In recent years,research on industrial innovation and development has primarily focused on industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing.Within the field of integrating mechatronics and intelligent control,analyzing the efficient control of mechatronic systems enabled by generative AI for single-chip microcomputers can further highlight the value and significance of promoting AI technology applications.This paper examines the technical characteristics of generative AI in data generation,multimodal fusion,and dynamic adaptation,proposing lightweight model deployment strategies that compress large generative models to a range compatible with single-chip microcomputers,ensuring local real-time inference capabilities.It constructs an edge intelligent control architecture,enabling generative AI to directly participate in decision-making instruction generation,forming a new working system of perception,decision-making,and execution.Additionally,it designs a collaborative optimization training mechanism that leverages federated learning to overcome single-machine data limitations and enhance model generalization performance.At the application level,an intelligent fault prediction system is developed for early identification of equipment anomalies,an adaptive parameter optimization module is constructed for dynamically adjusting control strategies,and a multi-device collaborative scheduling engine is established to optimize production processes,providing technical support for embedded intelligent control in Industry 4.0 scenarios. 展开更多

The control effect of a digitalfuzzy controller based on looking up fuzzy control responding table is only relative to the table and not relative tothe fuzzy control rules in the practical control process. Aiming at above problem and having combined fuzzy log-ic reasoning with digital operational characteristics of a single-chip microcomputer, functioning-fuzzy-subset in-ference (FFSI) in binary, in which triangle membership functions of error and error-in-change are all represen-ted in binary and singleton membership functions of control variable is binary too, has been introduced. The cir-cuit principle plans of a single-chip fuzzy controller have been introduced for development of its hardware, andthe primary program structure, fuzzy logic reasoning subroutine, serial communication subroutine with PC andreliability design of the fuzzy controller are all discussed in detail. The control of indoor temperature by a fuzzycontroller has been conducted using a testing-room thermodynamic system. Research results show that the FFSIin binary can exercise a concise fuzzy control in a single-chip fuzzy controller, and the fuzzy controller is there-fore reliable and possesses a high performance-price ratio. 展开更多

This paper is aimed at the actual conditions of disaster caused by gas in small and medium-sized coal mines. A new gas concentration monitoring system for coal mines is developed on the basis of gas-sensing detection and single-chip control. The monitoring system uses the tin oxide as the main material of N-type semiconductor gas sensors, be- cause it has good sensitive characteristics for the flammable and explosive gas ( such as methane, carbon monoxide). The QM-N5-semiconductor gas sensor is adopted to detect the output values of the resistance under the different gas con- centrations. The system, designedly, takes the AT89C51 digital chip as the core of the circuit processing hardware structure to analyze and judge the input values of the resistance, and then achieve the control and alarm for going beyond the limit of gas concentration. The gas concentration monitoring system has man), advantages including simple in struc- ture, fast response time, stable performance and low cost. 随着即时返回导向编程攻击(just-in-time return-oriented programming,JIT-ROP)等控制流劫持攻击技术的出现,内核地址空间布局随机化(kernel address space layout randomization,KASLR)面临严峻挑战,正朝着细粒度和持续化的方向发展... 随着即时返回导向编程攻击(just-in-time return-oriented programming,JIT-ROP)等控制流劫持攻击技术的出现,内核地址空间布局随机化(kernel address space layout randomization,KASLR)面临严峻挑战,正朝着细粒度和持续化的方向发展。现有方法普遍基于源码修改或二进制重写,效率低且不够灵活。为了解决这一问题,本文设计了一种基于编译的地址空间布局控制方法(compile-based address space layout control,CAC)。CAC为目标文件的函数引入固定入口,通过编译生成能够支撑函数粒度持续随机化的目标文件,具备自动化和灵活控制的特征。实验结果表明,CAC可以正常编译和装载1700余个内核模块;与现有方法相比,不仅单个模块的目标文件生成效率更高,而且CAC所生成的目标文件在运行时的随机化开销降低了至少15.0%。 展开更多

MB-based ( macro block) address mapping, adaptive-precharge and command interleaving are adopted in this controller. MB-based address mapping reduces the precharge operations of the video processing unit in one access; adaptive- precharge avoids unnecessary precharge operations; while command interleaving inserts the precharge and activate commands of the next access into the command sequence of the current access, thus reduces the no operation (NOP) cycles. Combination of these three schemes effectively improves the SDRAM performance. Compared with precharge-all scheme, adaptive-precharge and command interleaving reduce the SDRAM overhead cycles by 70% and increases SDRAM performance by up to 19.2% in the best case. This controller has been implemented in an AVS SoC and the frequency is 200MHz. 展开更多

Multicore systems oftentimes use multiple levels of cache to bridge the gap between processor and memory speed.This paper presents a new design of a dedicated pipeline cache memory for multicore processors called dual port content addressable memory(DPCAM).In addition,it proposes a new replacement algorithm based on hardware which is called a near-far access replacement algorithm(NFRA)to reduce the cost overhead of the cache controller and improve the cache access latency.The experimental results indicated that the latency for write and read operations are significantly less in comparison with a set-associative cache memory.Moreover,it was shown that a latency of a read operation is nearly constant regardless of the size of DPCAM.However,an estimation of the power dissipation showed that DPCAM consumes about 7%greater than a set-associative cache memory of the same size.These results encourage for embedding DPCAM within the multicore processors as a small shared cache memory. 展开更多

It provided automatic dialysis procedures during the night to avoid interruptions in patients'dailyroutine. Furthermore,there is a remarkable decrease in peritonitis occurance usingCCPD. The control system is a critical part for CCPD cycler. The system is approvedto be reliable and flexible in practical experiments. 在皮带输送机保护装置中,急停和跑偏传感器的信号采集是设备安全运行的关键.目前,信号采集主要通过硬线直连主控制器、串联信号传输或一主多从轮询的方式.硬线直连能快速响应并准确定位故障,但布线复杂、成本高且占用主控资源较多;串联... 在皮带输送机保护装置中,急停和跑偏传感器的信号采集是设备安全运行的关键.目前,信号采集主要通过硬线直连主控制器、串联信号传输或一主多从轮询的方式.硬线直连能快速响应并准确定位故障,但布线复杂、成本高且占用主控资源较多;串联信号传输简化了布线并降低了成本,但多传感器同时报警时,可能导致信号紊乱,影响故障判断;一主多从轮询的方式大大增加了CPU的负担,影响系统保护的实时性.为了克服上述缺点,本文设计了一种基于STM32和μC/OS-Ⅲ的皮带机综保控制系统.该系统通过使用地址编码器为每个传感器设置唯一序列号,采用中继控制器进行数据采集和传输,并利用MODBUS协议实现与STM32主控制器的通信,极大简化了布线复杂度,提升了系统的稳定性和故障定位的准确性.同时,系统中使用了μC/OS-Ⅲ操作系统以优化任务调度,提高了设备的实时性和整体效率.实际应用表明,该系统在故障监测和定位方面具有较高的可靠性和实时性,适用于复杂的井下环境. 展开更多

目的:探究DRG支付方式改革的实施效果。方法:以2018年实施DRG支付方式改革的四川省攀枝花市为处理组,省内其余20个非试点地级行政区为对照组,构建面板数据,采用合成控制法评估DRG支付方式改革的实施效果。结果:攀枝花市实施DRG支付方式... 目的:探究DRG支付方式改革的实施效果。方法:以2018年实施DRG支付方式改革的四川省攀枝花市为处理组,省内其余20个非试点地级行政区为对照组,构建面板数据,采用合成控制法评估DRG支付方式改革的实施效果。结果:攀枝花市实施DRG支付方式改革4年后的住院诊疗费用比对照组低1200元左右,药品费用比对照组低500元左右。结论:DRG支付方式改革实施后,攀枝花市的住院诊疗费用和药品费用显著下降,有效缓解了医保基金支出过快增长的情况。建议利用人工智能技术优势优化分组精准性,发挥国家医学中心的技术辐射作用,并推动DRG支付方式改革与公立医院绩效改革协同,构建“控成本、提质量、促效率”的医疗服务支付模式,使DRG支付方式改革更有成效。 展开更多

【目的】现有的地图服务访问控制方法多依赖于静态权限配置,缺少针对用户访问时环境和上下文信息的动态时空约束。为此,设计了一种集成虚拟链接的矢量地图服务多重约束访问控制机制,其核心在于构建时空耦合的离散化访问凭证,通过多重约... 【目的】现有的地图服务访问控制方法多依赖于静态权限配置,缺少针对用户访问时环境和上下文信息的动态时空约束。为此,设计了一种集成虚拟链接的矢量地图服务多重约束访问控制机制,其核心在于构建时空耦合的离散化访问凭证,通过多重约束条件绑定机制实现权限载体的瞬时化、受限化与可审计化。【方法】首先,基于用户的IP地址对矢量地图服务访问进行限制,确保仅授权地理区域内的用户可以访问相应数据内容;然后,通过预设时间窗口验证访问请求的时效性,使得矢量地图数据内容仅在允许访问的时段可被用户获取;最后,结合用户角色和矢量数据图层密级信息,动态识别不同用户可访问的矢量地图图层内容,实现矢量地图数据内容的精细化访问权限控制。【结果】在仿真实验中,本文针对3种典型的用户角色,在多个预设的访问时间窗口和特定的IP地址范围内,测试了对矢量数据的访问控制效果。实验结果表明,与传统基于角色的访问控制(RBAC)方案的静态权限配置相比,本方案通过一次性虚拟访问链接机制,确保权限凭证仅在特定时间窗口和授权IP地址范围内可用,有效抑制了权限凭证的非法共享问题;同时,本方案可根据用户的具体访问环境变化,调整时空约束条件,并结合用户角色和数据图层密级的对应关系,精确的控制用户对矢量数据的访问。【结论】本研究验证了多重约束访问控制方案能适应矢量地图服务在复杂环境下的访问控制需求,为传统模型在提升权限灵活性和细化管理方面提供了一种可行的思路和方法。 展开更多

为了提高插秧机自动导航系统的可靠性,设计了一种基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统。系统由1个主控节点和3个从节点组成。主控节点采用AT91SAM9261 ARM处理器,负责根据RTK GPS数据和电子罗盘数据决策适当的控制指令;3个从节点选用C8051F040... 为了提高插秧机自动导航系统的可靠性,设计了一种基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统。系统由1个主控节点和3个从节点组成。主控节点采用AT91SAM9261 ARM处理器,负责根据RTK GPS数据和电子罗盘数据决策适当的控制指令;3个从节点选用C8051F040单片机,分别实现转向控制、变速控制以及插秧机具升降控制;并根据CAN2.0总线协议,制定了插秧机自动导航系统主从节点数据传输通信协议。控制系统在久保田SPU-68型插秧机上进行了道路跟踪试验和田间作业试验,结果表明,采用基于CAN总线的嵌入式分布式导航控制系统保证了数据实时传输,插秧机能够自主完成路径跟踪、转向、变速以及插秧等操作。其中道路直线跟踪误差小于0.05 m,田间作业试验直线跟踪误差不大于0.2m,插秧行距为30cm,能基本满足水田插秧作业要求。 展开更多

对无线网络的访问控制机制进行了讨论,分析了目前所采用的IEEE802.11B无线网络设备在访问控制方面的不完善性,以及MAC地址访问控制的漏洞。采用序列号分析法对MAC地址欺骗进行检测,从而对无线网络的非授权访问进行监控。
