粒尺寸,削弱了Co—O键,从而显著增强了催化剂的低温活性。同时,由于Co—O键的削弱促进了催化剂表面氧空位的再生,使得3.0F-Ag_(0.02)Co催化剂在反应中的活化能降低,并表现出更高的比反应速率。此外,3.0F-Ag_(0.02)Co催化剂在5%(体积分数)O_(2)+100μL/L NO+2%(体积分数)H_(2)O的共同影响下依然具有较高的催化活性和稳定性,在15h以上的稳定性测试中,400℃时仍能维持85%的N_(2)O转化率。 展开更多

The results showed that the toxic effect of HDTMAB on Alexandrium sp. LC3 was significantly reduced in the presence of Ca 2+, especially under 4 mmol/L of Ca 2+. To understand the underlying mechanism, the SH group and MDA content of the cell membrane and membrane permeability were measured. It was found that the SH content of cell member increased, the MDA content and membrane permeability decreased when Alexandrium sp. was treated with Ca 2+ and HDTMAB complex, compared with using HDTMAB only. The data suggested that Ca 2+ might promote HDTMAB stress resistance of Alexandrium sp. LC3 by reducing the permeability and increasing the stability of cell membrane. 展开更多

Perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) or perfluorooctane sulphonate(PFOS) was one of the most prominent fluorosurfactants and applied widely in firefighting and daily chemical, etc. However, these surfactants have recently been identified as toxic and undegradability in the environment. Developing an efficient approach to environment-friendly fluorosurfactants is essential. A fluorocarbon branched chain strategy was adopted to develop/PFOS substitutes. A series of intermediates of novel branched fluorinated surfactants with CF_3 CF_2CF_2C(CF3)_2 group were synthesized from perfluoro-2-methyl-2-pentene. All the steps were mild, easy-handled and cheap. It is expected to be a very significant direction for the development of non-bioaccumulable alternatives of PFOA or PFOS. 展开更多

CO_(2)和二醇直接聚合制备碳酸酯是一种绿色高效的CO_(2)应用途径,CeO_(2)在该反应体系中表现出良好的催化性能。本研究以NaOH为沉淀剂,采用水热法制备纳米CeO_(2)催化剂,探究了焙烧温度(500、600、700℃)和不同类型表面活性剂(阳离子、阴离子和非离子型)对CeO_(2)结构和性质的影响规律。当焙烧温度为600℃时,CeO_(2)结晶度良好且缺陷位点数量超过其他焙烧温度制得样品。各类表面活性剂(阳离子、阴离子和非离子型)能有效提高CeO_(2)表面氧空位浓度,25℃下的CO_(2)吸收量最高可达0.532mmol/g。基于以上研究,将制备的一系列CeO_(2)催化剂应用于CO_(2)和二醇一步法合成聚碳酸酯的反应中,可有效提高反应体系的转化率和选择性。结果表明,不同焙烧温度和表面活性剂制备的CeO_(2)的催化活性存在显著差异。以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作为表面活性剂,在600℃下焙烧得到的CeO_(2)显示出最高的催化活性和选择性(1,6-己二醇转化率为91.0%,聚(6-羟基己基)碳酸酯选择性为76.6%)。CeO_(2)优异的催化活性以及高产率主要归因于其良好的结构、丰富的缺陷位点和高的CO_(2)吸收能力。 展开更多

Undesirable gas channeling always occurs along the high-permeability layers in heterogeneous oil reservoirs during water-alternating-CO_(2)(WAG)flooding,and conventional polymer gels used for blocking the“channeling”paths usually suffer from either low injectivity or poor gelation control.Herein,we for the first time developed an in-situ high-pressure CO_(2)-triggered gel system based on a smart surfactant,N-erucamidopropyl-N,N-dimethylamine(UC22AMPM),which was introduced into the aqueous slugs to control gas channeling inWAG processes.The water-like,low-viscosity UC22AMPM brine solution can be thickened by high-pressure CO_(2) owing to the formation of wormlike micelles(WLMs),as well as their growth and shear-induced structure buildup under shear flow.The thickening power can be further potentiated by the generation of denser WLMs resulting from either surfactant concentration augmentation or a certain range of heating,and can be impaired via pressurization above the critical pressure of CO_(2) because of its soaring solvent power.Core flooding tests using heterogeneous cores demonstrated that gas channeling was alleviated by plugging of high-capacity channels due to the in-situ gelation of UC22AMPM slugs upon their reaction with the pre-or post-injected CO_(2) slugs under shear flow,thereupon driving chase fluids into unrecovered low-permeability areas and producing an 8.0% higher oil recovery factor than the conventional WAG mode.This smart surfactant enabled high injectivity and satisfactory gelation control,attributable to low initial viscosity and the combined properties of one component and CO_(2)-triggered gelation,respectively.This work could provide a guide towards designing gels for reducing CO_(2) spillover and reinforcing the CO_(2) sequestration effect during CO_(2) enhanced oil recovery processes. 展开更多

The combined ecological toxicity of TiO2 nanoparticles(nano-TiO2) and heavy metals has been paid more attention. As the common pollutants in water environment, surfactants could affect the properties of nanoparticles and heavy metals, and thus further influence the combined toxicity of nano-TiO2 and heavy metals. In this study, the effects of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) and Tween 80 on the single and combined toxicities of Cd2+ and nano-TiO2 to Escherichia coli(E. coli) were examined, and the underlying influence mechanism was further discussed. The results showed both SDBS and Tween 80 enhanced the toxicity of Cd2+ to E. coli in varying degrees. The reaction of SDBS and Cd2+ could increase the outer membrane permeability and the bioavailability of Cd, while Tween 80 itself could enhance the outer membrane permeability. The combined toxicity of nano-TiO2 and Cd2+ to E. coli in absence of surfactant was antagonistic because of the adsorption of Cd2+ to nanoTiO2 particles. However, in the presence of SDBS, both SDBS and nano-TiO2 influenced the toxicity of Cd2+ , and also SDBS could adsorb to nano-TiO2 by binding to Cd2+ . The combined toxicity was reduced at Cd2+ lower than 4 mg/L and enhanced at Cd2+ higher than 4 mg/L under multiple interactions. Tween 80 enhanced the combined toxicity of nano-TiO2 and Cd2+ by increasing the outer membrane permeability. Our study firstly elucidated the effects of surfactants on the combined toxicity of nano-TiO2 and Cd2+ to bacteria, and the underlying influencing mechanism was proposed. 展开更多

Macroscopic SiO2 spheres with a homogeneous amine distribution were synthesized by a one-step emulsion based synthesis approach in a flow column reactor. The CO2 adsorption capacity of the nanostructured amine-functionalized silica spheres was studied in absence and presence of H2O. The structural properties were adjusted by varying solvents and surfactants during the synthesis and, at constant amine loadings, were found to be the main factor for influencing the CO2 sorption capacities. Under water-free conditions CO2 is bound to the amino groups via the formation of carbamates, which require two neighboring amino groups to adsorb one CO2 molecule. At constant amine concentrations sorbents with lower surface area allow to establish a higher amine density on the surface, which enhances the CO2 uptake capacities under dry conditions. In presence of H2O the CO2 adsorption changes to 1:1 stoichiometry due to stabilization of carbamates by protonation of H2O and formation of further species such as bicarbonates, which should in principle double the adsorption capacities. Low concentrations of physisorbed H2O(0.3 mmol/g) did not impair the adsorption capacity of the adsorbents for CO2, while at higher water uptakes(0.6 and 1.1 mmol/g) the CO2 uptake is reduced, which could be attributed to capillary condensation of H2O or formation of bulky reaction products blocking inner pores and access to active sites. 展开更多

Elution of 17α 25-Norhopanes and Triaromatic Steroids from Weathered Soils by Mixed Triton X-100/Na_2SiO_3 Surfactant Solution 被引量:1

Sodium silicate(NazSiO3) was used to improve the elution of super heavy oil from weathered soil on an ultrasound-enhanced elution system by the solution containing 0-6000 mg/L surfactant Triton X-100. The removal extent of three markers[C26-34 17a 25-norhopanes, C26-28triaromatic steroids(TAS), and C27-29methyl triaromatic steroids(MTAS)] was monitored. The average elution percentages of C26-34 norhopanes, C26-28 TAS, and C27-29 MTAS by Triton X-100/Na2SiO3 solutions were increased by 11%-13%, 9%-11% and 8%-13% with increasing Triton X-100 concentrations from 150 mg/L to 6000 mg/L. All the concentrations of Triton X-100 improved the elu- tion of TAS homologs containing fewer carbon atoms, whereas high concentrations improved the elution of larger 17a 25-norhopane and MTAS species. Addition of Na2SiO3 produced a noticeable increase in elution, particularly for lower-weight species. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) images and energy spectroscopy data reveal that surfac- rant solution of 6000 mg/L Triton X-100 and 4000 mg/L Na2SiO3 produced the greatest improvement in the elution of super heavy oil aggregates encapsulating the soil surface and the emulsification of particle dispersions. Their structures were identified by elemental analysis, IR (HNMR)-H-1, and (CNMR)-C-13. Surface tension experiments showed that these surfactants have higher surface activity than those without hydroxypropyl group. 随着“双碳”目标的提出和CCUS技术的发展,CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂也越来越受到大家的重视。文章从CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂的结构特征、物化性质和变化及在油田开发中的应用等方面综述了CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂的研究进展。CO_(2)反应... 随着“双碳”目标的提出和CCUS技术的发展,CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂也越来越受到大家的重视。文章从CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂的结构特征、物化性质和变化及在油田开发中的应用等方面综述了CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂的研究进展。CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂通常含有能与CO_(2)溶于水后生成的H+反应的含氮基团、羧酸、苯酚等基团。此类表面活性剂与CO_(2)反应后其类型和性质会发生显著变化,表面活性也会有一定程度的改变。此外,反应后体系的黏度、对原油的乳化作用及起泡特性都会发生很大的改变。这些性质的转变可以通过CO_(2)的通入和消除进行调控。现场实践已经证明,CO_(2)/表面活性剂溶液交替注入技术可以一定程度上控制CO_(2)气窜,提高驱油效率。如果能成功地将CO_(2)反应型表面活性剂性能可调控的特点利用到油田气开发过程中,充分发挥CO_(2)和表面活性剂的协同增效作用,将会在提高原油产量方面发挥重要作用。 展开更多

毛细支气管炎患儿血清SP-D、hBD-2水平与病情严重程度及肺功能指标的关联性分析

目的分析探讨毛细支气管炎患儿血清中表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)、人β防御素2(hBD-2)的表达水平与病情严重程度及肺功能指标的关联性。方法选取2023年1月-2024年1月本院收治的82例毛细支气管炎患儿为观察组,并细分为轻度组(n=45)和中重度组(n... 目的分析探讨毛细支气管炎患儿血清中表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)、人β防御素2(hBD-2)的表达水平与病情严重程度及肺功能指标的关联性。方法选取2023年1月-2024年1月本院收治的82例毛细支气管炎患儿为观察组,并细分为轻度组(n=45)和中重度组(n=37),另选取同期在本院进行体检的82例患儿作为健康对照组。酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测血清SP-D和hBD-2水平。Spearman法和Pearson法分析SP-D、hBD-2水平与毛细支气管炎病情严重程度及肺功能指标的相关性。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清SP-D、hBD-2对毛细支气管炎患儿中的效能。结果观察组患儿病原总检出率为69.51%,轻度组患儿RSV阳性检出率、细菌病毒混合感染率显著低于中重度组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,轻度组、中重度组患儿血清SP-D、hBD-2水平升高(P<0.05);与轻度组比较,中重度组患儿血清SP-D、hBD-2水平升高(P<0.05)。毛细支气管炎患儿血清SP-D、hBD-2水平与病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,轻度和中重度组患儿TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE、FEV_(1)%、PEF均显著降低(P<0.05);中重度组的TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE、FEV_(1)%、PEF低于轻度组(P<0.05)。毛细支气管炎患儿血清SP-D、hBD-2浓度与TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE、FEV_(1)%、PEF之间存在显著负相关(P<0.05)。SP-D、hBD-2单独及联合诊断毛细支气管炎的曲线下面积(AUC)分别是0.748、0.605、0.773;敏感度分别是70.73%、42.68%、85.37%;特异度分别是68.29%、80.49%、59.76%。结论血清SP-D、hBD-2与毛细支气管炎患儿的病情严重程度及肺功能指标密切相关。 展开更多

The ER performance of the SiO_2 particles can be ameliorated after adsorbing Y_2(CO_3)_3. In this paper, the effect of Y_2(CO_3)_3 and different surfactants on the ER performance of the SiO_2 particle materials is investigated. The results show that anionic or cationic surfactants maybe enhance the ER activity of SiO_2 material, and nonionic surfactants cannot when surfactants are added during the process of the SiO_2 particle preparation, only the anionic surfactant, AES, can enhance markedly the ER performance of the material. The surface area, pore volume and pore diameter of the particles were measured. The effect of Y_2(CO_3)_3 and the surfactants on the microstructure of SiO_2 materials and the relationship between ER effect and the microstructure are described. 展开更多

The protonating behavior of poly(pyridine-2,5-diyl) with two kinds of surfactants is different in some levels. Environment friendly and intelligent surfactants have attracted great attention in recent years.A bio-based CO_(2)responsive surfactant rosin acid dimaleimide choline(R-BMI-C)with an extremely rigid skeleton was prepared using rosin and choline as raw materials by Diels-Alder addition reaction and acid-base neutralization reactions.Its structure was confirmed by IR and^(1)H NMR spectra.The foams’properties of R-BMI-C could be adjusted by bubbling CO_(2)/N_(2)to change the structure of the surfactant.At pH 10.4,R-BMI-C forms an unstable foam with a half-life of 1.5 h.When the pH was reduced to 7.4 by bubbling CO_(2),R-BMI-C forms an extremely stable foam with a half-life of 336 h.The surfactant R-BMI-C changed from bola type to conventional type when bubbling CO_(2).And the internal aggregation structure of R-BMI-C aqueous solution changed from spherical micelles to laminar micelles according to the cryogenic-transmission electron microscope.We know that the lamellar structure tends to adsorb at the air/water interface or is trapped in the foam film,which slows down the foam coarsening and agglomeration process,resulting in a significant increase in foam stability.R-BMI-C could be used in oil extraction,fire-fighting and chemical decontamination due to its excellent foaming,stabilization and defoaming properties. 展开更多
