无人机多目标跟踪技术是无人机领域的一个重要研究方向,目前大多数多目标跟踪技术难以平衡跟踪任务的精度和实时性。针对此问题,设计小目标检测算法MT-YOLOv10,采用轻量化特征融合模块MSKFF(Multi-Selective Kernel Feature Fusion)增... 无人机多目标跟踪技术是无人机领域的一个重要研究方向,目前大多数多目标跟踪技术难以平衡跟踪任务的精度和实时性。针对此问题,设计小目标检测算法MT-YOLOv10,采用轻量化特征融合模块MSKFF(Multi-Selective Kernel Feature Fusion)增强特征融合效果,提升无人机空中检测能力。在跟踪算法中,通过向卡尔曼滤波引入自适应因数增强对噪声的自适应能力,同时改变卡尔曼滤波输入的状态向量以及引入轨迹置信度信息,提升对目标位置的预测能力,改进后的跟踪算法命名为PAC-ByteTrack。MT-YOLOv10在VisDrone2019-DET数据集上的检测实验结果显示其精度和mAP 50较基线算法提升4.3%和6.5%。将MT-YOLOv10和PAC-ByteTrack相结合,在VisDrone2019-MOT(Multi-Object Tracking)和UAVDT两大无人机数据集上展开测评,其HOTA(Harmonized Overlap and Tracking Aumulator)分别提升4.467%和1.831%,性能优于大多数现有跟踪算法。新算法实现了稳定连续的跟踪,为无人机跟踪任务提供了新的解决方案。 展开更多

This article investigates the robust current tracking control problem of three-phase grid-connected inverters with LCL filter under external disturbance by a dynamic state feedback control method.First,this paper constructs an internal model to learn the information of the states and input of the grid-connected inverter under steady state.Second,by utilizing the internal model principle,the paper turns the tracking control problem into the robust stabilization control problem based on some appropriate coordinate transformations.Then,The paper designs a dynamics state feedback control law to deal with this robust stabilization problem,and thus the solution of the robust current tracking control problem of three-phase grid-connected inverters can be obtained.This control method can ensure the asymptotic stability of the closedloop system.Finally,the paper illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed control approach through several groups of simulations,and compares it with the feedforward control method to verify the robustness of the proposed control method to uncertain parameters. 展开更多

The stator of the maglev track plays a crucial role in the operation of the maglev system.Currently,the efficiency of maglev track inspection is limited by several factors,including the large span of elevated structures,manual visual inspection,short inspection window times,and limited GPS positioning accuracy.To address these issues,this paper proposes a deep learning-based method for detecting and locating stator surface damage.This study establishes a maglev track stator surface image dataset,trains different object detection models,and compares their performance.Ultimately,YOLO and ByteTrack object tracking algorithms were chosen as the basic framework and enhanced to achieve automatic identification of high-speed maglev track stator surface damage images and track and count stator surface localization feature images.By matching the identified damaged images with their corresponding stator segment and beam segment sequence numbers,the location of the damage is pinpointed to the corresponding stator segment,enabling rapid and accurate identification and localization of complex damage to the maglev track stator surface. 展开更多

The characterization of track irregularities is crucial in railway dynamics,as track irregularities are the primary source of internal excitation in railway systems.In this paper,three mathematical models are proposed to characterize the track irregularities under different circumstances.The first model is a novel explicit track spectrum function,which performs better in reflecting the inherent periodic components of track irregularities than the existing track spectra.On this foundation,the second model,a parameterized track spectrum random model,is proposed to represent the vast measured track irregularities from the probabilistic perspective.Finally,the third model,an imprecise track spectrum interval model based on a neighborhood uniform sampling Bootstrap method,is presented to identify the confidential interval of the track spectra when the track irregularity data are limited.Three examples are illustrated to demonstrate the feasibility of the three track irregularity models in characterizing the track irregularities in different conditions.This research can help capture the railway deformation status and optimize track maintenance strategies. 展开更多

Forecast errors of tropical cyclone track and intensity by the China Meteorological Administration from 2013 to 2022

This study presents a comprehensive evaluation of tropical cyclone(TC)forecast performance in the western North Pacific from 2013 to 2022,based on operational forecasts issued by the China Meteorological Administration.The analysis reveals systematic improvements in both track and intensity forecasts over the decade,with distinct error characteristics observed across various forecast parameters.Track forecast errors have steadily decreased,particularly for longer lead times,while error magnitudes have increased with longer forecast lead times.Intensity forecasts show similar progressive enhancements,with maximum sustained wind speed errors decreasing by 0.26 m/s per year for 120 h forecasts.The study also identifies several key patterns in forecast performance:typhoon-grade or stronger TCs exhibit smaller track errors than week or weaker systems;intensity forecasts systematically overestimate weaker TCs while underestimating stronger systems;and spatial error distributions show greater track inaccuracies near landmasses and regional intensity biases.These findings highlight both the significant advances in TC forecasting capability achieved through improved modeling and observational systems,and the remaining challenges in predicting TC changes and landfall behavior,providing valuable benchmarks for future forecast system development. 展开更多

Mesozoic and Cenozoic paleogeography reconstruction of the western Jianghan Basin(Central China):Revealed by apatite fission track dating

The Jianghan Basin is situated within the northern part of the South China Block,adjacent to the suture zone between the South China Block and North China Craton,a strategic position to investigate syn-and post-tectonic processes during continental accretion.However,the precise timing of coeval evolution between the Jianghan Basin and the surrounding orogenic belts remains contentious.Similarly,the exact timing of the Yangtze River's incursion into the Jianghan Basin,which represents a major tipping point in the regional geomorphology,is poorly constrained.We selected nine clastic samples from the Cretaceous and Paleogene strata of the Zhijiang Depression(western Jianghan Basin)to perform detrital apatite fission track thermochronology to investigate sediment provenance and thermal history of the basin.A comparison of the decomposed apatite fission track ages with the depositional ages of the corresponding sedimentary strata and published regional research suggests Jurassic(178-160 Ma)to early Cretaceous(143-96 Ma)exhumation events in the Jiangnan orogenic belt,associated with compressional deformation of the South China Block,induced by the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate.Additionally,several late Cretaceous to Cenozoic apatite fission track peak ages(71-56,37-33,23-14,and 5-3 Ma)are younger than the depositional sedimentary ages of the corresponding strata,indicating subsequent tectono-thermal events in the Zhijiang Depression.The 71-56 Ma event is explained as an intra-plate response triggered by the late Cretaceous retreat of the Paleo-Pacific Plate.The Cenozoic events are thought to result from exhumation accompanying the eastward extrusion of the Tibetan crust.The Yangtze River,flowing from west to east,cuts through the Huangling Anticline and enters the Jianghan Basin,leading to a transition from a Paleogene drainage endorheic water system to exoreism during the Neogene. 展开更多

The fasteners employed in the railway tracks are susceptible to defects arising from their intricate composition.Foreign objects are frequently observed on the track bed in an open environment.These two types of defects pose potential threats to high-speed trains,thus necessitating timely and accurate track inspection.The majority of extant automatic inspection methods are predicated on the utilization of single visible light data,and the efficacy of the algorithmic processes is influenced by complex environments.Furthermore,due to the single information dimension,the detection accuracy of defects in similar,occluded,and small object categories is low.To address the aforementioned issues,this paper proposes a track defect detectionmethod based on dynamicmulti-modal fusion and challenging object enhanced perception.First,in light of the variances in the representation dimensions ofmultimodal information,this paper proposes a dynamic weighted multi-modal feature fusion module.The fused multi-modal features are assigned weights,and thenmultiplied with the extracted single-modal features atmultiple levels,achieving adaptive adjustment of the response degree of fusion features.Second,a novel stepwise multi-scale convolution feature aggregation module is proposed for challenging objects.The proposed method employs depth separable convolution and cross-scale aggregation operations of different receptive fields to enhance feature extraction and reuse,thereby reducing the degree of progressive loss of effective information.The experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method in comparison to eight established methods,encompassing both single-modal and multi-modal methods,as evidenced by the extensive findings within the constructed RGBD dataset. 展开更多

Unraveling the exhumation history of the source terrains of the western Jianghan Basin(Central China)through detrital zircon fission track dating

The Jianghan Basin,at the junction of the Jiangnan and Qinling-Dabie orogenic belts,has a complete Cretaceous to Paleogene stratigraphic record.However,the exhumation history of its source terrains is not well understood.We conducted fission track age analysis on zircon grains(n=441)from the Cretaceous and Paleogene strata in the western Jianghan Basin.The Radial Plotter software is utilized to identify peak ages that indicate thermal events and the history of exhumation.The oldest peak at 810 Ma records the Neoproterozoic collisional orogeny between the Yangtze Craton and Cathaysian Block.Ages of 645-558 Ma reflect the convergence between the South China Block and Gondwana.Early Paleozoic ages document the collision leading to the exhumation of the western Jiangnan Orogenic Belt.Late Paleozoic to early Mesozoic peak ages correspond to the Indosinian orogeny.During the Mesozoic,the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate resulted in further exhumation.The absence of Paleogene zircon fission track peak ages in the basin strata suggests limited exhumation during this period,likely due to tectonic quiescence and arid climatic conditions. 展开更多

FishTracker:An Efficient Multi-Object Tracking Algorithm for Fish Monitoring in a RAS Environment

Understanding fish movement trajectories in aquaculture is essential for practical applications,such as disease warning,feeding optimization,and breeding management.These trajectories reveal key information about the fish’s behavior,health,and environmental adaptability.However,when multi-object tracking(MOT)algorithms are applied to the high-density aquaculture environment,occlusion and overlapping among fish may result in missed detections,false detections,and identity switching problems,which limit the tracking accuracy.To address these issues,this paper proposes FishTracker,a MOT algorithm,by utilizing a Tracking-by-Detection framework.First,the neck part of the YOLOv8 model is enhanced by introducing a Multi-Scale Dilated Attention(MSDA)module to improve object localization and classification confidence.Second,an Adaptive Kalman Filter(AKF)is employed in the tracking phase to dynamically adjust motion prediction parameters,thereby overcoming target adhesion and nonlinear motion in complex scenarios.Experimental results show that FishTracker achieves a multi-object tracking accuracy(MOTA)of 93.22% and 87.24% in bright and dark illumination conditions,respectively.Further validation in a real aquaculture scenario reveal that FishTracker achieves aMOTA of 76.70%,which is 5.34% higher than the baselinemodel.The higher order tracking accuracy(HOTA)reaches 50.5%,which is 3.4% higher than the benchmark.In conclusion,FishTracker can provide reliable technical support for accurate tracking and behavioral analysis of high-density fish populations. 展开更多

This study investigates the influence of loading frequency on the fatigue behavior of ballastless track concrete for high-speed railways,aiming to support the development of concrete capable of withstanding higher operational speeds.Fatigue tests were conducted at loading frequencies ranging from 5 to 40 Hz,with a focus on fatigue life,damage evolution,energy dissipation,and residual fatigue strain in the concrete.The results indicate that between 5 and 15 Hz,the fatigue life and energy dissipation remain relatively stable,with minimal damage evolution and small residual strains.As the frequency increases to 15-20 Hz,the fatigue life and energy dissipation gradually decrease,while damage accumulation and residual strain increase.Beyond 20 Hz,both fatigue life and energy dissipation decrease rapidly,damage accumulation becomes more pronounced,and residual strain continues to rise.These phenomena are primarily attributed to the increased strain rate and load change rate at higher frequencies,which affect the microstructure evolution and lead to reduced fatigue performance. 展开更多

This paper investigates the challenges of structural inconsistency,matching accuracy degradation,and trajectory interruptions caused by high-speed motion,frequent occlusions,and appearance variations of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) targets in low-altitude airspace.A novel UAV visual tracking method is proposed for dynamic structural distortions,with a focus on structural consistency modeling to improve system robustness in complex scenarios.Unlike prior methods such as STARK,which rely on spatio-temporal prediction,and KeepTrack,which emphasize template maintenance,our approach enforces structural-level consistency between historical and current features,thereby addressing UAV-specific issues of rapid maneuvering and environmental complexity.The proposed framework features a structure-aware architecture that incorporates dual complementary mechanisms serving as spatial completion and temporal restoration components.First,a multi-scale structure extraction module with adaptive anchor scheduling is developed to dynamically perceive spatial target shape and generate high-quality proposals.Second,a structural memory module is designed to reconstruct local regions by leveraging high-confidence historical structural representations,thereby maintaining spatiotemporal coherence across frames.Furthermore,a structural verification mechanism coupled with a meta-learning-driven re-identification strategy is introduced to detect abrupt structural distortions and adaptively update templates,significantly improving resilience against disturbances.Overall,the main contributions of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1) introducing structural consistency modeling into UAV visual tracking for the first time;(2) designing a unified framework that combines adaptive proposal generation,full-image matching,and re-identification under structural constraints;and(3) achieving state-of-the-art performance on the anti-UAV benchmark,highlighting the method's practical value in real-world UAV surveillance applications. 展开更多

Quantifying the timing and amplitude of multiple subsidence or uplift stages in sedimentary basins is crucial for understanding their tectonic evolution.In this study,18 samples from 10 drilling wells in the Pearl River Mouth Basin(PRMB)were subjected to apatite and zircon fission track analyses,and suitable samples were selected for thermal history simulation using Hefty.The thermal history simulation results,combined with balanced cross-section analysis,constrain the Cenozoic tectonothermal history of the PRMB.The results indicate that the PRMB underwent differential uplift in the early Paleogene,followed by regional thermal subsidence in the late Paleogene.Subsequently,the PRMB began tectonic activation in the late Miocene due to the Dongsha movement,marked by two rapid cooling events of ca.11–6.5 and 6.5 Myr to the present.These cooling events are characterized by a gradual migration from east to west.The first rapid cooling event can be attributed to the NW-SE compressive stress field in the northeastern South China Sea,driven by the clockwise rotation of the Philippine Sea Plate during the late Miocene.The second rapid cooling event is linked to intensive arc-continental collision and the Taiwan Orogeny triggered by the rapid WNW-ward migration of the Philippine Sea Plate. 展开更多

To address the issues of frequent identity switches(IDs)and degraded identification accuracy in multi object tracking(MOT)under complex occlusion scenarios,this study proposes an occlusion-robust tracking framework based on face-pedestrian joint feature modeling.By constructing a joint tracking model centered on“intra-class independent tracking+cross-category dynamic binding”,designing a multi-modal matching metric with spatio-temporal and appearance constraints,and innovatively introducing a cross-category feature mutual verification mechanism and a dual matching strategy,this work effectively resolves performance degradation in traditional single-category tracking methods caused by short-term occlusion,cross-camera tracking,and crowded environments.Experiments on the Chokepoint_Face_Pedestrian_Track test set demonstrate that in complex scenes,the proposed method improves Face-Pedestrian Matching F1 area under the curve(F1 AUC)by approximately 4 to 43 percentage points compared to several traditional methods.The joint tracking model achieves overall performance metrics of IDF1:85.1825%and MOTA:86.5956%,representing improvements of 0.91 and 0.06 percentage points,respectively,over the baseline model.Ablation studies confirm the effectiveness of key modules such as the Intersection over Area(IoA)/Intersection over Union(IoU)joint metric and dynamic threshold adjustment,validating the significant role of the cross-category identity matching mechanism in enhancing tracking stability.Our_model shows a 16.7%frame per second(FPS)drop vs.fairness of detection and re-identification in multiple object tracking(FairMOT),with its cross-category binding module adding aboute 10%overhead,yet maintains near-real-time performance for essential face-pedestrian tracking at small resolutions. 展开更多

Great Snipe(Gallinago media) is a shore bird which has a Near Threatened status on the global scale.However,little is known about its migration strategy from the breeding range in Russia.This study is the first one aiming to reveal migration routes,stopovers and wintering grounds of adult Great Snipes from their breeding range in Russia using GPS devices.We also analyzed connectivity of Great Snipes from different breeding populations of this species during non-breeding season.In 2021,we equipped seven males and three females with satellite transmitters,ICARUS Basic Tags,in the breeding range in central European Russia(56°75′N,37°65 E).One female appeared later in tundra of north-eastern Europe.In the second half of July to early September,birds migrated to Africa in a fairly wide front and made stopovers in Europe before crossing seas and the Sahara.Our data allowed to suppose high mortality of birds on migration,especially during the trans-Saharan flight.Only four Great Snipes reached Africa alive during southward migration.These birds spread over across wide area from Eritrea to Ghana after the trans-Saharan flight,after which they moved in a general westward direction and made final prolonged stopovers in Ghana or to the south of Chad Lake.In October/December birds relocated to wintering grounds in Sub-Equatorial Afrotropics as far as the south of Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zambia;with intermediate winter sites in low and middle reaches of the Congo Basin.Together with other published results,our data showed wide overlap of African non-breeding grounds of birds coming from lowland Eastern European and mountain Scandinavian breeding populations.The results also indicated insufficient conservation status of migration stopovers and wintering sites,used by Great Snipes,and demonstrated high importance of West Africa for conservation of this species. 展开更多

This paper is dedicated to solving the problem of adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant tracking control for a class of time-varying high-order uncertain nonlinear systems.The motivation comes from how to construct a compact set large enough in which the approximation of any unknown continuous function by a fuzzy logic system(FLS)is effective while compensating sensor/actuator faults and external disturbances.The difficulty is to verify the boundedness of closed-loop signals on the constructed compact set and to reduce the number of the variables of the fuzzy membership functions as many as possible.By a new lemma,linear/nonlinear terms are introduced in adaptive laws to dominate unknown residual terms.With adding a power integrator method,a unified fault-tolerant controller is designed to drive the tracking error to converge to a small compact set of the origin within a fixed time,regardless of whether the system suffers from faults and disturbances.Superior to the existing results,in the presence of time-varying factors the scheme of this paper clarifies the logical relationship between the compactness of the approximation and the boundedness of the state variables.Finally,the application of control strategy is demonstrated by numerical/practical examples. 展开更多

Hypervelocity impact response and protection for the track steels of rocket sled system via light-gas gun experiments

Hypervelocity rocket sled systems are critical for testing advanced military technologies,yet track damage at speeds exceeding Mach 5 remains a significant challenge for system reliability and performance.In this study,we investigated the hypervelocity impact response and protection for highstrength U71 Mn or bainitic steel used in rocket sled tracks.Flyer plate impact experiments using a two-stage light-gas gun were conducted to study the hypervelocity collision response,followed by the microstructural characterization via optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy equipped with electron backscatter diffraction to reveal underlying damage mechanisms.Then,the calibrated thermalmechanical coupled finite element simulations using the Johnson-Cook constitutive model and MieGrüneisen equation of state were carried out.Results indicated that bainitic steel exhibits superior impact resistance with predominantly smooth scratch-dominated damage due to its higher ductility.In contrast,U71 Mn suffered significant material spallation and crack propagation arising from brittle fracture mechanisms.Zinc-rich epoxy primer coatings effectively mitigated stress concentration and temperature rise in the substrate at impacting velocities below 2.4 km/s,so as to suppress the microstructural damage such as adiabatic shear bands and dynamic recrystallization.However,coating protection diminished at ultra-high-speed impacts due to the coating failure.Dimensional analysis established quantitative relationships of the gouge damage size to projectile mass,impact velocity,and material yield strength.This study provides in-depth insights into damage mechanisms in hypervelocity rail systems,demonstrating that bainitic steel combined with protective coatings can significantly enhance impact resistance and system reliability,offering valuable guidance for the design and optimization of hypervelocity testing platforms. 展开更多
