So in order to study the representations of triangular matrix algebra T2(T) - (T O,T T)whereTis a finite dimensional algebra over afield, it is important to determine its AR-sequences and :D-split sequences. The aim of this paper is to construct the right(left) almost split morphisms, irreducible morphisms, almost split sequences and V-split sequences of T2(T) through the corresponding morphisms and sequences of T. B chromosomes,also named supemumerary chromo-somes,derived from standard chromosome(Achromo-some)set.Once they originated,Bchromasomes are in-herited in a non-Mendelian way and express various inde-pendent behavior.Th...B chromosomes,also named supemumerary chromo-somes,derived from standard chromosome(Achromo-some)set.Once they originated,Bchromasomes are in-herited in a non-Mendelian way and express various inde-pendent behavior.They do not pair with A chromosomes,exhibit meiotic and mitotic instability,nondisjunction and have little or no phenotypic effects on the host[.2].Since B chromosome DNA is quite identical to corresponding se-quence on the A chromosome complement,Bchromosome specific DNA sequence has been the attractive subject of B chromosome research.So far only a few of B chromo-some specific DNA sequences have been identified[3.4].So more B chromosome specific sequences are required for explanation of the origin and behavior of B chromosome.In this article we described the isolation and characteriza-tion of a B chromosome specific DNA sequence from maize genome RAPD analysis.展开更多
