At present, it is mainly considered that abnormal IgA immune complex deposition in glomerular mesangial area leads to a series of clinical manifestations. Therefore, at present, in addition to supporting treatment, the treatment of IgA nephropathy mainly focuses on glucocorticoids and various immunosuppressants, but the efficacy and safety of the above immunosuppressants on IgA nephropathy are still controversial.
