Methods: the study was carried out from January 2020 to December 2020. 100 pediatric patients who were treated in our hospital were taken as objects, and were divided into groups according to the principle of parallel control. The control group was treated with traditional nursing, and the experimental group was treated with humanized nursing. The health education awareness rate of children and their families in the group and the satisfaction of childrens families. Results: from the results, the family members of the experimental group had a higher cognitive level in the knowledge of pediatric-related diseases, which was better than that of the control group, with a significant difference. Through investigation, we carried out nursing satisfaction evaluation for patients, and the results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Finally, the number of disputes between nurses and patients in the experimental group was 4.0% (2/50), and the number of disputes between nurses and patients in the control group was 18.0% (9/50). Conclusion: the implementation of humanized nursing can achieve good results in pediatric clinical nursing, can effectively reduce nurse-patient disputes, and childrens parents are more satisfied with the nursing management model, which has a positive effect on the prognosis of children.展开更多
