A strategy combining a tailored database and high-throughput activity screening that discover bioactive metabolites derived from Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(MOC)was developed and implemented to rapidly profile and di...A strategy combining a tailored database and high-throughput activity screening that discover bioactive metabolites derived from Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex(MOC)was developed and implemented to rapidly profile and discover bioactive metabolites in vivo derived from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The strategy possessed four characteristics:1)The tailored database consisted of metabolites derived from big data-originated reference compound,metabolites predicted in silico,and MOC chemical profile-based pseudomolecular ions.2)When profiling MOC-derived metabolites in vivo,attentions were paid not only to prototypes of MOC compounds and metabolites directly derived from MOC compounds,as reported by most papers,but also to isomerized metabolites and the degradation products of MOC compounds as well as their derived metabolites.3)Metabolite traceability was performed,especially to distinguish isomeric prototypes-derived metabolites,prototypes of MOC compounds as well as phase I metabolites derived from other MOC compounds.4)Molecular docking was utilized for high-throughput activity screening and molecular dynamic simulation as well as zebrafish model were used for verification.Using this strategy,134 metabolites were swiftly characterized after the oral administration of MOC to rats,and several metabolites were reported for the first time.Furthermore,17 potential active metabolites were discovered by targeting the motilin,dopamine D2,and the serotonin type 4(5-HT4)receptors,and part bioactivities were verified using molecular dynamic simulation and a zebrafish constipation model.This study extends the application of mass spectrometry(MS)to rapidly profile TCM-derived metabolites in vivo,which will help pharmacologists rapidly discover potent metabolites from a complex matrix.展开更多

Four lockingscheduling algorithms for MGL are proposed in the paper. The ideas of single queue scheduling(SQS) and dual queue scheduling (DQS) are proposed and the algorithm and the performance evaluation for these two scheduling are presented in some paper. This paper describes a new idea of thescheduling for MGL, compatible requests first (CRF). Combining the new idea with SQS and DQS,we propose two new scheduling algorithms called CRFS and CRFD. After describing the simulationmodel, this paper illustrates the comparisons of the performance among these four algorithms. Asshown in the experiments, DQS has better performance than SQS, CRFD is better than DQS, CRFSperforms better than SQS, and CRFS is the best one of these four scheduling algorithms.展开更多

ECA rule is defined as: ON event IF condition THEN action, which means when an event happens, if the condition is satisfied then the corresponding action is executed. The nature of ECA rule makes it an appropriate means to model dynamic character of systems, as gained much studies during recent years. Traditional ECA rule is crisp, which means their events, condition (s) and action(s) are accurate. As indicate that ECA rules can only represent precise knowledge. But knowledge is usually fuzzy in engineering. A concept of fuzzy ECA rules characterized with fuzzy event, fuzzy condition and fuzzy action is proposed in this article.The realization avenues of fuzzy triggers are discussed. The database integrates rich active tectonic data, such as a catalogue of earthquakes with magnitude above 6.0, active faults, Quaternary basins, active folds and their associated attribute parameters, and implements scientific and effective management to this data. At the same time, the spatial database joins the spatial map data and the associated attribute data together, which implements the data query between spatial properties and attribute parameters and also makes it possible to perform spatial analysis with different data layers. Due to the small size,variety,and high degree of mixing of herbaceous vegetation,remote sensing-based identification of grassland types primarily focuses on extracting major grassland categories,lacking detailed depic...Due to the small size,variety,and high degree of mixing of herbaceous vegetation,remote sensing-based identification of grassland types primarily focuses on extracting major grassland categories,lacking detailed depiction.This limitation significantly hampers the development of effective evaluation and fine supervision for the rational utilization of grassland resources.To address this issue,this study concentrates on the representative grassland of Zhenglan Banner in Inner Mongolia as the study area.It integrates the strengths of Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 active-passive synergistic observations and introduces innovative object-oriented techniques for grassland type classification,thereby enhancing the accuracy and refinement of grassland classification.The results demonstrate the following:(1)To meet the supervision requirements of grassland resources,we propose a grassland type classification system based on remote sensing and the vegetation-habitat classification method,specifically applicable to natural grasslands in northern China.(2)By utilizing the high-spatial-resolution Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)synthesized through the Spatial and Temporal Non-Local Filter-based Fusion Model(STNLFFM),we are able to capture the NDVI time profiles of grassland types,accurately extract vegetation phenological information within the year,and further enhance the temporal resolution.(3)The integration of multi-seasonal spectral,polarization,and phenological characteristics significantly improves the classification accuracy of grassland types.The overall accuracy reaches 82.61%,with a kappa coefficient of 0.79.Compared to using only multi-seasonal spectral features,the accuracy and kappa coefficient have improved by 15.94%and 0.19,respectively.Notably,the accuracy improvement of the gently sloping steppe is the highest,exceeding 38%.(4)Sandy grassland is the most widespread in the study area,and the growth season of grassland vegetation mainly occurs from May to September.The sandy meadow exhibits a longer growing season compared with typical grassland and meadow,and the distinct differences in phenological characteristics contribute to the accurate identification of various grassland types.展开更多

The integration of remote sensing (RS) with geographical information system (GIS) is a hotspot in geographical information science.A good database structure is important to the integration of RS with GIS,which should ...The integration of remote sensing (RS) with geographical information system (GIS) is a hotspot in geographical information science.A good database structure is important to the integration of RS with GIS,which should be beneficial to the complete integration of RS with GIS,able to deal with the disagreement between the resolution of remote sensing images and the precision of GIS data,and also helpful to the knowledge discovery and exploitation.In this paper,the database structure storing the spatial data based on semantic network is presented.This database structure has several advantages.Firstly,the spatial data is stored as raster data with space index,so the image processing can be done directly on the GIS data that is stored hierarchically according to the distinguishing precision.Secondly,the simple objects are aggregated into complex ones.Thirdly,because we use the indexing tree to depict the relationship of aggregation and the indexing pictures expressed by 2_D strings to describe the topology structure of the objects,the concepts of surrounding and region are expressed clearly and the semantic content of the landscape can be illustrated well.All the factors that affect the recognition of the objects are depicted in the factor space,which provides a uniform mathematical frame for the fusion of the semantic and non_semantic information.Lastly,the object node,knowledge node and the indexing node are integrated into one node.This feature enhances the ability of system in knowledge expressing,intelligent inference and association.The application shows that this database structure can benefit the interpretation of remote sensing image with the information of GIS.展开更多

Rule execution semantics for various coupling modes is distinctly defined. It is beneficial to implementation and usage of the active rule system. The present paper deals with the modeling for searching of the desired information from a large database by storing the data inside the three dimensional data cubes. A sample case study is considered as a real data related to the ground water and municipal water supply, which contains the data from the various localities of a city. For the demonstration purpose, a sample size is taken as nine but when it becomes very large for number of localities of different cities then it is necessary to store the data inside data cubes. A well known object-oriented Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to create Unified class and state models. 文摘The data model of WHYMX complicates transaction management. Traditional locking method is not powerful enough to solve the new problem of concurrency control of WHYMX's transaction. This paper presents a number of concurrency control algorithms based on the extended locking method.
