Originating from Meishan, Sichuan Province, the Xie’s School of Bone-Setting, a branch of Sichuan School TCM, has accumulated extensive clinical experience in treating Wang Bi over a century of inheritance. Its distinctive approach integrates traditional sinew-meridian theory with modern minimally invasive techniques, demonstrating significant therapeutic efficacy. However, the academic insights and clinical practices of the Xie’s School remain unsystematically collated, limiting their broader dissemination and application. This study systematically reviews the medical records and academic thought of the school, aiming to establish standardized references for TCM-based Wang Bi treatment and to facilitate the inheritance and innovation of Sichuan School TCM’s Intangible Cultural Heritage.展开更多
