目的分析滋阴颗粒剂方治疗女童特发性性早熟的临床疗效,观察其对患儿的临床症状、体征、辅助检查及生长发育的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月就诊于绍兴市妇幼保健院小儿内分泌科的特发性性早熟女童90例,采用随机数字表法分为大补...目的分析滋阴颗粒剂方治疗女童特发性性早熟的临床疗效,观察其对患儿的临床症状、体征、辅助检查及生长发育的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月就诊于绍兴市妇幼保健院小儿内分泌科的特发性性早熟女童90例,采用随机数字表法分为大补阴丸组(阳性对照组)和滋阴颗粒组(治疗组),每组各45例。滋阴颗粒组给予滋阴颗粒剂方治疗,大补阴丸组给予大补阴丸治疗。比较两组女童治疗前(0个月)、治疗后(3个月、6个月)的临床症状、体征、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))和泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平、子宫卵巢容积、中医症候评分(traditional Chinese medicine symtom score,TCMSS)变化,评估滋阴颗粒剂方及大补阴丸的疗效。结果治疗前,两组女童的年龄、体质量、身高、Tanner分期、血清基础性激素值、骨龄等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6个月后,两组的乳核指数比治疗前有所减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组的子宫容积与治疗前比较均减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的FSH、LH、E2值、卵巢容积与治疗前比较均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论滋阴颗粒剂方能有效改善女童特发性性早熟的临床症状,降低FSH、LH、E2值,缩小子宫容积、卵巢容积并且操作方便,依从性强,具有临床应用价值。展开更多
