Methods: a total of 132 patients were admitted from the beginning of January to the end of December. Patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods: 66 patients in the conventional treatment group were admitted and treated with conventional aspirin, while 66 patients in the combined treatment group were treated with clopidogrel and combined aspirin. To explore the implementation effect, excellence, excellence and safety of the two treatment programs. Results: (1) the composition ratio of conventional treatment group was 83.33%, combined treatment group 98.49%. The difference was (P<0.05), indicating that the results were statistically significant;(2) the incidence of complications was 18.18% in the conventional treatment group and 4.55% in the combined treatment group, with the former higher and the latter lower (P<0.05), indicating that the results were statistically significant;(3) the pH index was higher in the conventional treatment group and lower in the combined treatment group. APTT index was lower in the conventional treatment group and higher in the combined treatment group. Pt index was lower in the conventional treatment group and higher in the combined treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion: acute myocardial infarction is a special disease, and the effect of combined treatment is more ideal in clinical treatment. The results show that this scheme can improve the treatment effect, and the treatment safety is higher, and this scheme is worth popularizing.展开更多
