The referen...Objective: to explore the application value of different nursing models for patients with hypertension and stroke. Methods: 92 patients with hypertensive stroke were given two different nursing strategies. The reference group was 46 cases: Body position limb system rehabilitation training;46 cases in the test group: TCM nursing was carried out on the basis of the reference group;The differences of the application effects of the two nursing schemes were compared. Results: before nursing, the difference between the two groups was small (P > 0.05);After nursing, the scores of neurological function, limb motor function and self-care ability of daily life in the test group were higher (lower) than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the test group was 95.65% higher than that of the reference group 78.26% (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was a small difference between the two groups in blood pressure and stroke damage score (P > 0.05);After nursing, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, stroke impairment score and nursing compliance of patients in the test group were lower (higher) than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the rehabilitation training of body position limb system has a high application rate and wide application range in clinical practice. It can improve the movement disorder of patients with hypertensive stroke. Combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing, it can effectively dredge the emotion of patients, improve the treatment self-confidence, accelerate the repair of neural tissue, and have a positive impact on the self-care ability of patients. It is easy for patients to accept and recognize, which is worth popularizing.展开更多
