Therefore, the interaction between teachers and students in charge of mathematics is relatively more, which is more conducive to the management of students. At the same time, the math teacher as the head teacher is also beneficial to the improvement of the students' math scores, because the math teacher as the head teacher has greater authority, and the students generally listen to the head teacher's words. With the attention of the head teacher, the math scores can also maintain a good level. Therefore, in order to continuously expand the positive influence of primary school mathematics teachers as head teachers, and in view of the problems existing in the current management work, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies to promote the better integration of primary school mathematics teachers' head teacher management work and mathematics education, so as to jointly improve the management quality and mathematics teaching quality. 展开更多
