The imaging and target detection methods for stepped frequency signal based on the wavelet transform and its power spectrum are investigated. Not only an imaging and target detection algorithm for stepped frequency signal based on the wavelet transform, but also its respective power spectrum are proposed. The multisampling property of stepped frequency signal is studied and wavelet transform is well suited for analyzing the signal. After multisampling property of stepped frequency signal being studied, it is shown that the wavelet transform is appropriate to analyze the signal. Based on the theory, the wavelet power spectrum analysis is applied to obtain the target range profile and the binary wavelet transform is used to perform target detection. To determine a suitable wavelet scaling for imaging of range profile's MMW radar, the distance resolution ΔR technique is proposed. The effectiveness of this new method is evaluated using simulated noisy radar signal. Results show that the proposed method can bring out the exactness and low computational complexity of this method. 展开更多

目的探讨循环微小RNA-155(miR-155)和氧化应激相关因子与X综合征患者冠状动脉微循环的关系。方法将广州市第一人民医院2018年1月至2020年12月期间住院的X综合征患者进行入组,共85例,行冠状动脉造影并测量微循环阻力指数(IMR),将患者分为... 目的探讨循环微小RNA-155(miR-155)和氧化应激相关因子与X综合征患者冠状动脉微循环的关系。方法将广州市第一人民医院2018年1月至2020年12月期间住院的X综合征患者进行入组,共85例,行冠状动脉造影并测量微循环阻力指数(IMR),将患者分为低IMR组48例与高IMR组37例。选择同期在体检中心做健康体检的35名健康者作对照组。对各组研究对象分别测定血清miR-155的相对表达量、IL-6、IL-8、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,进行统计学分析。结果高IMR组患者血清SOD水平(129.67±12.09)明显低于低IMR组和对照组(分别为144.53±14.89和168.37±15.17,P<0.05),血清miR-155相对表达量、IL-6、IL-8水平分别为0.90±0.13、131.77±10.62和21.35±3.92,明显高于低IMR组和对照组(分别为0.82±0.09、118.32±13.94、17.58±3.01和0.65±0.08、104.58±12.75、14.83±2.77,P<0.05)。高IMR组和低IMR组患者血清miR-155相对表达量与SOD水平呈负相关,与IL-6、IL-8水平呈正相关;多因素logistic回归分析显示,血清miR-155相对表达量增高、SOD水平降低、IL-6水平升高、IL-8水平升高均为X综合征患者冠脉微循环障碍的独立危险因素。结论MiR-155调节氧化应激相关因子的表达,可能是影响X综合征患者冠脉微循环阻力的重要机制之一。 展开更多

Therefore, the construction industry must pay more attention to the construction technology of deep foundation pit support, and use more scientific methods to improve this technology more effectively, so that this technology can be widely popularized and used in the construction industry. In addition, although the deep foundation pit support technology has developed well, there will inevitably be some problems in the development process.
