Methods: the initial time of the inclusion study was shown as March 2020, and the deadline was February 2022. The source of the cases was identified as the patients with acute kidney injury admitted to the hospital. The total number of patients was 40. The inclusion group was divided into two groups, 40 patients with acute kidney injury in Group A and healthy people in Group B. The diagnostic value and the final prognosis of the two groups were analyzed. Results: after the intervention, the two groups were compared for the correlation level of serum indicators, SOFA score, baseline serum creatinine, baseline eGFR and lactic acid level, etc. the data was expressed as p 0.05. Conclusion: the diagnosis of acute kidney injury by TLR4 can improve the diagnosis effect of clinical diseases and the prognosis quality of patients. the research results prove that it can be used for clinical promotion.展开更多
