In order to further guarantee the orderly progress of the construction of Hainan free trade port in all aspects, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port" and announced it to the whole society. This fully demonstrates the Party Central Committee's confidence and determination in the development of Hainan free trade port, and it is also a scientific decision made by the Party Central Committee during a century-long change and two critical periods of a century-long struggle. The "Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port" marks that the construction of Hainan free trade port has entered the formal implementation stage. In order to thoroughly implement the specific requirements of the Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, Hainan Province has actively implemented the various provisions of the Master Plan, and in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Hainan Free Trade Port, has promoted the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics in an orderly manner in accordance with the law. During the critical period of the construction of Hainan free trade port, the Hainan provincial government, based on the reality of Hainan's development, adhered to systematic thinking and scientific planning. According to the tasks and objectives of the long-term construction of the free trade port, the Hainan provincial government held the 9th plenary session of the 7th provincial party Committee at an important historical moment. At this meeting, the "Proposal of the CPC Hainan provincial party Committee on the 14th five-year plan for national economic and social development and the 2035 long-term target" was considered and passed. In the draft of the Proposal, the Hainan Provincial Party Committee has formulated a scientific development plan based on the major strategic opportunities for the construction of a free trade port in Hainan and the actual economic development in Hainan. It has vigorously developed the "Haicheng Wending" economic zone and the "Big Sanya" tourism economic circle, giving full play to the leading role of both Haikou and Sanya. Sanya, in particular, should give full play to its tourism advantages and actively promote the development of tourism economy in surrounding cities and counties. Methods: 92 patients with preeclampsia during elective cesarean section who were delivered in ou...Objective: to investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate on patients with preeclampsia after elective cesarean section. Methods: 92 patients with preeclampsia during elective cesarean section who were delivered in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects. According to the odd and even number of the patients admission number, they were divided into two groups: the reference group and the study group, with 46 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with misoprostol, while the study group was treated with magnesium sulfate on the basis of the reference group. The blood pressure, serum TLR4 level, postoperative bleeding, postoperative pain severity score, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in blood pressure level and serum TLR4 level between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After intervention, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and serum TLR4 level of patients in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). The amount of bleeding in different time periods and the total amount of bleeding after intervention in the study group were less than those in the reference group, and the score of postoperative pain severity in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After comparison, the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of magnesium sulfate in the intervention of patients with pre eclampsia after elective cesarean section has a better effect. It can effectively improve the blood pressure level and serum TLR4 level of patients, reduce the amount of postoperative bleeding of patients, reduce the postoperative pain of patients, and promote the reduction of the incidence of adverse reactions of patients.
