文摘Based on the comprehensive analysis of data from petrology and mineralogy, well logging, seismic surveys, paleontology, and geochemistry,a detailed research was conducted on paleoenvironmental and paleoclimatic conditions, and modeling of the source rocks in the second member of the Eocene Wenchang Formation(Wen 2 Member)in the Northern Shunde Subsag at the southwestern margin of the Pearl River Mouth Basin. The Wen 2 Member hosts excellent, thick lacustrine source rocks with strong longitudinal heterogeneity and an average total organic carbon(TOC)content of over 4.9%.The Wen 2 Member can be divided into three units(I,II,III)from bottom to top.Unit I features excellent source rocks with Type I organic matters(average TOC of 5.9%)primarily sourced from lake organisms;Unit II hosts source rocks dominated by Type II2 organic matters(average TOC of 2.2%),which are originated from mixed sources dominated by terrestrial input.Unit III contains good to excellent source rocks dominated by Type II1 organic matters(average TOC of 4.9%),which are mainly contributed by lake organisms and partially by terrestrial input.Under the background of rapid subsidence and limited source supply during intense rifting period in the Eocene, excellent source rocks were developed in Wen 2 Member in the Northern Shunde Subsag under the coordinated control of warm and humid climate, volcanic activity, and deep-water reducing conditions.During the deposition of Unit I,the warm and humid climate and volcanic activity promoted the proliferation of lake algaes, primarily Granodiscus, resulting in high initial productivity, and deep-water reducing conditions enabled satisfactory preservation of organic matters. These factors jointly controlled the development and occurrence of excellent source rocks.During the deposition of Unit II,a transition from warm to cool and semi-arid paleoclimatic conditions led to a decrease in lake algaes and initial productivity.Additionally, enhanced terrestrial input and shallow-water,weakly oxidizing water conditions caused a significant dilution and decomposition of organic matters, degrading the quality of source rocks.During the deposition of Unit III,when the paleoclimatic conditions are cool and humid,Pediastrum and Botryococcus began to thrive, leading to an increase in productivity.Meanwhile, the reducing environment of semi-deep water facilitated the preservation of excellent source rocks, albeit slightly inferior to those in Unit I.The study results clarify the differential origins and development models of various source rocks in the Shunde Sag,offering valuable guidance for evaluating source rocks and selecting petroleum exploration targets in similar marginal sags.

文摘Chronic pain after spine surgery(CPSS)is a complex disorder characterized by multifactorial pathogenesis that occurs in 8%–40%of patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery. We aimed to develop a rat model that mimics clinical CPSS conditions by taking two sequential surgical procedures.Step 1:A plastic rod was inserted into the left L5 intervertebral foramen to produce a steady compression on the dorsal root ganglion(DRG)and the spinal nerve,a common cause of low back pain(LBP).Step 2:The rod was removed after 7 days when rats exhibited mechanical and heat hypersensitivity in the ipsilateral hindpaw, followed by a full L5 laminectomy to mimic spine decompression surgery in LBP patients. The retention of the rod induced a prolonged LBP-like behavior but was quickly resolved after rod removal without laminectomy. However, rats that received laminectomy after rod removal developed heightened mechanical and heat sensitivity in the hindpaw, impaired gait, and reduced spontaneous exploration activity, indicating CPSS.Patch clamp recording revealed a significant augmentation in the intrinsic excitability of smalldiameter DRG neurons in CPSS rats.Administration of Dermorphin[D-Arg2,Lys4](1–4)amide(DALDA,5mg/kg,i.p.),a peripherally acting mu-opioid receptor(MOR)-preferred agonist, attenuated pain hypersensitivity,capsaicin-induced[Ca^(2+)]i rising and the increased intrinsic excitability of DRG neurons from CPSS rats. Our findings suggest that this new model, which mirrors the nature of CPSS developed in patients, may be useful for future studies of the underlying mechanisms.
文摘In the era of AI,especially large models, the importance of open source has become increasingly prominent.First, open source allows innovation to avoid starting from scratch.Through iterative innovation,it promotes technical exchanges and learning globally.Second, resources required for large model R&D are difficult for a single institution to obtain. The evaluation of general large models also requires the participation of experts from various industries.Third, without open source collaboration,it is difficult to form a unified upper-layer software ecosystem. Therefore, open source has become an important cooperation mechanism to promote the development of AI and large models. There are two cases to illustrate how open source and international standards interact with each other.

文摘The carbon emissions and cost during the construction phase are significant contributors to the oilfield lifecycle. As oilfields enter the late stage, the adaptability of facilities decreases. To achieve sustainable development, oilfield reconstruction was usually conducted in discrete rather than continuous space.Motivated by economic and sustainability goals,a 3-phase heuristic model for oilfield reconstruction was developed to mine potential locations in continuous space. In phase 1,considering the process characteristics of the oil and gas gathering system, potential locations were mined in continuous space. In phase 2,incorporating comprehensive reconstruction measures,a reconstruction model was established in discrete space. In phase 3,the topology was further adjusted in continuous space.Subsequently, the model was transformed into a single-objective mixed integer linear programming model using the augmented ε-constraint method.Numerical experiments revealed that the small number of potential locations could effectively reduce the reconstruction cost, and the quality of potential locations mined in phase 1 surpassed those generated in random or grid form.Case studies showed that cost and carbon emissions for a new block were reduced by up to 10.45% and 7.21 %,respectively. These reductions were because the potential locations mined in 1P reduced the number of metering stations, and 3P adjusted the locations of metering stations in continuous space to shorten the pipeline length. For an old oilfield, the load and connection ratios of the old metering station increased to 89.7% and 94.9%,respectively,enhancing operation efficiency.Meanwhile, recycling facilitated the diversification of reconstruction measures and yielded a profit of 582,573 ¥,constituting 5.56% of the total cost. This study adopted comprehensive reconstruction measures and tapped into potential reductions in cost and carbon emissions for oilfield reconstruction, offering valuable insights for future oilfield design and construction.
文摘As a representative enterprise in the retail industry,MINISO takes cost leadership and product differentiation as its core strategy to compete actively in the global market.However,multi-brand retailers continue to appear in the domestic market and the existing“dollar stores”in the foreign market already have a certain number of loyal customers. Therefore,MINISO needs to understand its principles for creating, delivering, and capturing value.By strengthening its own competitive advantages,it could achieve differentiation when confronting challenges in both domestic and international markets.Based on the analysis of MINISO’s business model canvas, this paper puts forward corresponding strategic development suggestions.

文摘Research on the distribution and development of black shales in the Lianggaoshan Formation has been deficient, which has hindered exploration for lacustrine shale oil in the Sichuan Basin. Our study characterized the well logging data, core samples, outcrops, and geochemistry of black shales in the Lianggaoshan Formation in the Sichuan Basin. Our analysis focused on the lake basin evolution and the migration characteristics, paleoenvironmental features, formation mechanisms, and developmental model of the black shales. The results indicated that black shales in the Lianggaoshan Formation exhibited significant lateral migration, with an overall thickening trend from east to west.Within the 1st Member of the formation, black shale occurred as a single thick layer in the eastern region that gradually thinned toward the central region.Multiple sets of shale developed within the 2nd and 3rd members, and these had lower thicknesses than the 1st Member and migrated toward central Sichuan.Paleoproductivity and terrigenous input were the main factors controlling the deposition of black shales.A semi-humid climate influenced the deposition of black shales, bringing abundant freshwater, terrigenous debris, and nutrients into the basin.Decomposition of organic matter consumed oxygen in sediment and bottom water, causing localized oxygen deficiency in the strata.

文摘Membrane-assisted antisolvent crystallization(MAAC)is a separation process that allows for precise regulation of the crystallization process in pharmaceutical, finechemical engineering, energy chemistry, etc. After decades of development, the current MAAC engineering lacks highly robust specialized instruments, which limits the further industrial application of the MAAC process.Herein,to guide the design and optimization of the advanced MAAC instrument(DUT-iMC),we developed a parameter evaluation strategy based on cold model experiments. This approach utilizes the average particle size variation rate and the counts variation rate to characterize crystal size changes. The layout of the internal membrane module in DUT-iMC and the arrangement of the conveying pipeline were optimized. This improvement enhanced particle conveying characteristics, promoting more efficienttransport and circulation within the module. The advanced MAAC instrument substantially automates the production process, and the internal probes accurately monitor and record process variables, allowing for precise regulation of crystal size and morphology. The optimal operating range was expanded by 150%compared to the laboratory instrument. The range of shell side flow rate options increased by 50%,and the production time can be shortened by up to 30%.This paper provides ideas and guidance for the industrialization of MAAC processes and the development of related instruments.
