Study on Matching Technology of Enhanced Oil Recovery in High Water-cut Wells in Block Xinhai 27 Reservoir

As Xinhai block 27 is a thick layered common heavy oil reservoir with edge and bottom water, with the continuous development, the flooding of the reservoir intensifies, and the problem of high water cut in oil wells becomes increasingly prominent. Because the bottom water of horizontal wells is ridged, the water cut rises rapidly and the output decreases greatly. There are 116 oil wells in block Xinhai 27. At present, there are 97 production wells, with a daily liquid production of 4668.4m3 and a daily oil production of 238.3t. There are 86 oil wells with a comprehensive water cut of 94% or more, accounting for 88% of the production wells. Combined with the results of saturation test of adjacent wells and liquid production profile test of horizontal wells, the production degree of horizontal section of horizontal wells is less than 50%, and the remaining oil is enriched in horizontal wells and the upper part of oil layer. The oil-water interface of the reservoir gradually rises, and the oil-water relationship is complex, and the treatment is more difficult. To solve the problem of high water cut in oil wells, the matching technology research of enhanced oil recovery in Xinhai 27 high water cut wells was carried out, including technical route, technical principle and field construction optimization, etc. The field application was carried out for 20 wells, and the effect was achieved for 15 wells, with daily oil increase of 21.2t, daily water cut decrease of 4.3% and phase oil increase of 0.23 million tons. 展开更多
