Online learning method for predicting air environmental information used in agricultural robots

Air environmental information plays an important role during plant growth and reproduction, prompt and accurate prediction of atmospheric environmental data is helpful for agricultural robots to make a timely decision. For efficiency, an online learning method for predicting air environmental information was presented in this work. This method combines the advantages of convolutional neural network (CNN) and experience replay technique: CNN is used to extract features from raw data and predict atmospheric environmental information, experience replay technique can store environmental data over some time and update the hyperparameters of CNN. To validate the effects of this method, this online method was compared with three different predictive methods (including random forest, multi-layer perceptron, and support vector regression) using a public dataset (Jena). According to results, a suitable sample sequence size (e.g., 16) has a smaller number of training sessions and stable results, a larger replay memory size (e.g., 200) can provide enough samples to capture useful features, and 6 d of historical information is the best setting for training predictor. Compared with traditional methods, the method proposed in this study is the only method applied for various conditions. 展开更多

Airpollution is a significant issue confronted by the environment particularlyby highly populated countries like India. Due to increased population, thenumber of vehicles also continues to increase. Each vehicle has its individualemission rate;however, the issue arises when the emission rate crosses thestandard value and the quality of the air gets degraded. Owing to the technological advances in machine learning (ML), it is possible to develop predictionapproaches to monitor and control pollution using real time data. With thedevelopment of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data Analytics (BDA),there is a huge paradigm shift in how environmental data are employed forsustainable cities and societies, especially by applying intelligent algorithms.In this view, this study develops an optimal AI based air quality prediction andclassification (OAI-AQPC) model in big data environment. For handling bigdata from environmental monitoring, Hadoop MapReduce tool is employed.In addition, a predictive model is built using the hybridization of ARIMAand neural network (NN) called ARIMA-NN to predict the pollution level.For improving the performance of the ARIMA-NN algorithm, the parametertuning process takes place using oppositional swallow swarm optimization(OSSO) algorithm. Finally, Adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS)classifier is used to classify the air quality into pollutant and non-pollutant.A detailed experimental analysis is performed for highlighting the betterprediction performance of the proposed ARIMA-NN method. The obtainedoutcomes pointed out the enhanced outcomes of the proposed OAI-AQPCtechnique over the recent state of art techniques. 展开更多

Although the impact of road transport on urban air quality has achieved a high profile in China,still greater attention is required as it has not yet been considered fully even in relation to the road network linking cities and urban areas. Strategic environmental assessment (SEA) is a systematic and comprehensive process for evaluating the environmental impacts of a policy,plan or program in publicly accountable decision-making. Air pollution has been recognized as a significant issue in most transport SEA practices. The Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Hubei Road Network Plan (2002-2020) (HRNP) was introduced as one of the World Bank's pilot SEA projects. An effective framework was developed to investigate the functional relationship between the road network and its potential air pollutant emissions. In this study,two indicators were identified:emission intensity/ inventory of pollutants and the spatial distribution of the most polluted areas. Because strategic actions are inherently nebulous and data quality is often disappointing,three alternative scenarios were employed to address uncertainties and data/scale issues. Calculations were made using emission models and results were analyzed with the help of statistical tools and the geographic information system (GIS). The results from the project implementation and the feedback from the World Bank have both shown that the proposed framework is effective in the transport SEA process. 展开更多

In this paper, by adjusting the parameters of atmospheric plasma spraying (APS), the spraying process of ytterbium disilicate (Yb<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>2</sub>O<sub>7</sub>) under a lower power has been optimized. A two-layer EBC system consisting of ytterbium disilicate and silicon is prepared on the SiC<sub>f</sub>/SiC composite substrate by using optimized technological parameters. The thermal resistance and water oxygen corrosion resistance of such two-layer EBC system are investigated. The results indicate that the current ytterbium disilicate/silicon EBC system exhibits good phase stability, excellent water vapor and oxygen corrosion resistance. However, the exposed silicon bonding layer tends to generate an excessive thermal growth oxide (TGO) layer known as SiO<sub>2</sub>, leading to an early spallation of the coating. </div> 展开更多

But there exists secretly a game between the central and local governments when the air protection is enforced. The central government calls for implementing the total control system of the key pollutant emission,but the local governments are blandly ignoring the central government's requirement as they have to face the pressures of the assessment and performance. And the games among the local governments at the same level and between the governments and enterprises lead that the existing incentive policy through the legislation is inefficiency in China. 随着世界各国对可重复使用运载器的持续探索和技术改进,可行的技术路径日益明确,但相关的工程设计规范与方法体系仍不够成熟。难点之一在于如何开展基于疲劳寿命的结构设计,这直接关系到运载器的使用寿命与飞行安全。围绕可重复使用运... 随着世界各国对可重复使用运载器的持续探索和技术改进,可行的技术路径日益明确,但相关的工程设计规范与方法体系仍不够成熟。难点之一在于如何开展基于疲劳寿命的结构设计,这直接关系到运载器的使用寿命与飞行安全。围绕可重复使用运载器在疲劳寿命方面的设计挑战,结合已有研究成果与工程实践经验,对相关技术进行系统综述。重点梳理了疲劳寿命评估模型及常用疲劳设计方法,分析了不同类型载荷与任务剖面对结构疲劳寿命的影响,并归纳了疲劳强度设计的基本思路。在此基础上,结合空射运载火箭的典型应用案例,综述了其任务剖面、环境剖面及载荷谱的构建方法,并对比分析了不同类型可重复使用运载器的任务剖面及其所处的载荷环境。综述结果可为可重复使用运载器疲劳寿命设计方法的建立与工程应用提供参考和依据。 展开更多

基于2019年我国民航飞行活动污染物排放清单,利用CAMx模式计算分析了航空排放对我国大气环境的影响,并探讨了不同飞行阶段对地面污染物浓度的贡献及其垂直分布特征.结果表明,2019年航空排放对我国地面PM_(2.5)和O_(3)年均浓度贡献分别为... 基于2019年我国民航飞行活动污染物排放清单,利用CAMx模式计算分析了航空排放对我国大气环境的影响,并探讨了不同飞行阶段对地面污染物浓度的贡献及其垂直分布特征.结果表明,2019年航空排放对我国地面PM_(2.5)和O_(3)年均浓度贡献分别为0.045和0.26、g/m^(3),且呈现出显著的区域性和季节性差异.冬季航空排放对PM_(2.5)的影响高于夏季,而夏季较高的光化学反应效率则促进了O_(3)的生成.航空排放对地面PM_(2.5)浓度的影响主要集中在起降循环阶段,而O_(3)主要来源于巡航阶段排放.航空排放对PM_(2.5)和O_(3)浓度贡献垂直分布呈现出显著的季节差异:夏季,华东、中南和西南地区浓度贡献占比在5~9km高度层出现峰值(PM_(2.5)为4.7%、O_(3)为10.6%),而冬季浓度贡献峰值则集中于0~2km的低层(PM_(2.5)为6.9%、O_(3)为10.8%).相比之下,冬季新疆和西北地区污染物浓度贡献峰值主要积聚在1km以下的低层(PM_(2.5)为9.1%、O_(3)为5.9%),而夏季受沙尘影响,西北地区PM_(2.5)浓度贡献峰值出现在~4km高度层(8.1%). 展开更多

基于XGBoost与SHAP的绵阳空气质量预测与因素分析

随着城市化进程的加快,空气污染问题日益突出,准确预测空气质量指数(Air Quality Index,AQI)对污染预警和科学治理具有重要意义。构建一种高精度、可解释的AQI预测模型,以识别空气污染的关键驱动因子,可为环境管理提供决策支持。研究基... 随着城市化进程的加快,空气污染问题日益突出,准确预测空气质量指数(Air Quality Index,AQI)对污染预警和科学治理具有重要意义。构建一种高精度、可解释的AQI预测模型,以识别空气污染的关键驱动因子,可为环境管理提供决策支持。研究基于2013—2024年绵阳市空气质量日平均尺度监测数据,分析各污染物浓度的时序变化趋势,并利用斯皮尔曼相关性分析揭示指标因变量与自变量之间的定量关系。采用极端梯度提升(Extreme Gradient Boosting,XGBoost)算法建立AQI预测模型,并引入夏普利加性解释(Shapley Additive Explanations,SHAP)法对模型输出进行可解释性分析,以量化各污染因子对AQI的贡献。研究对比了XGBoost模型与其他模型的性能。结果显示:XGBoost模型在训练集与测试集上的决定系数(R^(2))分别为0.99和0.96,均方误差(MSE)为50.47,预测性能优于其他机器学习模型。SHAP分析进一步表明,臭氧(O_(3))、细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)是影响AQI变化的主要因素,三者累计贡献超过80%。此外,不同污染物在污染高发期和空气良好期的影响权重存在明显差异,污染物间的协同效应在高浓度场景下更为显著。XGBoost-SHAP模型能够有效提升空气质量预测精度,并实现对污染成因的深入解析。研究结果可为城市空气污染的精准治理与分时段调控提供科学依据。 展开更多

极端干旱条件下岩溶湖泊水-气界面CO_(2)交换特征及其驱动因素

内陆水体水-气界面CO_(2)交换对全球碳循环具有重要影响。湖泊作为典型的内陆水体,其CO_(2)收支具有不容忽视的地位。然而,在岩溶水体这一特殊生态系统中,关于极端干旱期CO_(2)吸收与排放的估算仍存在显著的不确定性。因此,为探索岩溶湖... 内陆水体水-气界面CO_(2)交换对全球碳循环具有重要影响。湖泊作为典型的内陆水体,其CO_(2)收支具有不容忽视的地位。然而,在岩溶水体这一特殊生态系统中,关于极端干旱期CO_(2)吸收与排放的估算仍存在显著的不确定性。因此,为探索岩溶湖泊CO_(2)交换特征及其驱动因素,本研究以我国贵州省典型岩溶湖泊红枫湖(HFH)、百花湖(BHH)及其连接河流老马河(LMH)为对象,使用顶空平衡法与薄边界层模型法量化了极端干旱期表层水体CO_(2)分压(pCO_(2))和CO_(2)交换通量(FCO_(2))的空间格局,同时利用Spearman相关性分析进一步探究了环境因子对水体CO_(2)的调节作用。结果表明:极端干旱期岩溶湖泊pCO_(2)平均值为(917±332)μatm,处于过饱和状态,在470—2094μatm范围内变化。其中LMH、HFH与BHH的pCO_(2)平均值分别为(967±352)μatm、(838±401)μatm以及(975±140)μatm。水体FCO_(2)变化范围为1.0—31.7 mmol m^(-2) d^(-1),平均值为(8.7±6.15)mmol m^(-2) d^(-1),表现为大气的CO_(2)源。岩溶湖泊pCO_(2)与溶解氧(DO)和叶绿素a(Chla)显著负相关(P<0.05),与硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)显著正相关(P<0.05),说明生物代谢的营养盐利用对区域水体CO_(2)排放的调节作用。同时,pCO_(2)与总氮(TN)显著正相关(P<0.05),溶解性有机碳(DOC)、总磷(TP)和pH显著负相关(P<0.05),体现生物呼吸矿化作用耦合营养状态变化进而调控CO_(2)排放,且该过程受到外源人为活动的影响。本研究揭示岩溶湖泊在极端干旱期CO_(2)的交换特征以及环境因子对CO_(2)的驱动作用,展现了极端气候条件下岩溶水体碳源、汇功能状态,相关研究有望为我国“双碳”目标的实现提供一定理论支撑。 展开更多
