There are a series of problems to be solved. In order to improve the market core competitiveness, enterprise will change the traditional management and the construction mode, because nowadays information management technology already covered in various professional fields. With the technological innovation of the construction industry, the information technology led by BIM technology has also developed vigorously in the construction industry, and its rational application has become an industry trend. In the implementation of project construction management, through the application of BIM technology's unique functions such as simulation, coordination, visibility, optimization, dynamics and information sharing. Many problems in the process of project construction have been solved and substantive results have been obtained, and it plays a vital role in the control of progress, quality, safety and cost in construction and production activities.
