Activities of space materials science research in China have been continuously supported by two main national programs.One is the China Space Station(CSS)program since 1992,and the other is the Strategic Priority Prog...Activities of space materials science research in China have been continuously supported by two main national programs.One is the China Space Station(CSS)program since 1992,and the other is the Strategic Priority Program(SPP)on Space Science since 2011.In CSS plan in 2019,eleven space materials science experimental projects were officially approved for execution during the construction of the space station.In the SPP Phase Ⅱ launched in 2018,seven pre-research projects are deployed as the first batch in 2018,and one concept study project in 2019.These pre-research projects will be cultivated as candidates for future selection as space experiment projects on the recovery of scientific experimental satellites in the future.A new apparatus of electrostatic levitation system for ground-based research of space materials science and rapid solidification research has been developed under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.In order to promote domestic academic activities and to enhance the advancement of space materials science in China,the Space Materials Science and Technology Division belong to the Chinese Materials Research Society was established in 2019.We also organized scientists to write five review papers on space materials science as a special topic published in the journal Scientia Sinica to provide valuable scientific and technical references for Chinese researchers.展开更多

By using ZHANG Qiao＇s method for identifying fuzzy words （1998）, the present paper makes a statistic analysis of fuzzy words appearing in about 43,000 words of 6 academic research articles in management science. A ...By using ZHANG Qiao＇s method for identifying fuzzy words （1998）, the present paper makes a statistic analysis of fuzzy words appearing in about 43,000 words of 6 academic research articles in management science. A distribution curve of fuzzy words in management research articles is drawn in accordance with the structures of the articles, and it is proved to be reasonable for tile discourse function of each section. Furthermore, the fuzzy words are divided into three categories and eleven sub-categories, including Category Ⅰ-fuzzy words, Category Ⅱ-fuzzy words＋non-fuzzy part / non-fuzzy part＋fuzzy words, Category Ⅲ-approximators＋fuzzy words. Distribution of fuzzy words varies in different sections of research articles in management science, because of different communicative purposes or discourse functions. Introduction section and Conclusion section have a higher occurrence rate of fuzzy words than Abstract section and Methodology and Data section.展开更多
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that problems are the voice of the times,and answering the problems and guiding the solutions are the fundamental tasks of theor...The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that problems are the voice of the times,and answering the problems and guiding the solutions are the fundamental tasks of theories.To continually promote theoretical innovation on the basis of practice and to write a new chapter on adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,it is necessary to persist in problem orientation.Therefore,it is a requirement for the implementation of the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the CPC to engage in intellectual inquiry with respect to meta-jurisprudence,and,based on that,pursue the target of building an academic system of legal science with Chinese characteristics.There are two main types of problems in meta-jurisprudence.The first is ideological resources,which asks what kinds of ideas shape the direction,foresight,and preferences of legal scholars.The second is the analytic framework,which asks how to tell the different kinds of legal issues apart,finish building the system,choose the best ways to argue,and make strong arguments.Only by starting from the problems of meta-jurisprudence and adhering to the guidance of XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,by combining China's specific rule-of-law practice with fine traditional Chinese legal culture,and by learning from international experience,can the mission of building an academic system of legal science with Chinese characteristics be achieved.展开更多
