Methods: 58 severe patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in our hospital from February to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were equally divided into the experimental group and the control group. The effects and effectiveness of humanized nursing care in two groups were compared. Results: in terms of clinical nursing care, the effective rates of patient care in the experimental group and the control group were 95.55% and 82.76%, respectively. The effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the two groups' data were statistically significant (P < 0.05). In terms of comfort and neurological care, the difference in scores between the two groups was obviously insufficient before treatment, and both groups had improvements after treatment. The neurological score and comfort score in the experimental group were (11.09±2.17) and (11.09±2.17), respectively. In the control group, the neurological scores were (15.36±3.43) and comfort scores were (5.03±2.24). The experimental group was better than the control group, and the data between the two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: humanistic nursing care for severe patients in neurology department is worthy of learning, because it can promote neurological recovery, improve comfort and prognosis.展开更多

Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the...Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the incidence of nursing risk events,and to provide a scientific reference for future clinical research and practice.Methods:This study adopted a retrospective approach,fixing the research period from December 2024 to August 2025.A total of 110 patients admitted to the fever clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group)using the random number table method.Each group had 55 patients.Then,differentiated nursing strategies were implemented for the two groups.Both the control group and the experimental group received routine nursing.The difference was that the experimental group was additionally given risk management measures on the basis of routine nursing.After 7 days of intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality,cognitive score of fever clinic risks,nursing error rate,complaint rate,and incidence of risk events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score,nursing complaint rate,incidence of nursing risk events,nursing error rate,nursing quality score,and cognitive score of fever clinic risks in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has a significant application effect in the nursing work of fever clinics,playing a positive role for both patients and nursing staff.It is an effective measure to comprehensively improve nursing quality and an important means to greatly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,thus having high clinical promotion value.展开更多

Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to car...Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into two groups,the routine group and the observation group,with 191 cases in each group.Newborns in the routine group were given basic nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given bird’s nest nursing intervention.The growth and development indexes,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the improvement of gastrointestinal function,and the nursing satisfaction rate of their families were analyzed and studied.Results:The growth and development indexes of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of newborns’families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As for the key points of clinical newborn care,the actual effect of adopting the bird’s nest nursing intervention is more prominent,and its main function is to promote the growth and development of newborns.It can not only avoid the risk of adverse reactions in many aspects but also improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns,so that the nursing satisfaction rate of family members is obviously improved.It is recommended to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.展开更多

The results showed that germination potential and rate both improved around 5% and the num- ber of root increased by 4% in the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent compared with the control group without seed coating. What＇s more, the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent took advantages in terms of fresh weight of seeding, stem diameter, and dry weight. It is notable that control effects on underground insects performed the best, with per- centage over 94%, which is more excellent relative to other agents in markets. Therefore, ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent can be widely applied in spring sowing areas in northeast China, without side effects.展开更多

The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization, application of tea plant-specific slow-release formula fertilizer improved the yield of tea by more than 30%. Methods: 51 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups by computer, including 25 cases in group A and 26 cases in group B. The intervention of basic nursing and hospice care + pain nursing was given respectively. The nursing efficacy value of the two groups was compared and observed. Results: the psychological state score and pain score of group B after intervention were significantly lower than that of group A (P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction score and quality of life score of group B were significantly higher than that of group A. The difference of hospice care and pain nursing was statistically significant. Conclusion: hospice care + pain nursing has obvious nursing value in advanced gastric cancer. The properties and application of the composite material antibacterial were investigated. Some tests show that the as-prepared antibacterial powders modified by opaque agents such os SnO2 and ZrO2, possess beautiful white and excellent climate resistance at normal temperatures and are promising candidate materials for antibacterial plastics and dope. The result of the application in glaze indicates that Ag^＋ can still exist stably, with no color change for the glaze, even being sintered at 1200℃ . SEM , EDS , antibacterial activity analyses and contrast tests reveal that the as-prepared antibacterial powders and the antibacterial glaze both have excellent antibacterial activities, without color change, in the case of dark or brightness.展开更多

The results showed that the intensive closed-type floating system could shorten significantly the nursery period; enhance the growth of tobacco seedlings;improve significantly the appearance of agronomic traits, such as number of leaves, stem height, stem diameter, fresh weight of leaves, etc; increase slightly the chloro-phyl content in seedlings. However, the root fresh weight and root vigor of seedlings nursed with the intensive closed-type float system were lower than that of seedlings nursed with the conventional float system. The intensive closed-type float system had a certain application potential in tobacco production.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the application of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hot compress package combined with Kinesio Taping in postoperative nursing of total knee arthroplasty.Methods:90 patients with severe knee osteoarthritis who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our department from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:one group was named the conventional group(n=45),which received the standard orthopedic nursing process throughout,including basic pain management,incision care,and functional exercise guidance;the other group was defined as the experimental group(n=45),which,in addition to the conventional nursing framework,incorporated the local transdermal drug delivery technique of TCM hot compress package and the biomechanical correction scheme of Kinesio Taping for collaborative intervention.Finally,the differences in postoperative resting/active pain scores(VAS)of the affected limb and satisfaction with nursing services between the two groups were compared using quantitative assessment tools.Results:The satisfaction with nursing care in the conventional group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05);the VAS score after nursing in the conventional group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of external application of TCM hot compress package combined with Kinesio Taping in postoperative nursing of total knee arthroplasty has a definite effect,reducing pain and improving patient satisfaction with nursing services.

文摘Objective:This study investigates the effect of orthopedic nursing in patients with ankle fractures.Methods:A total of 84 patients with ankle fractures treated in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received orthopedic nursing clinical pathway on the basis of traditional nursing.We analyzed and scored the nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total nursing satisfaction rate,shorter time to get out of bed,shorter hospital stay,and lower hospitalization cost.The Barid score and AOFAS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the NRS score was lower.Conclusion:The application of orthopedic nursing clinical pathway in patients with ankle fractures significantly improves their quality of life,promotes better recovery of ankle function,and shortens the rehabilitation time.
文摘Objective:To observe and study the practical value of adopting nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 382 newborns that were admitted to the hospital were selected to carry out this study.They were divided into two groups,the routine group and the observation group,with 191 cases in each group.Newborns in the routine group were given basic nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given bird’s nest nursing intervention.The growth and development indexes,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the improvement of gastrointestinal function,and the nursing satisfaction rate of their families were analyzed and studied.Results:The growth and development indexes of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The improvement of gastrointestinal function of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of newborns’families in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:As for the key points of clinical newborn care,the actual effect of adopting the bird’s nest nursing intervention is more prominent,and its main function is to promote the growth and development of newborns.It can not only avoid the risk of adverse reactions in many aspects but also improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns,so that the nursing satisfaction rate of family members is obviously improved.It is recommended to be applied and popularized in clinical practice.

文摘The research explored adaptability maize seed coating agent in spring sowing and effects of ultra-fine powder shaped areas in northeast China. The results showed that germination potential and rate both improved around 5% and the num- ber of root increased by 4% in the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent compared with the control group without seed coating. What＇s more, the treatments with ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent took advantages in terms of fresh weight of seeding, stem diameter, and dry weight. It is notable that control effects on underground insects performed the best, with per- centage over 94%, which is more excellent relative to other agents in markets. Therefore, ultra-fine powder shaped maize seed coating agent can be widely applied in spring sowing areas in northeast China, without side effects.

文摘In order to accelerate the construction of green production mode for tea in Hubei Province, improve the yield of tea and use efficiency of fertilizers, and improve the quality of tea, application effects of special slow-release formula fertilizer in tea plants were investigated in Wuhan. The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization, application of tea plant-specific slow-release formula fertilizer improved the yield of tea by more than 30%. The amino acid content in tea was increased by 21.05% and 30.82%, respectively, and the income was increased 27 696 （33.88%） and 27 624 （33.79%） yuan/hm2, respectively.

文摘In order to explore the application effect of Yezhiyuan in early hybrid rice,Liangliangyou No.211 and Lingliangyou No.268 were tested in a teaching base in Hunan Agricultural University and Xidu Town, Hengyang County, with Yezhiyuan.The test results showed that the application of photosynthesis synergist in later tillering stage would increase the content of chlorophyll of functional leaf and photosynthetic rate, reduce transpiration rate and enhance yield per unit area. With Yezhiyuan applied, both of photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content kept higher compared with control group in two experimental sites, and practical yield in Hunan Agricultural University grew 8.54% higher compared with control group, and 10.67%in Hengyang.
文摘Objective: to explore the value of hospice care and pain nursing in the intervention of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods: 51 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups by computer, including 25 cases in group A and 26 cases in group B. The intervention of basic nursing and hospice care + pain nursing was given respectively. The nursing efficacy value of the two groups was compared and observed. Results: the psychological state score and pain score of group B after intervention were significantly lower than that of group A (P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction score and quality of life score of group B were significantly higher than that of group A. The difference of hospice care and pain nursing was statistically significant. Conclusion: hospice care + pain nursing has obvious nursing value in advanced gastric cancer. It can reduce the pain of patients to a certain extent and improve their psychological state and quality of life.
文摘A trial was conducted by using Jiayuan organic fertilizer in Chibi to investigate its effect on tea plant and ascertain the possibility of high quality and high yield.The results indicated that such organic fertilizer could achieve the effects of promoting the growth of tea plant,increasing the weight of the plucked flesh leaves,improving tea yield,increasing the contents of main functional substances such as tea polyphenols and amino acids and improving tea quality.It also showed excellent effect in maintaining or improving soil environmental sanitation indicators and contained no plant growth hormones.
文摘A kind of active composite antibacterial material was prepared with CaHPO4 as the container, Ag^＋ and Zn^2＋ were adsorbed through ion-exchange, then it was doped with small scale of rare earth and photocatalyst, and was finally calcined at a certain temperature. The properties and application of the composite material antibacterial were investigated. Some tests show that the as-prepared antibacterial powders modified by opaque agents such os SnO2 and ZrO2, possess beautiful white and excellent climate resistance at normal temperatures and are promising candidate materials for antibacterial plastics and dope. The result of the application in glaze indicates that Ag^＋ can still exist stably, with no color change for the glaze, even being sintered at 1200℃ . SEM , EDS , antibacterial activity analyses and contrast tests reveal that the as-prepared antibacterial powders and the antibacterial glaze both have excellent antibacterial activities, without color change, in the case of dark or brightness.

文摘Due to the continuous low temperature during the early-nursery period in most tobacco-growing areas in Guizhou Province, the tobacco seed germinate slow-ly, the nursery period is prolonged, the quality of tobacco seedlings are not that good, the transplanting is delayed, etc. A comparative test of intensive closed-type floating-seedling system and conventional floating-seedling system was carried out in this study. The results showed that the intensive closed-type floating system could shorten significantly the nursery period; enhance the growth of tobacco seedlings;improve significantly the appearance of agronomic traits, such as number of leaves, stem height, stem diameter, fresh weight of leaves, etc; increase slightly the chloro-phyl content in seedlings. However, the root fresh weight and root vigor of seedlings nursed with the intensive closed-type float system were lower than that of seedlings nursed with the conventional float system. The intensive closed-type float system had a certain application potential in tobacco production.
文摘Objective:To study the clinical effect of applying clinical pathway teaching method in clinica1 teaching of cardiology.Methods:This paper verifies and calculates that 50 interns working in cardiology department in our hospita1 from October 2016 to October 2019 are divided into groups and comparea in the form of double-blind method.1he rererence group(n=25)uses traditional teachingmethods,and the experimental group(n=25)uses clinical pathway teaching method.The satisfaction degree,teaching quality,theoretical assessment results,operation assessment and comprehensive assessment results of interns in the experimental group and the reference group are compared.Results:The satisfaction degree,theoretical examination result,operation examinationt comprehensive examination result,improvement of team spirit,professiona1 quality,improvemen of professional ethics,standardized diagnosis and treatment,improvement of clinical problem handling ability,stimulation of learning interest and cultivation of clinical thinking of the interns in the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group(P<0.05),showing the value of statistica1 comparison and demonstration between data indexes.Conclusion:The application of clinical path-teaching method in clinical teaching of cardiology can improve the clinical teaching effect and teaching quality.
