Methods:76 patients with continuous bladder irrigation in our hospital were selected for this study from May 2020 to May 2021. They were randomly divided into the control group (38 cases with traditional one-time drainage bag) and the observation group (38 cases with 5000mL one-time drainage bag), and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the scores of physical function, mental function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the SAS score, SDS score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower (P < 0.05);compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: continuous bladder irrigation with 5000mL disposable drainage bag can effectively prevent complications, improve the level of physical and mental health and nursing satisfaction of patients, and has the value of promotion.展开更多
