专业认证是评价高校人才培养质量的有效手段,取得AACSB国际认证是商科院校品牌化、国际化发展的重要路径。在概述AACSB认证现状、最新标准和特点的基础上,根据上海工程技术大学管理学院开展AACSB认证的实践,就四方面实施重点予以阐述,包...专业认证是评价高校人才培养质量的有效手段,取得AACSB国际认证是商科院校品牌化、国际化发展的重要路径。在概述AACSB认证现状、最新标准和特点的基础上,根据上海工程技术大学管理学院开展AACSB认证的实践,就四方面实施重点予以阐述,包括:筑牢使命、更新理念,构建更高水平的应用型商科人才培养体系;与时俱进,优化课程体系,推动“课堂革命”;分类评价,促进教师多轨发展,尽展特长和优势;夯实AoL质量保障体系,树立持续改进文化。这对于应用型高校商学院加快推进国际认证、建设质量保障体系并实现内涵式发展提供了有益参考。Specialized accreditation is an effective means of evaluating the quality of higher education. Obtaining AACSB accreditation is an important path for the branding and international development of business schools in China. Based on a brief review of the current status, latest standards and unique features of AACSB accreditation, this paper introduces the key practices of the School of Management (at Shanghai University of Engineering Science) in AACSB accreditation, including the following four aspects: strengthening the mission and updating concepts to build a higher-level application-oriented business talent development system;keeping pace with the times to optimize the curriculum system and promote a “classroom revolution”;conducting categorized evaluations to facilitate the multifaceted development of faculty and fully leverage their strengths and advantages;and solidifying the Assurance of Learning (AoL) quality assurance system to establish a culture of continuous improvement. This provides valuable insights for application-oriented business schools in accelerating international accreditation, building quality assurance systems, and achieving connotative development.展开更多

Under this background, the focus and mode of master talent training in accounting major are in urgent need of reform, and intelligent accounting major is born with the trend. AACSB Certification system provides a mature AOL talent training framework. Based on the teaching practice of AACSB system in colleges and universities, this paper builds MPAcc intelligent accounting professional talent training program, and based on the course practice experience, summarizes the focus and construction requirements of MPAcc intelligent accounting professional talent training, improves the quality of accounting talent training, and helps the construction of first-class professional.展开更多
