Methods: 206 patients und...Objective: to explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with detailed nursing on stress response and examination cooperation degree of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy. Methods: 206 patients undergoing digestive endoscopy in our hospital from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups, with 103 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received psychological intervention combined with detailed nursing. The stress response, psychological state and cooperation degree of the two groups were compared. Results: after psychological intervention combined with detailed nursing intervention, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 5 minutes before endoscopic examination (P < 0.05). The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 5 minutes after the examination (P<0.05). Before psychological intervention combined with detailed nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). 6 hours after the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The overall coordination degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion psychological intervention combined with detailed nursing can significantly reduce patients' stress reaction, improve patients' cooperation degree, and relieve patients' anxiety and depression.展开更多
