To explore the metabolites of Antarctic marine-derived fungus Penicillium crustosum HDN20-1061 by OSMAC strategy.Methods Multiple medium trials determined fermentation condition and various methods including ODS column and chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were employed to separate and purify the extracts of strain HDN20-1061.NMR,MS,ECD and NMR calculations were used to determine the structure of compounds.Results Two new compounds,namely peniphenone F(1)and peniphenone G(2),along with one known compound(3)were isolated from the Penicillium crustosum HDN20-1061.Compound 1 exhibited weak antibacterial activity with an MIC value of 64μM. 展开更多

利用对(N,N-二甲基)苯甲醛和对氨基苯甲酸合成了一种新的席夫碱Nd(Ⅲ)配合物[Nd L(Paba)2(H2O)4],L=对(N,N-二甲基)苯甲醛缩对氨基苯甲酸,Paba=对氨基苯甲酸。运用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射等进行了表征。结果表明:配合物属于单斜... 利用对(N,N-二甲基)苯甲醛和对氨基苯甲酸合成了一种新的席夫碱Nd(Ⅲ)配合物[Nd L(Paba)2(H2O)4],L=对(N,N-二甲基)苯甲醛缩对氨基苯甲酸,Paba=对氨基苯甲酸。运用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射等进行了表征。结果表明:配合物属于单斜晶系,晶胞参数:a=2.0964(7)nm,b=1.4012(5)nm,c=1.8019(6)nm,α=90.00°,β=114.723(5)°,γ=90.00°,V=4.8079(30)nm3,Z=2。同时研究了该稀土配合物的荧光性质和抗菌性质,结果表明:该稀土配合物固体粉末在λex=280 nm激发波长激发下发生了荧光猝灭效应,抗菌实验表明其对念珠菌有较好的抗菌活性。 展开更多

基于EN 14363:2016(E)中规定的扭曲安全性试验要求,详细阐述了实验室内无扭曲试验台和有扭曲试验台情况下进行扭曲试验的方法,并建立了扭曲试验台仿真模型。以某出口地铁车辆为例,分析了车辆在空气弹簧有气和失气状态下的轮重变化趋势... 基于EN 14363:2016(E)中规定的扭曲安全性试验要求,详细阐述了实验室内无扭曲试验台和有扭曲试验台情况下进行扭曲试验的方法,并建立了扭曲试验台仿真模型。以某出口地铁车辆为例,分析了车辆在空气弹簧有气和失气状态下的轮重变化趋势。研究结果表明,在空气弹簧有气和无气状态下,车辆轮轨垂向力最小值分别为25.53 kN和19.65 kN,其相应的轮重减载率分别为0.46和0.59,小于0.60的安全限值,均符合标准要求。此外,空气弹簧失气状态下的轮轨垂向力增载和减载量明显大于其有气状态,二系悬挂参数对车辆的抗扭曲性能影响明显。 展开更多

Two new dihydropyrones,rhytismatones C(1)and D(2),and a known compound,penicillenol A1(3),were isolated from the co-culture broth of the deep-sea-derived fungus Penicillium crustosum PRB-2 and Suaeda salsa-derived endophytic fungus Peni-cillium citrinum HDN11-186.Their structures were elucidated through comprehensive analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectra and mass spectra.The absolute configurations of new compounds were determined by calculating the electronic circular di-chroism(ECD)spectrum.UPLC-MS data showed that compounds 1–3 could only be detected in the media of co-culture,suggesting new biosynthetic pathways were activated in the co-cultured fungi.Compound 1 showed obvious antibacterial activities against Pro-teus sp.MMBC-1002 and Bacillus subtilis MMBC-1004 with minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)both at 25μmolL^(-1). 展开更多
