Vetiver(Vetiveria zizanioides)is often extracted as essential oils used in cosmetics,but there are few indepth reports on its cosmetic and skincare efficacy.In order to explore the neuro-cosmetic activity of vetiver e...Vetiver(Vetiveria zizanioides)is often extracted as essential oils used in cosmetics,but there are few indepth reports on its cosmetic and skincare efficacy.In order to explore the neuro-cosmetic activity of vetiver extract,ELISA and Griess methods were used to detect the secretion levels of related neural and inflammatory mediators,and TRPV1 activity was analyzed by fluorescence staining in this study.The results shows that in vitro cell models,1%vetiver extract decreases cortisol production by 25.8%and increases beta-endorphin secretion by 287.9%when the calcium influx induced by TRPV1 activation is blocked and the inhibitory rate is 22.9%.And 2%vetiver extract decreases the levels of NO,TNF-αand IL-6 when the inhibition rates are 86.3%,69.4%and 81.8%,respectively.Therefore,vetiver extract can effectively combat skin stress,relieve skin discomfort caused by inflammation and nerve sensitivity,thus providing a feeling of well-being.The vetiver extract has skincare benefits at the neurological level which shows potential for neuro-cosmetic application.展开更多
对比研究新疆紫草羟基萘醌类色素(hydroxynaphthoquinone of Arnebia euchroma,HNP)原料及HNP胶束(HNP micelles,M-HNP)的稳定性。采用一测多评法测定HNP各成分的含量,并以其保留率为评价指标,考察光照、金属离子、酸碱及温度对HNP原料...对比研究新疆紫草羟基萘醌类色素(hydroxynaphthoquinone of Arnebia euchroma,HNP)原料及HNP胶束(HNP micelles,M-HNP)的稳定性。采用一测多评法测定HNP各成分的含量,并以其保留率为评价指标,考察光照、金属离子、酸碱及温度对HNP原料和M-HNP稳定性的影响,并进行温度降解动力学研究。结果显示:光照、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、碱、温度对HNP各成分的稳定性影响较大,且M-HNP的稳定性优于HNP原料。M-HNP中HNP各成分k值均小于HNP原料,Ea、ΔH值均大于HNP原料,HNP各成分的稳定性依次为乙酰紫草素>紫草素>异丁酰紫草素>β,β′-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁>异戊酰紫草素>β-羟基异戊酰紫草素。由此可知将HNP包载于聚合物纳米胶束中,可明显提高HNP的稳定性,但注意在制备和储存HNP原料及M-HNP过程中,应避免使用含镁和铁的金属容器,并在低温避光条件下储存。展开更多
目的:系统评价环孢素联合糖皮质激素对比环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗膜性肾病的有效性与安全性。方法:计算机检索Embase、Medline、中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库,收集环孢素联合糖皮质激素(试验组)对比环磷酰胺联合糖...目的:系统评价环孢素联合糖皮质激素对比环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗膜性肾病的有效性与安全性。方法:计算机检索Embase、Medline、中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库,收集环孢素联合糖皮质激素(试验组)对比环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素(对照组)治疗膜性肾病的随机对照试验(RCT),筛选文献、提取资料并采用Jadad量表评价文献质量后,采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6项RCT,共计312例患者。Meta分析结果显示,试验组患者治疗3个月后缓解率[OR=3.42,95%CI(2.05,5.71),P<0.000 01]、复发率[OR=3.12,95%CI(1.45,6.70),P=0.004]、治疗12个月后白细胞计数[MD=1.77,95%CI(0.96,2.58),P<0.000 1]均显著高于对照组;两组患者治疗6个月后缓解率[OR=2.06,95%CI(0.80,5.30),P=0.13]、治疗12个月后缓解率[OR=1.30,95%CI(0.68,2.48),P=0.42]、治疗3个月后血肌酐水平[MD=-1.55,95%CI(-6.72,3.62),P=0.56]、治疗6个月后血肌酐水平[MD=-1.21,95%CI(-5.96,3.54),P=0.62]、治疗12个月后胆固醇水平[MD=-0.77,95%CI(-1.81,0.28),P=0.15]、治疗12个月后丙氨酸转氨酶[MD=-0.40,95%CI(-4.38,3.58),P=0.98]比较,差异均无统计学意义。RCT报道了5项不良反应发生情况,但结果不一。结论:环孢素联合糖皮质激素治疗膜性肾病的远期有效性与环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素相当,环孢素联合糖皮质激素起效更快,但复发率较高。展开更多
