The influence of the water molecules on the structure-activity relationship of the 35 sulfonylurea molecules was discussed . By supper-imposition of structural sulfonyl molecules, a molecular RMS was correlated with pI50, which denotes that the configuration difference in water solution is one of the reasons which causes the difference in bioactivity.展开更多
The title compound in monohydrate was prepared from aminoiminomethanesulfinic aicd by H 2O 2 oxidation in aqueous sulfuric acid solution. The compound is unstable in moisture, especially in acid atmosphere.

The preliminary bioassay results showed that some of the compounds have good antibiotic activity and plant growth regulation activity. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.展开更多
