This article thinks that this kind of situation has a great relationship with the current economic structure of our country. If we want to really promote the effective application of bankruptcy law system under the condition of economic transformation, we must carry out effective reform in the system, let the market truly determine its own development, eliminate administrative interference, and at the same time, we must abandon the related improper allocation and effectively play the leading role in the market.
