The assessment of electromagnetic SE for Slotted Composite Structures(SCSs) is particularly challenging due to their complex geometries and there remains a lack of suitable models for accurately predicting the SE performance of these intricate configurations. To address this issue, this paper introduces SCS-Net, a Deep Neural Network (DNN) method designed to accurately predict the SE of SCS. This method considers the impacts of various structural parameters, material properties and incident wave parameters on the SE of SCSs. In order to better model the SCS, an improved Nicolson-Ross-Weir (NRW) method is introduced in this paper to provide an equivalent flat structure for the SCS and to calculate the electromagnetic parameters of the equivalent structure. Additionally, the prediction of SE via DNNs is limited by insufficient test data, which hinders support for large-sample training. To address the issue of limited measured data, this paper develops a Measurement-Computation Fusion (MCF) dataset construction method. The predictions based on the simulation results show that the proposed method maintains an error of less than 0.07 dB within the 8–10 GHz frequency range. Furthermore, a new loss function based on the weighted L1-norm is established to improve the prediction accuracy for these parameters. Compared with traditional loss functions, the new loss function reduces the maximum prediction error for equivalent electromagnetic parameters by 47%. This method significantly improves the prediction accuracy of SCS-Net for measured data, with a maximum improvement of 23.88%. These findings demonstrate that the proposed method enables precise SE prediction and design for composite structures while reducing the number of test samples needed.展开更多
BACKGROUND Blonanserin,a novel antipsychotic,has demonstrated efficacy in treating both positive and negative symptoms.However,limited research exists on its dose-dependent effectiveness and safety in patients with an...BACKGROUND Blonanserin,a novel antipsychotic,has demonstrated efficacy in treating both positive and negative symptoms.However,limited research exists on its dose-dependent effectiveness and safety in patients with and without prominent nega-tive symptoms(PNS).AIM To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of blonanserin monotherapy for first-episode schizophrenia in real-world clinical settings and to explore the efficacy and safety of different doses of blonanserin for patients with PNS and without PNS.METHODS A 12-week,multicenter,prospective post-marketing surveillance was conducted.In this study,we included patients with first-episode schizophrenia who received blonanserin monotherapy.Patients were divided into those with PNS and without PNS,based on the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)negative symptoms subscale scores.Additionally,patients were labeled as high-dose and low-dose was evaluated through the incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs).RESULTS A total of 653 patients were included in the analysis,with 613 completing the study.The BPRS total score decreased significantly from 47.94±16.31 at baseline to 26.88±9.47 at 12 weeks(P<0.001).A significant interaction of PNS×dose×time was observed for BPRS total scores(F=3.47,P=0.040)and negative symptom subscale scores(F=6.76,P=0.002).In the PNS group,the high-dose group showed greater reductions in BPRS total scores(P=0.001)and negative symptom subscale scores(P=0.003)than the low-dose group in week 12.In the without PNS group,no significant difference was observed between the high-dose and low-dose groups at any visit.Most adverse reactions were mild or moderate,with extrapyramidal symptoms(9.3%)being most common;1.5%of patients gained≥7%body weight at 12 weeks.CONCLUSION Blonanserin effectively alleviated the clinical symptoms of first-episode schizophrenia with an acceptable safety profile.High-dose blonanserin is particularly beneficial for patients with PNS in the acute phase of first-episode schizophrenia.However,due to the limitation of ADR reporting the real world,the ADR incidence observed in this study may be underestimated.展开更多

Background:Transrectal(TR)and transperineal(TP)biopsies are commonly used methods for diagnosing prostate cancer.However,their comparative effectiveness in conjunction with machine learning(ML)techniques remains under...Background:Transrectal(TR)and transperineal(TP)biopsies are commonly used methods for diagnosing prostate cancer.However,their comparative effectiveness in conjunction with machine learning(ML)techniques remains underexplored.This study aimed to evaluate the predictive accuracy of ML algorithms in detecting prostate cancer using data derived from TR and TP biopsies.Methods:The clinical records of patients who underwent prostate biopsy at King Saud University Medical City and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centerin Riyadh,Saudi Arabia,between 2018 and 2025 were analyzed.Data were used to train and testMLmodels,including eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost),Decision Tree,Random Forest,and Extra Trees.Results:The two datasets are comparable.The models demonstrated exceptional performance,achieving accuracies of up to 96.49%and 95.56%on TP and TR biopsy datasets,respectively.The area under the curve(AUC)values were also high,reaching 0.9988 for TP and 0.9903 for TR biopsy predictions.Conclusion:These findings highlight the potential of MLto enhance the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer detection irrespective of the biopsy method.However,TP biopsy data showed marginally higher accuracy,possibly because of the lower risk of contamination.While ML holds great promise for transforming prostate cancer care,further research is needed to address limitations.Collaboration between clinicians,data scientists,and researchers is crucial to ensure the clinical relevance and interpretability of ML models.展开更多

Introduction:Surgeons typically prefer 270μm and 272μm laser probes in retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)due to the reduced deflection capacity of flexible ureterorenoscopes when using larger probe diameters.This s...Introduction:Surgeons typically prefer 270μm and 272μm laser probes in retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)due to the reduced deflection capacity of flexible ureterorenoscopes when using larger probe diameters.This study aims to investigate the effects of 272 and 365μm holmium laser probes on operative time,clinical efficacy,and complication rates in RIRS.Materials and Methods:A total of 285 patients with proximal ureteral or kidney stones who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.Patients were divided into two groups based on laser probe thickness:272μm and 365μm.Stone-free rates,operative time,and complication rates were compared between the groups.Factors affecting stone-free rates were analyzed using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:Patient and stone characteristics were similar between the two groups.No significant differences were found in stone-free or complication rates.However,operative time was significantly shorter in the 365μm probe group.In univariate analysis,risk factors for postoperative residual stones included multi-calyceal stones,lower pole stones,high Hounsfield unit(HU)values on noncontrast computed tomography,and larger stone size.In multivariate analysis,independent prognostic factors for residual stones were identified as multi-calycal stones,lower pole stones,and high HU values.Conclusion:Compared to 272μm laser probes,operative time was shorter in surgeries performed with 365μm laser probes.The 365μm holmium laser can be effectively and safely used in the treatment of proximal ureteral and renal stones,demonstrating high clinical efficacy and safety.展开更多

In order to prepare the shielding fabrics with high efficiency of power frequency(PF)shielding and excellent electrical conductivity,different ratios of aramid/stainless steel fiber blended yarns were used to weave th...In order to prepare the shielding fabrics with high efficiency of power frequency(PF)shielding and excellent electrical conductivity,different ratios of aramid/stainless steel fiber blended yarns were used to weave the shielding fabrics with different specifications.The fabric structure,fabric areal density,number of fabric layers,embedding ratio of copper-clad wires wrapped aramid yarns(denoted as CCWWA)and embedding direction were designed,and a total of 34 different types of shielding fabrics were woven for testing.The experiments were mainly conducted to study the influence mechanism of various factors on the PF shielding effectiveness by testing the electrical conductivity and PF shielding effectiveness of the fabrics.The research results indicate that the PF shielding effectiveness improves with increasing fabric areal density and metal fiber content.The fabrics embedded with CCWWA,particularly those with bidirectional embedding,exhibit a significant enhancement in the PF shielding effectiveness,showing an increase of 8-20 dB compared to the fabrics without CCWWA.The PF shielding effectiveness varies across different fabric structures,with plain weave fabrics demonstrating the superior PF shielding effectiveness due to their compact structure.Non-conductive base fabric has minimal impact on the PF shielding effectiveness.As the number of fabric layers increases,the PF shielding effectiveness initially improves but then declines,peaking with double-layer fabrics.展开更多
BACKGROUND Managing refractory sudden sensorineural hearing loss(RSSHL)in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)presents significant therapeutic challenges,highlighting the importance of identifying effective treatment s...BACKGROUND Managing refractory sudden sensorineural hearing loss(RSSHL)in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)presents significant therapeutic challenges,highlighting the importance of identifying effective treatment strategies.AIM To analyze the therapeutic effectiveness of intratympanic injection plus retroauricular injection for RSSHL complicated with DM.METHODS This study included 84 patients with RSSHL complicated with DM from April 2021 to April 2024,all receiving routine treatment.Participants were categorized into the control group(40 cases),receiving an intratympanic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate(MPSS),and the research group(44 cases),treated with retroauricular MPSS injection the next day in addition to the treatment administered in the control group.The efficacy,adverse reactions(tympanic membrane perforation,middle ear infections,burning sensation,vertigo,and tinnitus),blood glucose(BG)[fasting BG(FBG),2-hour postprandial BG(2hPBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],hearing thresholds at different frequencies(250 Hz,500 Hz,and 1000 Hz),serum biochemical indexes[interleukin(IL)-6,C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)],and quality of life assessed by the short-form 36 item health survey(SF-36)were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS The research group demonstrated a markedly higher total effectiveness rate(81.82%vs 60.00%,P=0.027)and a comparable incidence of total adverse reactions than the control group.Further,the research group exhibited notably reduced FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,IL-6,CRP,and PCT post-treatment(P<0.01),which were lower compared with the pre-treatment levels and the control group(P<0.05),as well as reduced hearing thresholds at different frequencies(250 Hz,500 Hz,and 1000 Hz,P<0.05).Furthermore,the post-treatment SF-36 scores of the research group in terms of energy,social functioning,role functioning,physical functioning,mental health,and overall health were all significantly improved than the pre-treatment levels and the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The above results indicate that intratympanic plus retroauricular injections of MPSS are effective in treating RSSHL complicated with DM without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which has a health promotion value.展开更多

BACKGROUND Acute appendicitis(AP)is a frequently encountered surgical emergency,and appendectomy is conventionally regarded as the predominant treatment moda-lity.Nevertheless,the therapeutic efficacy of this surgical...BACKGROUND Acute appendicitis(AP)is a frequently encountered surgical emergency,and appendectomy is conventionally regarded as the predominant treatment moda-lity.Nevertheless,the therapeutic efficacy of this surgical approach remains to be improved.Thus,the exploration and implementation of surgical refinements are necessary.AIM To elucidate the therapeutic effectiveness and influencing factors of laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)with mesoappendix dissection in the treatment of AP.METHODS First,150 patients with AP who visited Shangrao Municipal Hospital between January 2022 and June 2024 were enrolled in this study.Among them,72 patients were assigned to the control group to receive conventional LA,whereas 78 cases were included in the observation group for LA with mesoappendix dissection.Subsequently,indicators such as therapeutic effectiveness,surgical indices(ope-ration time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay),postoperative recovery indices(time to ambulation,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and time to food intake),incidence of adverse events(postoperative bleeding,pelvic infection,puncture site infection,and ileus),and serum inflammatory factors[tumor necro-sis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and C-reactive protein(CRP)]were collected and comparatively analyzed,and the influencing factors of therapeutic effecti-veness in patients with AP were analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher clinical the-rapeutic effectiveness,less operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay;shorter time to ambulation,gastrointestinal function recovery,and food intake;and a lower total incidence of adverse events,and this difference is statistically significant.In addition,the expression levels of various serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly reduced postoperatively,which were markedly lower than those in the control group.Moreover,sex,age,body mass index,time from acute onset to admission,family medical history,preoperative TNF-α,preoperative IL-6,preoperative CRP,and treatment modality were identified to be not independent factors affecting the therapeutic effectiveness of LA with mesoappendix dissection in patients with AP.CONCLUSION Overall,LA with mesoappendix dissection has a remarkable curative effect in treating patients with AP,which is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多

Objective The objective of our study was to evaluate the vaccine effectiveness(VE)of the pentavalent rotavirus vaccine(RV5)among<5-year-old children in three provinces of China during 2020-2024 via a propensity sco...Objective The objective of our study was to evaluate the vaccine effectiveness(VE)of the pentavalent rotavirus vaccine(RV5)among<5-year-old children in three provinces of China during 2020-2024 via a propensity score-matched test-negative case-control study.Methods Electronic health records and immunization information systems were used to obtain data on acute gastroenteritis(AGE)cases tested for rotavirus(RV)infection.RV-positive cases were propensity score matched with RV-negative controls for age,visit month,and province.Results The study included 27,472 children with AGE aged 8 weeks to 4 years at the time of AGE diagnosis;7.98%(2,192)were RV-positive.The VE(95%confidence interval,CI)of 1-2 and 3 doses of RV5 against any medically attended RV infection(inpatient or outpatient)was 57.6%(39.8%,70.2%)and 67.2%(60.3%,72.9%),respectively.Among children who received the 3rd dose before turning 5 months of age,3-dose VE decreased from 70.4%(53.9%,81.1%)(<5 months since the 3rd dose)to 63.0%(49.1%,73.0%)(≥1 year since the 3rd dose).The three-dose VE rate was 69.4%(41.3%,84.0%)for RVGE hospitalization and 57.5%(38.9%,70.5%)for outpatient-only medically attended RVGE.Conclusion Three-dose RV5 VE against rotavirus gastroenteritis(RVGE)in children aged<5 years was higher than 1-2-dose VE.Three-dose VE decreased with time since the 3rd dose in children who received the 3rd dose before turning five months of age,but remained above 60%for at least one year.VE was higher for RVGE hospitalizations than for medically attended outpatient visits.展开更多
Strong tectonic activities and diagenetic evolution encourage the development of natural fractures as typical features in deep tight sandstone reservoirs of foreland thrust belts.This study focused on the Jurassic in ...Strong tectonic activities and diagenetic evolution encourage the development of natural fractures as typical features in deep tight sandstone reservoirs of foreland thrust belts.This study focused on the Jurassic in the southern Junggar Basin to comprehensively analyze the fracture characteristics and differential distribution and,ultimately,addressed the controlling mechanisms of tectonism and diagenesis on fracture effectiveness.Results revealed that the intensity of tectonic activities determines the complexity of tectonic fracture systems to create various fracture orientations when they have been stronger.The intense tectonic deformation would impact the stratum occurrence,which results in a wide range of fracture dip angles.Moreover,as the intensity of tectonic activities and deformations weakens,the scale and degree of tectonic fractures would decrease continuously.The control of tectonism on fracture effectiveness is reflected in the notable variations in the filling of multiple group fractures developed during different tectonic activity periods.Fractures formed in the early stages are more likely to be filled with minerals,causing their effectiveness to deteriorate significantly.Additionally,the strong cementation in the diagenetic evolution can cause more fractures to be filled with minerals and become barriers to fluid flow,which is detrimental to fracture effectiveness.However,dissolution is beneficial in improving their effectiveness by increasing fracture aperture and their connectivity to the pores.These insights can refine the development pattern of natural fractures and contribute to revealing the evolutionary mechanisms of fracture effectiveness in deep tight sandstone reservoirs of foreland thrust belts.展开更多
Evaluation of backfilling effectiveness plays a crucial role in the geological environment management and restoration of abandoned open-pit quarries,providing a scientific basis for subsequent greening efforts.Backfil...Evaluation of backfilling effectiveness plays a crucial role in the geological environment management and restoration of abandoned open-pit quarries,providing a scientific basis for subsequent greening efforts.Backfill soil,predominantly composed of silty clay,demonstrates high water retention capacity and elevated moisture content,leading to a pronounced resistivity contrast with the bedrock exposed by quarrying activities.To investigate the distribution of backfill soil subsurface and assess backfilling effectiveness in the study area,this study conducted a comprehensive geophysical investigation utilizing the high-density electrical resistivity tomography(ERT).A total of 19 ERT survey lines were deployed across three distinct areas in Liuyao Village,Huaibei City,Anhui Province,China.The inversion results,derived from both two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D),reveal distinct electrical properties of the subsurface materials:the backfill soil layer shows low resistivity features,the fill stone layer exhibits medium to high resistivity,and the bedrock shows the highest resistivity.The 2D inversion results,from the data measured using the Wenner array effectively capture the spatial distribution and structural features of the backfill soil layer.The findings indicate a gradual east-west thinning of the clay layer within the quarry.Furthermore,the northern pit area exhibits a uniform distribution of backfill soil layer,indicative of effective backfilling operations.In contrast,the southern pit area lacks a well-defined clay layer,suggesting suboptimal backfilling effectiveness.展开更多
The early involvement of test and evaluation can significantly reduce the cost of modifying issues and errors found in the later stages of aircraft development and design process.This paper presents a methodology for ...The early involvement of test and evaluation can significantly reduce the cost of modifying issues and errors found in the later stages of aircraft development and design process.This paper presents a methodology for aircraft mission effectiveness evaluation and design space exploration based on Virtual Operational Test(VOT),incorporating Virtual Open Scenario(VOS)and User in Scenarios(UIS)concepts.By employing modeling and simulation technologies in the early stages of aircraft development and design,a virtual environment can be constructed,allowing aircraft users to participate more closely and conveniently in the design process.Virtual tests conducted by users within the mission context provide data on mission effectiveness and critical user feedback.This paper outlines the main components of the virtual operational test process and related conceptual methods,and discusses an open support system framework that supports VOT.The effectiveness and adaptability of the method are demonstrated through two case studies:a beyond-visual-range air combat scenario and a helicopter ground attack scenario.These case studies demonstrate the evaluation of aircraft mission effectiveness and the sensitivity analysis and optimization of design and operational parameters based on VOT.展开更多
Objective:To explore the impact of parenting care guidance combined with preventive healthcare on child family parenting.Methods:Ninety-two child families were included as research subjects and randomly divided into a...Objective:To explore the impact of parenting care guidance combined with preventive healthcare on child family parenting.Methods:Ninety-two child families were included as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The former implemented basic preventive healthcare,while the latter simultaneously carried out parenting care guidance combined with preventive healthcare.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had a higher awareness rate of family parenting knowledge and a higher formation rate of healthy behaviors,P<0.05.At the same time,parents’parenting anxiety scores were lower,and family health management ability scores were higher,P<0.05.Moreover,the observation group showed higher scores in children’s social skills,P<0.05.Conclusion:Parenting care guidance combined with preventive healthcare can effectively improve the status of child family parenting,and it is worthy of promotion and application.展开更多

文摘As the proportion of composite materials used in aircraft continues to increase, the electromagnetic Shielding Effectiveness (SE) of these materials becomes a critical factor in the electromagnetic safety design of aircraft structures. The assessment of electromagnetic SE for Slotted Composite Structures(SCSs) is particularly challenging due to their complex geometries and there remains a lack of suitable models for accurately predicting the SE performance of these intricate configurations. To address this issue, this paper introduces SCS-Net, a Deep Neural Network (DNN) method designed to accurately predict the SE of SCS. This method considers the impacts of various structural parameters, material properties and incident wave parameters on the SE of SCSs. In order to better model the SCS, an improved Nicolson-Ross-Weir (NRW) method is introduced in this paper to provide an equivalent flat structure for the SCS and to calculate the electromagnetic parameters of the equivalent structure. Additionally, the prediction of SE via DNNs is limited by insufficient test data, which hinders support for large-sample training. To address the issue of limited measured data, this paper develops a Measurement-Computation Fusion (MCF) dataset construction method. The predictions based on the simulation results show that the proposed method maintains an error of less than 0.07 dB within the 8–10 GHz frequency range. Furthermore, a new loss function based on the weighted L1-norm is established to improve the prediction accuracy for these parameters. Compared with traditional loss functions, the new loss function reduces the maximum prediction error for equivalent electromagnetic parameters by 47%. This method significantly improves the prediction accuracy of SCS-Net for measured data, with a maximum improvement of 23.88%. These findings demonstrate that the proposed method enables precise SE prediction and design for composite structures while reducing the number of test samples needed.
文摘BACKGROUND Blonanserin,a novel antipsychotic,has demonstrated efficacy in treating both positive and negative symptoms.However,limited research exists on its dose-dependent effectiveness and safety in patients with and without prominent nega-tive symptoms(PNS).AIM To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of blonanserin monotherapy for first-episode schizophrenia in real-world clinical settings and to explore the efficacy and safety of different doses of blonanserin for patients with PNS and without PNS.METHODS A 12-week,multicenter,prospective post-marketing surveillance was conducted.In this study,we included patients with first-episode schizophrenia who received blonanserin monotherapy.Patients were divided into those with PNS and without PNS,based on the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)negative symptoms subscale scores.Additionally,patients were labeled as high-dose and low-dose was evaluated through the incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs).RESULTS A total of 653 patients were included in the analysis,with 613 completing the study.The BPRS total score decreased significantly from 47.94±16.31 at baseline to 26.88±9.47 at 12 weeks(P<0.001).A significant interaction of PNS×dose×time was observed for BPRS total scores(F=3.47,P=0.040)and negative symptom subscale scores(F=6.76,P=0.002).In the PNS group,the high-dose group showed greater reductions in BPRS total scores(P=0.001)and negative symptom subscale scores(P=0.003)than the low-dose group in week 12.In the without PNS group,no significant difference was observed between the high-dose and low-dose groups at any visit.Most adverse reactions were mild or moderate,with extrapyramidal symptoms(9.3%)being most common;1.5%of patients gained≥7%body weight at 12 weeks.CONCLUSION Blonanserin effectively alleviated the clinical symptoms of first-episode schizophrenia with an acceptable safety profile.High-dose blonanserin is particularly beneficial for patients with PNS in the acute phase of first-episode schizophrenia.However,due to the limitation of ADR reporting the real world,the ADR incidence observed in this study may be underestimated.

文摘Background:Transrectal(TR)and transperineal(TP)biopsies are commonly used methods for diagnosing prostate cancer.However,their comparative effectiveness in conjunction with machine learning(ML)techniques remains underexplored.This study aimed to evaluate the predictive accuracy of ML algorithms in detecting prostate cancer using data derived from TR and TP biopsies.Methods:The clinical records of patients who underwent prostate biopsy at King Saud University Medical City and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centerin Riyadh,Saudi Arabia,between 2018 and 2025 were analyzed.Data were used to train and testMLmodels,including eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost),Decision Tree,Random Forest,and Extra Trees.Results:The two datasets are comparable.The models demonstrated exceptional performance,achieving accuracies of up to 96.49%and 95.56%on TP and TR biopsy datasets,respectively.The area under the curve(AUC)values were also high,reaching 0.9988 for TP and 0.9903 for TR biopsy predictions.Conclusion:These findings highlight the potential of MLto enhance the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer detection irrespective of the biopsy method.However,TP biopsy data showed marginally higher accuracy,possibly because of the lower risk of contamination.While ML holds great promise for transforming prostate cancer care,further research is needed to address limitations.Collaboration between clinicians,data scientists,and researchers is crucial to ensure the clinical relevance and interpretability of ML models.
文摘This research investigates the effectiveness of climate-related development aid in Indonesia’s climate mitigation.Specific objectives include assessing the contribution of official development assistance(ODA)to reducing CO_(2) emissions and evaluating the implementation of the Busan Principles of aid effectiveness to achieve Indonesia’s mitigation priorities and targets.We utilize a new primary dataset based on interviews with the most knowledgeable stakeholders of ODA on climate change mitigation.Additionally,we use secondary data from the annual Rio Marker and the Common Reporting Standard data of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.The results show a significant correlation between climate-related development aid and CO_(2) emission reduction in Indonesia.Additionally,the implementation of the Busan Principles enhances aid management by fostering project ownership and increasing the involvement of civil society and private sector.The study has implications for devising an effective climate change mitigation strategy for Indonesia.It is suggested that the government of Indonesia exercise greater flexibility and dynamism in engaging with development partners.

文摘The impact of Y content on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)of the Mg-6Zn-xY-1La-0.5Zr alloy was investigated.After the extrusion treatment of Mg-6Zn-xY-1La-0.5Zr alloy,the large grains that did not experience dynamic recrystallization were elongated along the extrusion direction,and the small-sized dynamic recrystallized grains were distributed around the large grains.The Mg-6Zn-1Y-1La-0.5Zr alloy demonstrated a favorable balance between strength and plasticity,exhibiting ultimate tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation values of 332.3 MPa,267.3 MPa,and 16.2%,respectively.Moreover,the EMI SE within the frequency range of 30-1500 MHz changes from 79 to 110 dB,aligning with the electromagnetic shielding requirements of many high-strength applications.
文摘Introduction:Surgeons typically prefer 270μm and 272μm laser probes in retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS)due to the reduced deflection capacity of flexible ureterorenoscopes when using larger probe diameters.This study aims to investigate the effects of 272 and 365μm holmium laser probes on operative time,clinical efficacy,and complication rates in RIRS.Materials and Methods:A total of 285 patients with proximal ureteral or kidney stones who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.Patients were divided into two groups based on laser probe thickness:272μm and 365μm.Stone-free rates,operative time,and complication rates were compared between the groups.Factors affecting stone-free rates were analyzed using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:Patient and stone characteristics were similar between the two groups.No significant differences were found in stone-free or complication rates.However,operative time was significantly shorter in the 365μm probe group.In univariate analysis,risk factors for postoperative residual stones included multi-calyceal stones,lower pole stones,high Hounsfield unit(HU)values on noncontrast computed tomography,and larger stone size.In multivariate analysis,independent prognostic factors for residual stones were identified as multi-calycal stones,lower pole stones,and high HU values.Conclusion:Compared to 272μm laser probes,operative time was shorter in surgeries performed with 365μm laser probes.The 365μm holmium laser can be effectively and safely used in the treatment of proximal ureteral and renal stones,demonstrating high clinical efficacy and safety.

文摘The emergence of laser technology has led to the gradual integration of laser weapon system(LaWS)into military scene,particularly in the field of anti-unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),showcasing significant potential.However,A current limitation lies in the absence of a comprehensive quantitative approach to assess the capabilities of LaWS.To address this issue,a damage effectiveness characterization model for LaWS is established,taking into account the properties of laser transmission through the atmosphere and the thermal damage effects.By employing this model,key parameters pertaining to the effectiveness of laser damage are determined.The impact of various spatial positions and atmospheric conditions on the damage effectiveness of LaWS have been examined,employing simulation experiments with diverse parameters.The conclusions indicate that the damage effectiveness of LaWS is contingent upon the spatial position of the target,resulting in a diminished effectiveness to damage on distant,low-altitude targets.Additionally,the damage effectiveness of LaWS is heavily reliant on the atmospheric condition,particularly in complex settings such as midday and low visibility conditions,where the damage effectiveness is substantially reduced.This paper provides an accurate and effective calculation method for the rapid decisionmaking of the operators.
文摘In order to prepare the shielding fabrics with high efficiency of power frequency(PF)shielding and excellent electrical conductivity,different ratios of aramid/stainless steel fiber blended yarns were used to weave the shielding fabrics with different specifications.The fabric structure,fabric areal density,number of fabric layers,embedding ratio of copper-clad wires wrapped aramid yarns(denoted as CCWWA)and embedding direction were designed,and a total of 34 different types of shielding fabrics were woven for testing.The experiments were mainly conducted to study the influence mechanism of various factors on the PF shielding effectiveness by testing the electrical conductivity and PF shielding effectiveness of the fabrics.The research results indicate that the PF shielding effectiveness improves with increasing fabric areal density and metal fiber content.The fabrics embedded with CCWWA,particularly those with bidirectional embedding,exhibit a significant enhancement in the PF shielding effectiveness,showing an increase of 8-20 dB compared to the fabrics without CCWWA.The PF shielding effectiveness varies across different fabric structures,with plain weave fabrics demonstrating the superior PF shielding effectiveness due to their compact structure.Non-conductive base fabric has minimal impact on the PF shielding effectiveness.As the number of fabric layers increases,the PF shielding effectiveness initially improves but then declines,peaking with double-layer fabrics.

文摘BACKGROUND Managing refractory sudden sensorineural hearing loss(RSSHL)in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)presents significant therapeutic challenges,highlighting the importance of identifying effective treatment strategies.AIM To analyze the therapeutic effectiveness of intratympanic injection plus retroauricular injection for RSSHL complicated with DM.METHODS This study included 84 patients with RSSHL complicated with DM from April 2021 to April 2024,all receiving routine treatment.Participants were categorized into the control group(40 cases),receiving an intratympanic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate(MPSS),and the research group(44 cases),treated with retroauricular MPSS injection the next day in addition to the treatment administered in the control group.The efficacy,adverse reactions(tympanic membrane perforation,middle ear infections,burning sensation,vertigo,and tinnitus),blood glucose(BG)[fasting BG(FBG),2-hour postprandial BG(2hPBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],hearing thresholds at different frequencies(250 Hz,500 Hz,and 1000 Hz),serum biochemical indexes[interleukin(IL)-6,C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)],and quality of life assessed by the short-form 36 item health survey(SF-36)were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS The research group demonstrated a markedly higher total effectiveness rate(81.82%vs 60.00%,P=0.027)and a comparable incidence of total adverse reactions than the control group.Further,the research group exhibited notably reduced FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,IL-6,CRP,and PCT post-treatment(P<0.01),which were lower compared with the pre-treatment levels and the control group(P<0.05),as well as reduced hearing thresholds at different frequencies(250 Hz,500 Hz,and 1000 Hz,P<0.05).Furthermore,the post-treatment SF-36 scores of the research group in terms of energy,social functioning,role functioning,physical functioning,mental health,and overall health were all significantly improved than the pre-treatment levels and the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The above results indicate that intratympanic plus retroauricular injections of MPSS are effective in treating RSSHL complicated with DM without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which has a health promotion value.

文摘BACKGROUND Acute appendicitis(AP)is a frequently encountered surgical emergency,and appendectomy is conventionally regarded as the predominant treatment moda-lity.Nevertheless,the therapeutic efficacy of this surgical approach remains to be improved.Thus,the exploration and implementation of surgical refinements are necessary.AIM To elucidate the therapeutic effectiveness and influencing factors of laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)with mesoappendix dissection in the treatment of AP.METHODS First,150 patients with AP who visited Shangrao Municipal Hospital between January 2022 and June 2024 were enrolled in this study.Among them,72 patients were assigned to the control group to receive conventional LA,whereas 78 cases were included in the observation group for LA with mesoappendix dissection.Subsequently,indicators such as therapeutic effectiveness,surgical indices(ope-ration time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay),postoperative recovery indices(time to ambulation,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and time to food intake),incidence of adverse events(postoperative bleeding,pelvic infection,puncture site infection,and ileus),and serum inflammatory factors[tumor necro-sis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and C-reactive protein(CRP)]were collected and comparatively analyzed,and the influencing factors of therapeutic effecti-veness in patients with AP were analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher clinical the-rapeutic effectiveness,less operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay;shorter time to ambulation,gastrointestinal function recovery,and food intake;and a lower total incidence of adverse events,and this difference is statistically significant.In addition,the expression levels of various serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly reduced postoperatively,which were markedly lower than those in the control group.Moreover,sex,age,body mass index,time from acute onset to admission,family medical history,preoperative TNF-α,preoperative IL-6,preoperative CRP,and treatment modality were identified to be not independent factors affecting the therapeutic effectiveness of LA with mesoappendix dissection in patients with AP.CONCLUSION Overall,LA with mesoappendix dissection has a remarkable curative effect in treating patients with AP,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
文摘Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease that severely affects patients’quality of life.Current clinical treatments primarily rely on medication,with limited rehabilitation options and uncertain efficacy.Home-based exercise rehabilitation,as a non-pharmacological therapy,can promote the improvement of respiratory muscle function and cardiopulmonary endurance,exerting a positive preventive effect on COPD.However,due to factors such as the home environment and lack of health knowledge,COPD patients face numerous difficulties in accepting home-based exercise rehabilitation.This article reviews domestic and international research on the feasibility and effectiveness of home-based exercise rehabilitation for COPD,aiming to provide references for medical workers to better implement home-based exercise rehabilitation for COPD,assist patients in performing rehabilitation exercises at home,improve their quality of life,reduce hospitalization rates,and lower medical costs.

文摘Objective The objective of our study was to evaluate the vaccine effectiveness(VE)of the pentavalent rotavirus vaccine(RV5)among<5-year-old children in three provinces of China during 2020-2024 via a propensity score-matched test-negative case-control study.Methods Electronic health records and immunization information systems were used to obtain data on acute gastroenteritis(AGE)cases tested for rotavirus(RV)infection.RV-positive cases were propensity score matched with RV-negative controls for age,visit month,and province.Results The study included 27,472 children with AGE aged 8 weeks to 4 years at the time of AGE diagnosis;7.98%(2,192)were RV-positive.The VE(95%confidence interval,CI)of 1-2 and 3 doses of RV5 against any medically attended RV infection(inpatient or outpatient)was 57.6%(39.8%,70.2%)and 67.2%(60.3%,72.9%),respectively.Among children who received the 3rd dose before turning 5 months of age,3-dose VE decreased from 70.4%(53.9%,81.1%)(<5 months since the 3rd dose)to 63.0%(49.1%,73.0%)(≥1 year since the 3rd dose).The three-dose VE rate was 69.4%(41.3%,84.0%)for RVGE hospitalization and 57.5%(38.9%,70.5%)for outpatient-only medically attended RVGE.Conclusion Three-dose RV5 VE against rotavirus gastroenteritis(RVGE)in children aged<5 years was higher than 1-2-dose VE.Three-dose VE decreased with time since the 3rd dose in children who received the 3rd dose before turning five months of age,but remained above 60%for at least one year.VE was higher for RVGE hospitalizations than for medically attended outpatient visits.

文摘Strong tectonic activities and diagenetic evolution encourage the development of natural fractures as typical features in deep tight sandstone reservoirs of foreland thrust belts.This study focused on the Jurassic in the southern Junggar Basin to comprehensively analyze the fracture characteristics and differential distribution and,ultimately,addressed the controlling mechanisms of tectonism and diagenesis on fracture effectiveness.Results revealed that the intensity of tectonic activities determines the complexity of tectonic fracture systems to create various fracture orientations when they have been stronger.The intense tectonic deformation would impact the stratum occurrence,which results in a wide range of fracture dip angles.Moreover,as the intensity of tectonic activities and deformations weakens,the scale and degree of tectonic fractures would decrease continuously.The control of tectonism on fracture effectiveness is reflected in the notable variations in the filling of multiple group fractures developed during different tectonic activity periods.Fractures formed in the early stages are more likely to be filled with minerals,causing their effectiveness to deteriorate significantly.Additionally,the strong cementation in the diagenetic evolution can cause more fractures to be filled with minerals and become barriers to fluid flow,which is detrimental to fracture effectiveness.However,dissolution is beneficial in improving their effectiveness by increasing fracture aperture and their connectivity to the pores.These insights can refine the development pattern of natural fractures and contribute to revealing the evolutionary mechanisms of fracture effectiveness in deep tight sandstone reservoirs of foreland thrust belts.

文摘Evaluation of backfilling effectiveness plays a crucial role in the geological environment management and restoration of abandoned open-pit quarries,providing a scientific basis for subsequent greening efforts.Backfill soil,predominantly composed of silty clay,demonstrates high water retention capacity and elevated moisture content,leading to a pronounced resistivity contrast with the bedrock exposed by quarrying activities.To investigate the distribution of backfill soil subsurface and assess backfilling effectiveness in the study area,this study conducted a comprehensive geophysical investigation utilizing the high-density electrical resistivity tomography(ERT).A total of 19 ERT survey lines were deployed across three distinct areas in Liuyao Village,Huaibei City,Anhui Province,China.The inversion results,derived from both two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D),reveal distinct electrical properties of the subsurface materials:the backfill soil layer shows low resistivity features,the fill stone layer exhibits medium to high resistivity,and the bedrock shows the highest resistivity.The 2D inversion results,from the data measured using the Wenner array effectively capture the spatial distribution and structural features of the backfill soil layer.The findings indicate a gradual east-west thinning of the clay layer within the quarry.Furthermore,the northern pit area exhibits a uniform distribution of backfill soil layer,indicative of effective backfilling operations.In contrast,the southern pit area lacks a well-defined clay layer,suggesting suboptimal backfilling effectiveness.
文摘The early involvement of test and evaluation can significantly reduce the cost of modifying issues and errors found in the later stages of aircraft development and design process.This paper presents a methodology for aircraft mission effectiveness evaluation and design space exploration based on Virtual Operational Test(VOT),incorporating Virtual Open Scenario(VOS)and User in Scenarios(UIS)concepts.By employing modeling and simulation technologies in the early stages of aircraft development and design,a virtual environment can be constructed,allowing aircraft users to participate more closely and conveniently in the design process.Virtual tests conducted by users within the mission context provide data on mission effectiveness and critical user feedback.This paper outlines the main components of the virtual operational test process and related conceptual methods,and discusses an open support system framework that supports VOT.The effectiveness and adaptability of the method are demonstrated through two case studies:a beyond-visual-range air combat scenario and a helicopter ground attack scenario.These case studies demonstrate the evaluation of aircraft mission effectiveness and the sensitivity analysis and optimization of design and operational parameters based on VOT.
文摘Objective:To explore the impact of parenting care guidance combined with preventive healthcare on child family parenting.Methods:Ninety-two child families were included as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The former implemented basic preventive healthcare,while the latter simultaneously carried out parenting care guidance combined with preventive healthcare.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had a higher awareness rate of family parenting knowledge and a higher formation rate of healthy behaviors,P<0.05.At the same time,parents’parenting anxiety scores were lower,and family health management ability scores were higher,P<0.05.Moreover,the observation group showed higher scores in children’s social skills,P<0.05.Conclusion:Parenting care guidance combined with preventive healthcare can effectively improve the status of child family parenting,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
