文摘通过对接种 ZrNPV 后落叶松绶尺蠖幼虫的各种组织进行光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察、发现落叶松绶尺蠖核型多角体病毒在脂肪体,表皮细胞,中肠细胞,气管基质和血细胞内复制。上述细胞受感染后均出现明显的病理变化,细胞核增大。在电镜下可观察到受感染组织的细胞核内出现病毒粒子和多角体,70~140 h 所有受感染组织核内充满多角体。
