In the context of global digital transformation and the rising prominence of maker education,this study explores the innovative integration of digital modeling technologies with traditional Nixing Pottery craftsmanshi...In the context of global digital transformation and the rising prominence of maker education,this study explores the innovative integration of digital modeling technologies with traditional Nixing Pottery craftsmanship.By constructing a teaching framework under maker education theory,the research investigates how 3D modeling,CAD design,and 3D printing technologies can empower learners to address challenges in cultural heritage preservation and artistic innovation.Through experimental teaching and case analysis,the study verifies that this integrated approach significantly enhances learners’digital literacy,creative thinking,and cultural identity while optimizing Nixing Pottery’s production processes and design possibilities.The findings contribute to theoretical models of technology-enhanced craft education and provide practical pathways for the digital transformation of intangible cultural heritage.展开更多

The results show that the surface longitudinal cracking is caused by the shell repeatedly tearing and healing under the action of stress, which is due to disruption of the steel matrix continuity with inclusion aggregation on the shell surface. Carnosine and its analogues are histidine-containing dipeptides(HCDs)playing diverse functions in vertebrates.However,the distribution and the metabolism of carnosine in invertebrates are still unknown.In this study,M...Carnosine and its analogues are histidine-containing dipeptides(HCDs)playing diverse functions in vertebrates.However,the distribution and the metabolism of carnosine in invertebrates are still unknown.In this study,Mytilus coruscus,a shellfish with important economic value in China,was selected for the investigation of HCD content and the expression profiling of carnosine-related genes in various mussel tissues.Quantification of HCD by amino acids analyzer revealed a low concentration of anserine in muscular tissues in Mytilus,indicating the presence of HCD even in an invertebrate.mRNA expression of five carnosine metabolic-related genes was profiled in various tissues,and the results highlighted the relative higher expression level of these genes in muscular tissues.Considering the fact that beta-alanine supplementation can increase the HCD content in vertebrates,a beta-alanine injection was performed and the changes of HCD concentration and the mRNA expression of carnosine related genes were investigated in five mussel tissues.The results revealed the increase of HCD concentration,as well as the up-regulated expression level of related genes,in tested tissues of beta-alanine injected mussels.Transcriptomic analysis for the whole soft tissue of mussel before and after beta-alanine injection were performed,and 3569 differential expression genes(DEGs)were identified in the beta-alanine injected group when compared to their expression levels in the control.These data indicated the complex eff ects of betaalanine on M.coruscus metabolism,and those DEGs enriched in pathways of cancers,muscle contraction,and tyrosine metabolism highlighted the possible functions of beta-alanine in cell proliferation,sports,and melanogenesis,respectively.展开更多
Recent years have witnessed the widespread adoption of mobile applications(apps for short).For quality-of-service and commercial competitiveness,sufficient Graphical User Interface(GUI)testing is required to verify th...Recent years have witnessed the widespread adoption of mobile applications(apps for short).For quality-of-service and commercial competitiveness,sufficient Graphical User Interface(GUI)testing is required to verify the robustness of the apps.Given that testing with manual efforts is time-consuming and error-prone,automated GUI testing has been widely studied.However,existing approaches mostly focus on GUI exploration while lacking attention to complex interactions with apps,especially generating appropriate text inputs like real users.In this paper,we introduce CamDroid,a lightweight context-aware automated GUI testing tool,which can efficiently explore app activities through(1)a model-based UI-guided testing strategy informed by the context of previous event-activity transitions and(2)a data-driven text input generation approach regarding the GUI context.We evaluate CamDroid on 20 widely-used apps.The results show that CamDroid outperforms non-trivial baselines in activity coverage,crash detection,and test efficiency.展开更多
