The traction can be determined using inverse methods in which displacement or strain measurements are taken at several points on the body. This paper presents an inverse method based on the method of fundamental solutions for the traction identification problem in two-dimensional anisotropic elasticity. The method of fundamental solutions is an efficient boundary-type meshless method widely used for analyzing various problems. Since the problem is linear, the sensitivity analysis is simply performed by solving the corresponding direct problem several times with different loads. The effects of important parameters such as the number of measurement data, the position of the measurement points, the amount of measurement error, and the type of measurement, i.e., displacement or strain, on the results are also investigated. The results obtained show that the presented inverse method is suitable for the problem of traction identification. It can be concluded from the results that the use of strain measurements in the inverse analysis leads to more accurate results than the use of displacement measurements. It is also found that measurement points closer to the boundary with unknown traction provide more reliable solutions. Additionally, it is found that increasing the number of measurement points increases the accuracy of the inverse solution. However, in cases with a large number of measurement points, further increasing the number of measurement data has little effect on the results.展开更多

文摘Hydraulic fracturing technology has achieved remarkable results in improving the production of tight gas reservoirs, but its effectiveness is under the joint action of multiple factors of complexity.Traditional analysis methods have limitations in dealing with these complex and interrelated factors, and it is difficult to fully reveal the actual contribution of each factor to the production.Machine learning-based methods explore the complex mapping relationships between large amounts of data to provide datadriven insights into the key factors driving production. In this study,a data-driven PCA-RF-VIM(Principal Component Analysis-Random Forest-Variable Importance Measures)approach of analyzing the importance of features is proposed to identify the key factors driving post-fracturing production.Four types of parameters, including log parameters, geological and reservoir physical parameters, hydraulic fracturing design parameters, and reservoir stimulation parameters, were inputted into the PCA-RF-VIM model. The model was trained using 6-fold cross-validation and grid search, and the relative importance ranking of each factor was finally obtained. In order to verify the validity of the PCA-RF-VIM model,a consolidation model that uses three other independent data-driven methods(Pearson correlation coefficient,RF feature significance analysis method, and XGboost feature significance analysis method)are applied to compare with the PCA-RF-VIM model.A comparison the two models shows that they contain almost the same parameters in the top ten, with only minor differences in one parameter. In combination with the reservoir characteristics, the reasonableness of the PCA-RF-VIM model is verified, and the importance ranking of the parameters by this method is more consistent with the reservoir characteristics of the study area.Ultimately, the ten parameters are selected as the controlling factors that have the potential to influence post-fracturing gas production,as the combined importance of these top ten parameters is 91.95%on driving natural gas production.Analyzing and obtaining these ten controlling factors provides engineers with a new insight into the reservoir selection for fracturing stimulation and fracturing parameter optimization to improve fracturing efficiency and productivity.

文摘To tackle the difficulties of the point prediction in quantifying the reliability of landslide displacement prediction,a data-driven combination-interval prediction method(CIPM)based on copula and variational-mode-decomposition associated with kernel-based-extreme-learningmachine optimized by the whale optimization algorithm(VMD-WOA-KELM)is proposed in this paper.Firstly, the displacement is decomposed by VMD to three IMF components and a residual component of different fluctuation characteristics. The key impact factors of each IMF component are selected according to Copula model, and the corresponding WOA-KELM is established to conduct point prediction.Subsequently, the parametric method(PM)and non-parametric method(NPM)are used to estimate the prediction error probability density distribution(PDF)of each component, whose prediction interval(PI)under the 95%confidence level is also obtained.By means of the differential evolution algorithm(DE),a weighted combination model based on the PIs is built to construct the combination-interval(CI).Finally,the CIs of each component are added to generate the total PI.A comparative case study shows that the CIPM performs better in constructing landslide displacement PI with high performance.
文摘A distinguished category of operational fluids, known as hybrid nanofluids, occupies a prominent role among various fluid types owing to its superior heat transfer properties.By employing a dovetail fin profile, this work investigates the thermal reaction of a dynamic fin system to a hybrid nanofluid with shape-based properties, flowing uniformly at a velocity U.The analysis focuses on four distinct types of nanoparticles,i.e.,Al2O3,Ag,carbon nanotube(CNT),and graphene.Specifically, two of these particles exhibit a spherical shape, one possesses a cylindrical form, and the final type adopts a platelet morphology. The investigation delves into the pairing of these nanoparticles. The examination employs a combined approach to assess the constructional and thermal exchange characteristics of the hybrid nanofluid. The fin design, under the specified circumstances, gives rise to the derivation of a differential equation. The given equation is then transformed into a dimensionless form.Notably, the Hermite wavelet method is introduced for the first time to address the challenge posed by a moving fin submerged in a hybrid nanofluid with shape-dependent features. To validate the credibility of this research, the results obtained in this study are systematically compared with the numerical simulations. The examination discloses that the highest heat flux is achieved when combining nanoparticles with spherical and platelet shapes.
文摘When assessing seismic liquefaction potential with data-driven models, addressing the uncertainties of establishing models, interpreting cone penetration tests(CPT)data and decision threshold is crucial for avoiding biased data selection, ameliorating overconfident models, and being flexible to varying practical objectives, especially when the training and testing data are not identically distributed.A workflow characterized by leveraging Bayesian methodology was proposed to address these issues.Employing a Multi-Layer Perceptron(MLP)as the foundational model, this approach was benchmarked against empirical methods and advanced algorithms for its efficacy in simplicity, accuracy, and resistance to overfitting. The analysis revealed that, while MLP models optimized via maximum a posteriori algorithm suffices for straightforward scenarios,Bayesian neural networks showed great potential for preventing overfitting.Additionally, integrating decision thresholds through various evaluative principles offers insights for challenging decisions. Two case studies demonstrate the framework's capacity for nuanced interpretation of in situ data, employing a model committee for a detailed evaluation of liquefaction potential via Monte Carlo simulations and basic statistics.Overall, the proposed step-by-step workflow for analyzing seismic liquefaction incorporates multifold testing and real-world data validation, showing improved robustness against overfitting and greater versatility in addressing practical challenges. This research contributes to the seismic liquefaction assessment field by providing a structured, adaptable methodology for accurate and reliable analysis.

文摘Numerical simulation plays an important role in the dynamic analysis of multibody system. With the rapid development of computer science, the numerical solution technology has been further developed.Recently,data-driven method has become a very popular computing method. However, due to lack of necessary mechanism information of the traditional pure data-driven methods based on neural network, its numerical accuracy cannot be guaranteed for strong nonlinear system. Therefore, this work proposes a mechanism-data hybrid-driven strategy for solving nonlinear multibody system based on physics-informed neural network to overcome the limitation of traditional data-driven methods. The strategy proposed in this paper introduces scaling coefficients to introduce the dynamic model of multibody system into neural network, ensuring that the training results of neural network conform to the mechanics principle of the system, thereby ensuring the good reliability of the data-driven method. Finally, the stability, generalization ability and numerical accuracy of the proposed method are discussed and analyzed using three typical multibody systems, and the constrained default situations can be controlled within the range of 10^(-2)-10^(-4).

文摘This paper examined how microstructure influences the homogenized thermal conductivity of cellular structures and revealed a surface-induced size-dependent effect. This effect is linked to the porous microstructural features of cellular structures, which stems from the degree of porosity and the distri-bution of the pores.Unlike the phonon-driven surface effect at the nanoscale, the macro-scale surface mechanism in thermal cellular structures is found to be the microstructure-induced changes in the heat conduction path based on fully resolved 3D numerical simulations. The surface region is determined by the microstructure, characterized by the intrinsic length. With the coupling between extrinsic and intrinsic length scales under the surface mechanism,a surface-enriched multiscale method was devel-oped to accurately capture the complex size-dependent thermal conductivity. The principle of scale separation required by classical multiscale methods is not necessary to be satisfied by the proposed multiscale method. The significant potential of the surface-enriched multiscale method was demon-strated through simulations of the effective thermal conductivity of a thin-walled metamaterial struc-ture.The surface-enriched multiscale method offers higher accuracy compared with the classical multiscale method and superior efficiency over high-fidelity finite element methods.

文摘A three-dimensional path-planning approach has been developed to coordinate multiple fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)while avoiding collisions. The hierarchical path-planning architecture that divides the path-planning process into two layers is proposed by designing the velocityobstacle strategy for satisfying timeliness and effectiveness. The upper-level layer focuses on creating an efficient Dubins initial path considering the dynamic constraints of the fixed wing.Subsequently, the lower-level layer detects potential collisions and adjusts its flight paths to avoid collisions by using the threedimensional velocity obstacle method, which describes the maneuvering space of collision avoidance as the intersection space of half space. To further handle the dynamic and collisionavoidance constraints,a priority mechanism is designed to ensure that the adjusted path is still feasible for fixed-wing UAVs.Simulation experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘The(2+1)-dimensional integrable generalization of the Gardner(2DG)equation is solved via the inverse scattering transform method in this paper.A kind of general solution of the equation is obtained by introducing long derivatives V_(x),V_(y),V_(t).Two different constraints on the kernel function K are introduced under the reality of the solution u of the 2DG equation. Then, two classes of exact solutions with constant asymptotic values at infinity u|x^(2)+y^(2)→∞→0 are constructed by means of the∂¯-dressing method for the casesσ=1 andσ=i.The rational and multiple pole solutions of the 2DG equation are obtained with the kernel functions of zero-order and higher-order Dirac delta functions, respectively.

文摘The exploitation of oil resources has now extended to ultra-deep formations, with depths even exceeding 10,000 m.During drilling operations, the bottomhole temperature(BHT)can surpass 240℃.Under such high-temperature conditions, measurement while drilling(MWD)instruments are highly likely to malfunction due to the inadequate temperature resistance of their electronic components. As a wellbore temperature control approach, the application of thermal insulated drill pipe(TIDP)has been proposed to manage the wellbore temperature in ultra-deep wells. This paper developed a temperature field model for ultra-deep wells by coupling the interactions of multiple factors on the wellbore temperature. For the first time, five distinct TIDP deployment methods were proposed, and their corresponding wellbo re temperature variation characte ristics were investigated, and the heat transfer laws of the ultra-deep wellbore-formation system were quantitatively elucidated. The results revealed that TIDP can effectively restrain the rapid rise in the temperature of the drilling fluid inside the drill string by reducing the heat flux of the drill string.Among the five deployment methods, the method of deploying TIDP from the bottomhole upwards exhibits the best performance. For a 12,000 m simulated well,when6000 m of TIDP are deployed from the bottomhole upwards, the BHT decreases by 52℃,while the outlet temperature increases by merely 1℃.This not only achieves the objective of wellbore temperature control but also keeps the temperature of the drilling fluid at the outlet of annulus at a relatively low level, thereby reducing the requirements for the heat exchange equipment on the ground. The novel findings of this study provide significant guidance for wellbore temperature control in ultra-deep and ultra-high-temperature wells.

文摘Norfloxacin is widely used owing to its strong bactericidal effect on Gram-negative bacteria. However, the residual norfloxacin in the environment can be biomagnified via food chain andmay damage the human liver and delay the bone development ofminors.Present work described a reliable and sensitive smartphone colorimetric sensing system based on cobaltdoped Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic nanoparticles(Co-Fe_(3)O_(4) MNPs)for the visual detection of norfloxacin.Compared with Fe_(3)O_(4),Co-Fe_(3)O_(4) MNPs earned more remarkably peroxidase-like activity and TMB(colorless)was rapidly oxidized to oxTMB(blue)with the presence of H_(2)O_(2).Interestingly,the addition of low concentration of norfloxacin can accelerate the color reaction process of TMB,and blue deepening of the solution can be observed with the naked eye. However, after adding high concentration of norfloxacin, the activity of nanozymewas inhibited, resulting in the gradual fading of the solution.Based on this principle,a colorimetric sensor integrated with smartphone RGB mode was established. The visual sensor exhibited good linearity for norfloxacin monitoring in the range of 0.13-2.51μmol/L and 17.5-100μmol/L.The limit of visual detectionwas 0.08μmol/L.In the actualwater sample analysis, the spiked recoveries of norfloxacin were over the range of 95.7%-104.7%.These results demonstrated that the visual sensor was a convenient and fast method for the efficient and accurate detection of norfloxacin in water, which may have broad application prospect.
