Key points of nursing: Patients were given oral and subcutaneous low-molecular-weight heparin for anticoagulation, followed by intravenous thrombolysis and short-term interventional operation. During the whole process, patients had a high risk of bleeding and may have serious complications. In addition, patients had less relevant nursing experience in the past.
