As a special educational phenomenon at the present stage in our country, upgrading from a junior high school to a senior high school meets the needs of social progress and economic development in our country. It also embodies the people-oriented concept and meets people's needs for higher level and higher quality education. This education not only breaks the status quo of life-long entrance examination system, but also provides more choices for examinees and parents. It also brings opportunities and challenges to the undergraduate universities that accept the students. This paper takes the current education situation of engineering management major students in private universities as the research object, finds out the existing problems in the education of the students who have graduated from colleges and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to achieve better teaching effect.展开更多
