光色对红壳色中华绒螯蟹生长、摄食及体色的影响 被引量:8

本研究旨在探讨光色对红壳色中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)仔蟹生长、摄食及体色的影响,为其体色研究提供参考。固定光照强度为(1 800.0±50.0)Lx,记录观察红壳色与正常壳色仔蟹在5种常见光色(红、绿、黄、白和蓝)下养殖35 d的存... 本研究旨在探讨光色对红壳色中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)仔蟹生长、摄食及体色的影响,为其体色研究提供参考。固定光照强度为(1 800.0±50.0)Lx,记录观察红壳色与正常壳色仔蟹在5种常见光色(红、绿、黄、白和蓝)下养殖35 d的存活、相残、蜕壳、生长及摄食量等情况,并利用色调-饱和度-亮度(HSB)颜色模型分析体色变化。Duncan多重比较分析发现:不同颜色光照对两种壳色中华绒螯仔蟹生长的影响不同。绿光有利于红壳色仔蟹的生长,而黄光则对正常壳色仔蟹更有利。两种壳色仔蟹的体质量特定生长率和致残率在不同颜色光照中差异显著。红壳色仔蟹在红光和绿光中的蜕壳率明显高于正常壳色仔蟹(P<0.05)。除蓝光组外,各颜色光照中正常壳色仔蟹致残率均高于红壳色仔蟹,其中白光组的致残率比红壳色仔蟹高78.72%(P<0.01)。红壳色仔蟹在绿光组中的体质量特定生长率(1.69%/d)和头胸甲特定生长率(0.69%/d)最高;在红光组中特定生长率最低(分别为1.40%/d,0.38%/d),而正常壳色仔蟹在蓝光中的特定生长率最低。两种壳色仔蟹各光色组的夜间摄食占比均高于白昼,尽管差异不显著(P>0.05),但表现出了昼夜摄食节律。红壳色仔蟹的日摄食率、食物转化率受光照颜色影响不明显(P>0.05)。但对正常壳色仔蟹蓝光会抑制摄食和食物转化,而黄光则会促进摄食和食物转化。与蜕壳前相比,蜕壳后红壳色仔蟹红光、绿光、黄光组H值下降,红色加深;而白光、蓝光组H值上升,红色变浅;各组S值、B值下降,体色变浅,变暗,而正常壳色仔蟹红色深浅度在不同光照下则表现相反;除红光、黄光B值上升,体色变亮,S值均下降,体色变浅。因此,绿光和黄光分别利于红壳色和正常壳色仔蟹的生长,而绿光能促进两种壳色仔蟹体色变黑,加深。本研究将为中华绒螯蟹体色形成与调控机理的解析,以及养殖过程中光照条件的优化提供参考。 展开更多

为了明确经多代人工选育的红壳色中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)群体遗传特征,为具制定合理的育种方案,本研究选用11对微卫星引物,借助Cervus与Pop Gen 32软件,对红壳色(HK)、红壳色群体中正常壳色(QK)及"光合1号"(GH1)3个群... 为了明确经多代人工选育的红壳色中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)群体遗传特征,为具制定合理的育种方案,本研究选用11对微卫星引物,借助Cervus与Pop Gen 32软件,对红壳色(HK)、红壳色群体中正常壳色(QK)及"光合1号"(GH1)3个群体,共120只蟹,各基因位点的遗传多态性和群体间的遗传分化情况进行分析。结果表明,11对引物中的10对多态信息含量(PIC)>0.5,符合群体遗传评估的要求。GH1、QK与HK群体的平均有效等位基因数(Ne)分别为3.694 8、3.011 5和2.403 9,观测杂合度(Ho)分别为0.606 5、0.569 2和0.659 9,平均期望杂合度(He)分别为0.684 8、0.647 8和0.547 8,平均香农-威纳指数(I)分别为1.318 5、1.189 5和0.924 4。其中HK群体的平均He与I显著低于GH1群体(P<0.05)。HK群体的固定指数(Fis)多为负值,GH1群体与QK群体的Fis多为正值,且群体内Ho<He,说明GHI与QK存在群体内近交现象。3个群体的平均Hardy-Weinberg平衡偏离指数(D)在-0.110 9与0.712 7之间,在NE5、NE16、ES34基因位点上均为负值。GH1群体的D多为负值,其中有9个微卫星位点可能存在杂合子缺失现象。HK与GH1群体之间遗传距离与遗传分化系数(Fst)最大(0.479 9/0.113 3),遗传相似系数最小(0.618 9),QK与GH1群体之间遗传距离与Fst最小(0.277 8/0.061 7),遗传相似系数最大(0.757 5)。UPGMA系统树分析显示GH1与QK群体为一支,HK群体单独为一支。红壳色中华绒螯蟹受限于"始祖效应"表现为遗传多样性水平较低。因此,建议通过扩大育种群体数量,应用杂交技术继续进行人工选育,以利于这一稀有种质资源的保存。 展开更多

Application of Evidence-based Pain Care in Relieving Postoperative Pain of Perianal Abscess

Methods: 88 patients with perianal abscess visited our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022. The odd-even grouping method was divided into evidence-based group and comparison group (n44). The comparison group gave usual care, and the evidence-based group added evidence-based pain care. The degree of postoperative pain, healing, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: the pain degree score was lower than in the comparison group (P <0.05);The wound pain was lower than in the comparison group (P <0.05), the physical function, physical pain, mental health and social function scores were higher than in the comparison group, and the comparison difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: evidence-based pain nursing intervention can effectively relieve the perianal abscess postoperative pain degree, accelerate the wound healing, and improve the postoperative life quality. 展开更多

Objective: to investigate the efficacy of a rapid recovery surgical concept in Da Vinci robot assisted radical colorectal cancer surgery. Methods: a total of 86 patients who underwent curative resection for colorectal cancer in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected. Both the experimental and reference groups, each comprising 43 cases, were equally divided by the blinded double color ball method. The reference group underwent routine perioperative intervention, and the idea of rapid recovery surgery was added to the experimental group. Postoperative rehabilitation time, pain level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: the experimental group had less time to first flatus, abdominal drainage and total length of hospital stay than the reference group, and the difference between groups was established (P < 0.05);The postoperative analgesia rate was 93.02% in the experimental group and 74.42% in the reference group, and the difference between the groups was established (P < 0.05);All the quality-of-life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group after surgery, and the difference in contrast between the groups was established (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the concept of rapid recovery surgery can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time, reduce the pain level, and improve the quality of life of patients who underwent Da Vinci robot assisted radical colorectal cancer surgery. 展开更多

The detection of single amino-acid variants (SAVs) usually depends on single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) database. Here, we describe a novel method that discovers SAVs at proteome level independent of SNPs data. Using mass spectrometry-based de novo sequencing algorithm, peptide-candidates are identified and compared with theoretical protein database to generate SAVs under pairing strategy, which is followed by database re-searching to control false discovery rate. in human brain tissues, we can confidently identify known and novel protein variants with diverse origins. Combined with DNA/RNA sequencing, we verify SAVs derived from DNA mutations, RNA alternative splicing, and unknown post-transcriptional mechanisms. Furthermore, quantitative analysis in human brain tissues reveals several tissue-specific differential expressions of SAVs. This approach provides a novel access to high-throughput detection of protein variants, which may offer the potential for clinical biomarker discovery and mechanistic research. 展开更多
