Analyzing point liquid loading effects on transversely isotropic poroelastic media using Green's function

Understanding the effects of point liquid loading on transversely isotropic poroelastic media is crucial for advancing geomechanics and biomechanics, where precise modeling of fluid-structure interactions is essential. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of infinite transversely isotropic poroelasticity under a fluid source, based on Biot's theory, aiming to uncover new and previously unexplored insights in the literature. We begin our study by deriving a general solution for fluid-saturated, transversely isotropic poroelastic materials in terms of harmonic functions that satisfy sixth-order homogeneous partial differential equations, using potential theory and Almansi's theorem. Based on these general solutions and potential functions, we construct a Green's function for a point fluid source, introducing three new harmonic functions with undetermined constants. These constants are determined by enforcing continuity and equilibrium conditions. Substituting these into the general solution yields fundamental solutions for poroelasticity that provide crucial support for a wide range of project problems. Numerical results and comparisons with existing literature are provided to illustrate physical mechanisms through contour plots. Our observations reveal that all components tend to zero in the far field and become singular at the concentrated source. Additionally, the contours exhibit rapid changes near the point fluid source but display gradual variations at a distance from it. These findings highlight the intricate behavior of the system under point liquid loading, offering valuable insights for further research and practical applications. 展开更多

Based on dividing the studied object into small blocks, the CBFM is suitable for parallel computing. In this paper, a static load balance parallel method is presented by combining Message Passing Interface (MPI) with Adaptively Modified CBFM (AMCBFM). In this method, the object geometry is partitioned into distinct blocks, and the serial number of blocks is sent to related nodes according to a certain rule. Every node only needs to calculate the information on local blocks. The obtained results confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method in speeding up solving large electrical scale problems. 展开更多

In this paper, the spectral element method(SEM)is improved to solve the moving load problem. In this method, a structure with uniform geometry and material properties is considered as a spectral element, which means that the element number and the degree of freedom can be reduced significantly. Based on the variational method and the Laplace transform theory, the spectral stiffness matrix and the equivalent nodal force of the beam-column element are established. The static Green function is employed to deduce the improved function. The proposed method is applied to two typical engineering practices—the one-span bridge and the horizontal jib of the tower crane. The results have revealed the following. First, the new method can yield extremely high-precision results of the dynamic deflection, the bending moment and the shear force in the moving load problem.In most cases, the relative errors are smaller than 1%. Second, by comparing with the finite element method, one can obtain the highly accurate results using the improved SEM with smaller element numbers. Moreover, the method can be widely used for statically determinate as well as statically indeterminate structures. Third, the dynamic deflection of the twin-lift jib decreases with the increase in the moving load speed, whereas the curvature of the deflection increases.Finally, the dynamic deflection, the bending moment and the shear force of the jib will all increase as the magnitude of the moving load increases. 展开更多

We extend the differential quadrature element method (DQEM) to the buckling analysis of uniformly in-plane loaded functionally graded (FG) plates fully or partially resting on the Pasternak model of elastic support. Material properties of the FG plate are graded in the thickness direction and assumed to obey a power law distribution of the volume fraction of the constituents. To set up the global eigenvalue equation, the plate is divided into sub-domains or elements and the generalized differential quadrature procedure is applied to discretize the governing, boundary and compatibility equations. By assembling discrete equations at all nodal points, the weighting coefficient and force matrices are derived. To validate the accuracy of this method, the results are compared with those of the exact solution and the finite element method. At the end, the effects of different variables and local elastic support arrangements on the buckling load factor are investigated. 展开更多

We present a study on the dynamic stability of porous functionally graded(PFG)beams under hygro-thermal loading.The variations of the properties of the beams across the beam thicknesses are described by the power-law model.Unlike most studies on this topic,we consider both the bending deformation of the beams and the hygro-thermal load as size-dependent,simultaneously,by adopting the equivalent differential forms of the well-posed nonlocal strain gradient integral theory(NSGIT)which are strictly equipped with a set of constitutive boundary conditions(CBCs),and through which both the stiffness-hardening and stiffness-softening effects of the structures can be observed with the length-scale parameters changed.All the variables presented in the differential problem formulation are discretized.The numerical solution of the dynamic instability region(DIR)of various bounded beams is then developed via the generalized differential quadrature method(GDQM).After verifying the present formulation and results,we examine the effects of different parameters such as the nonlocal/gradient length-scale parameters,the static force factor,the functionally graded(FG)parameter,and the porosity parameter on the DIR.Furthermore,the influence of considering the size-dependent hygro-thermal load is also presented. 展开更多

Both even distribution and uneven distribution are taken into account. In addition, three thermal load types, i.e., uniform temperature rise(UTR), nonlinear temperature rise(NLTR), and linear temperature rise(LTR), are researched to explore their effects on the vibration characteristics of porous FGM cylindrical shells. A modified power-law formulation is used to describe the material properties of FGM shells in the thickness direction. Love’s shell theory is used to formulate the straindisplacement equations, and the Rayleigh-Ritz method is utilized to calculate the natural frequencies of the system. The results show that the natural frequencies are affected by the porosity volume fraction, constituent volume fraction, and thermal load. Moreover,the natural frequencies obtained from the LTR have insignificant differences compared with those from the NLTR. Due to the calculation complexity of the NLTR, we propose that it is reasonable to replace it by its linear counterpart for the analysis of thin porous FGM cylindrical shells. A cylindrical system of vector functions, the stiffness matrix method and the corresponding recursive algorithm are proposed to investigate the static response of transversely isotropic,layered magneto-electro-elastic(MEE) structures over a homogeneous half-space substrate subjected to circular surface loading. In terms of the system of vector functions, we expand the extended displacements and stresses, and deduce two sets of ordinary differential equations, which are related to the expansion coeficients. The solution to one of the two sets of these ordinary differential equations can be evaluated by using the stiffness matrix method and the corresponding recursive algorithm. These expansion coeficients are then integrated by adaptive Gaussian quadrature to obtain the displacements and stresses in the physical domain. Two types of surface loads, mechanical pressure and electric loading,are considered in the numerical examples. The calculated results show that the proposed technique is stable and effective in analyzing the layered half-space MEE structures under surface loading. 展开更多

新能源加入后,配电网的结构更加复杂,给电力调度工作带来了巨大挑战。为保证电力系统供电的可靠性和稳定性,开展考虑新能源占比优化的配电网源网荷储协调控制方法研究。通过构建配电网协调运行费用、电压偏差、负荷方差和新能源占比4个... 新能源加入后,配电网的结构更加复杂,给电力调度工作带来了巨大挑战。为保证电力系统供电的可靠性和稳定性,开展考虑新能源占比优化的配电网源网荷储协调控制方法研究。通过构建配电网协调运行费用、电压偏差、负荷方差和新能源占比4个方面的多目标函数,并设置4个约束条件;利用改进麻雀搜索算法,对初始位置的产生、发现者和加入者的位置更新分别进行改进,以避免陷入局部最优,求取满足目标函数的最优解,由此完成对配电网源网荷储协调控制。分析结果表明:应用所研究方法,新能源出力总量与大电网出力情况基本平衡,且在一定程度上实现了新能源占比的最大化;运行费用、电压偏差以及负荷方差均低于预期最小值,分别为53.05万元、3.3 V、1.4 kW。对比分析说明,所研究方法更好地实现了配电网源网荷储的协调控制,为可靠供电提供了参考方案。 展开更多

目的探讨不同入路髓内钉固定对胫骨骨折患者术后生物力学稳定效果及早期负重的影响,以提高骨折治疗的效果和患者的康复进程。方法回顾性分析2018年6月~2024年3月医院收治的胫骨骨折患者86例,对照组采用经髌下入路髓内钉固定治疗,观察组... 目的探讨不同入路髓内钉固定对胫骨骨折患者术后生物力学稳定效果及早期负重的影响,以提高骨折治疗的效果和患者的康复进程。方法回顾性分析2018年6月~2024年3月医院收治的胫骨骨折患者86例,对照组采用经髌下入路髓内钉固定治疗,观察组采用经髌上入路髓内钉固定治疗。比较两组术中情况、术后愈合、膝关节运动稳定性及屈曲活动度、血液流变学指标及术后并发症。以术后4周内负重做为早期负重,术后4周后负重做为晚期负重,比较不同负重组患者的膝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组术中透视次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨折正常愈合率为88.64%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,观察组Lysholm评分、HSS评分、屈曲活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞沉降率下降(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。86例胫骨骨折患者中,早期负重52例,晚期负重34例。术后3、6个月,早期负重组Lysholm评分、HSS评分及屈曲活动度高于晚期负重组(P<0.05)。结论经髌上入路髓内钉固定治疗胫骨骨折,有助于促进患者术后下肢运动功能的恢复,且术后早期负重有助于促进膝关节功能恢复。 展开更多

针对风光不确定性波动难以刻画及传统电力系统碳排放量较高问题,文中提出一种考虑源荷不确定性的虚拟电厂日前优化调度模型。在源侧采用指数函数法分别建立风光的多元变量协方差矩阵,应用Frank-Copula函数衡量风光出力间的非线性相关性... 针对风光不确定性波动难以刻画及传统电力系统碳排放量较高问题,文中提出一种考虑源荷不确定性的虚拟电厂日前优化调度模型。在源侧采用指数函数法分别建立风光的多元变量协方差矩阵,应用Frank-Copula函数衡量风光出力间的非线性相关性,构建风光联合概率分布模型。通过逆变换采样及K-means聚类约简获取风光出力典型场景,实现对风光出力的精确表征。在负荷侧建立柔性用户二维激励型需求响应模型,实现源荷的协同优化,提升能源利用效率。在系统侧采用碳捕集与封存、电转气装置耦合热电联产机组,实现虚拟电厂的低碳灵活运行。针对复杂多目标模型难以求解的问题,采用梯形隶属度函数将其模糊化为单目标问题,并调用CPLEX求解器求解。算例仿真表明,所提方法能够在有效减少系统弃风弃光的同时提升调度运行的低碳经济效益。 展开更多

为了应对风电、光伏、电动汽车等新能源大规模接入对电网空间特性的影响,提出一种新型的动态概率潮流分析方法。首先,结合参数和非参数概率建模理论建立风光的概率分布模型,并构建Copula函数刻画风光出力相关性;其次,建立考虑路网约束... 为了应对风电、光伏、电动汽车等新能源大规模接入对电网空间特性的影响,提出一种新型的动态概率潮流分析方法。首先,结合参数和非参数概率建模理论建立风光的概率分布模型,并构建Copula函数刻画风光出力相关性;其次,建立考虑路网约束及外在因素影响的电动汽车充电负荷模型;最后,选用Nataf变换与奇异值结合来生成具有相关性的风光样本,运用结合半不变量和Gram-Charlier级数展开的方法对计及风光出力相关性及电动汽车充电负荷的case39算例系统进行仿真分析,结果表明:光伏发电在10:00—15:00时段的电网节点电压概率分布呈现分散化趋势,并网后节点电压概率分布下降30.37%;风力发电在11:00—18:00时段的节点电压概率分布呈现集中化趋势,并网后节点电压概率分布上升80.7%;同时大规模电动汽车充电负荷投入电网会影响系统的运行特性,使得节点电压期望值平均下降趋势为1.36%。 展开更多
