Methods: 90 patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected for the study, and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the patients were treated with herbs and prescriptions to clear heat and reduce adverse conditions. Results: the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of treating patients with bile reflux gastritis, Modified Qingre Jiangni Recipe can be further effectively implemented in combination with the specific conditions of the patients, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the quality of life of the patients, and avoid or reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. This method is safer and more reliable, addressing both the symptoms and root causes, so it is worthy of wide application in the clinical treatment process.展开更多
