以Ag30Zn70合金为原料,通过调控脱合金电势及电流的2种电化学脱合金方法制备纳米多孔Ag材料。结果表明,脱合金电位或电流对纳米多孔Ag的成分、结构及孔径尺寸有重要影响。通过在2.5 mA/cm2电流密度下脱合金处理6000 s后可获得孔径约为80... 以Ag30Zn70合金为原料,通过调控脱合金电势及电流的2种电化学脱合金方法制备纳米多孔Ag材料。结果表明,脱合金电位或电流对纳米多孔Ag的成分、结构及孔径尺寸有重要影响。通过在2.5 mA/cm2电流密度下脱合金处理6000 s后可获得孔径约为80 nm的双连续纳米多孔Ag结构。循环伏安实验结果表明,纳米多孔Ag在0.5 mol/L的KOH溶液中对甲醛有良好的催化和检测性能,归因于纳米多孔结构中较优的纳米多孔孔径和Ag韧带的尺寸匹配。具有更小尺寸孔径的纳米多孔Ag有着更高的甲醛催化和检测性能。孔径约为80 nm的纳米多孔Ag在10~100 mmol/L浓度范围内的甲醛检测灵敏度达到0.22 mA·cm^-2·(mmol·L^-1)-1;在含有100 mmol/L HCHO的0.5 mol/L KOH溶液中的催化峰值电流密度达到25.0 mA/cm^2。 展开更多

In this paper,we present a facile approach to enhance the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)by incorporating perovskite with microporous indium-based metal–organic framework[In12O(OH)16(H2O)5(btc)6]n(In-BTC)nanocrystals and forming heterojunction light-harvesting layer.The interconnected micropores and terminal oxygen sites of In-BTC allow the preferential crystallization of perovskite inside the regular cavities,endowing the derived films with improved morphology/crystallinity and reduced grain boundaries/defects.Consequently,the In-BTC-modified PSC yields enhanced fill factor of 0.79 and power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.87%,surpassing the pristine device(0.76 and 19.52%,respectively).More importantly,over 80%of the original PCE is retained after 12 days of exposure to ambient environment(25°C and relative humidity of^65%)without encapsulation,while only about 35%is left to the pristine device. 展开更多

Although covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with highπ-conjugation have recently exhibited great prospects in perovskite solar cells(PSCs),their further application in PSCs is still hindered by face-to-face stacking and aggregation issues.Herein,metal-organic framework(MOF-808)is selected as an ideal platform for the in situ homogeneous growth of a COF to construct a core-shell MOF@COF nanoparticle,which could effectively inhibit COF stacking and aggregation.The synergistic intrinsic mechanisms induced by the MOF@COF nanoparticles for reinforcing intrinsic stability and mitigating lead leakage in PSCs have been explored.The complementary utilization ofπ-conjugated skeletons and nanopores could optimize the crystallization of large-grained perovskite films and eliminate defects.The resulting PSCs achieve an impressive power conversion efficiency of 23.61%with superior open circuit voltage(1.20 V)and maintained approximately 90%of the original power conversion efficiency after 2000 h(30-50%RH and 25-30℃).Benefiting from the synergistic effects of the in situ chemical fixation and adsorption abilities of the MOF@COF nanoparticles,the amount of lead leakage from unpackaged PSCs soaked in water(<5 ppm)satisfies the laboratory assessment required for the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Regulation. 展开更多

Deep-level defects and random oriented configuration in perovskite crystallization process would cause the nonradiative recombination and further affect the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,two metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)with tunable Lewis-base passivation sites have been constructed(Cd-Httb and Cd-Httb-BDC,Httb=5-(4-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)benzyl)-1h-tetrazole,BDC=1,4-dicarboxybenzene)to eliminate deep-level defects and simultaneously as nanostructured heterogeneous nucleation seed to assist the growth of large-grained perovskite films.Compared with the control and Cd-Httb,Cd-Httb-BDC designed with mix-ligands strategy exhibited the enhanced inducted effect on the crystallization and nucleation of high-quality perovskite films during annealing process.Consequently,the resultant Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device achieved higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)(22.18%)than the control(20.89%)and Cd-Httb(21.56%).Meanwhile,the unencapsulated Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device still maintained 90%of initial PCE after 1500 h in ambient conditions and exhibited enhanced thermal stability(85℃ in N_(2) atmosphere).This work presented a successful example of mixligands strategy on construction of high-quality MOF-assisted perovskite films for high-efficient and stable PSCs. 展开更多

The porous CeO2 flowerlike micro-nano spheres based materials were prepared to remove HCN effectively at lower temperature range.The CeO2 and a serious of porous flowerlike ceria based materials loaded with metal species including Cu,Ag,Ni,Co and Fe were synthesized by hydrothermal method and precipitation method respectively.The physicochemical properties were probed by means of XRD,H2-TPR,BET,SEM and XPS.The removal ability for 130 mg·m﹣3 HCN over CuO/CeO2 showed the highest activity,the breakthrough time of which was more than 70 min at the condition of 30℃,120,000 h-1 and b 5%(volume)H2O,owe to a higher relative atomic ratio of oxygen vacancies and Oβ,the stronger interaction between metal particle and support,the optimum redox properties.The reaction mechanism was speculated by detecting the reaction products selectivity at different reaction temperature.It was shown that the reaction system for removal of HCN over CuO/CeO2 catalytic material involved chemisorption,catalytic hydrolysis,catalytic oxidation as well as NH3-SCR reactions. 展开更多

Heat accumulation inside perovskite solar cells causes the decomposition of the perovskite layer and hole transport materials(HTMs)under working conditions,yielding a decrease in long-term stability.Here,we present a zeolite-assisted heat conduction strategy by introducing economic zeolite crystals(e.g.,NaX,NaY,and ZSM-5)as a cooling filter to induce heat diffusion.The fitted thermal diffusion kinetic equation from real-time infrared thermal imaging technology reveals the zeolite skeleton assisted thermal co nduction mechanism of internal lattice vibration.Additionally,the nearly twofold improved conductivity of the modified HTM film is benefited from Na^(+)hopping on the supercages of the zeolite,therefore,the best-performed device with a rapid heat diffusion and defect inhibition obtains a remarkable power conversion efficiency of 23.42%.Both of NaX modified sprio-OMeTAD and PTAA based devices exhibit excellent operational stability after heating 1000 h at 85℃under N_(2)condition.This work demonstrates the potential application of economical porous zeolite materials in improving the thermal stability of PSCs. 展开更多

A novel electron acceptor, namely, tetra-phthalimide end-fused bifluorenylidene(3 D-imide) was designed and synthesized. In comparison to its framework analogue 12,12'-bidibenzo[b,h]fluorenylidene(BF-3), the electron withdrawing capability and optical absorption were strengthened and enlarged,respectively. Moreover, photoluminescence quenching experiments were carried out, which confirmed 3D-imide could be a good candidate for nonfullene organic photovoltaics. Finally, we gained more insight into its electronic properties through density functional theory calculation. 展开更多

The interfacial nonradiative recombination loss caused by the deep traps and mismatched band alignment restrained the commercial viability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Herein, we have constructed ferrocene carboxylic acid(FcA) and octafluoropentyl-ferrocenyl-carboxylate(OFFcA) interstitial conductive mediums to modulate the integral heterointerface properties and the photovoltaic performances of PSCs.By comparing the passivation strengths of the two molecules, we found that the synergistic effects among Fc/Fc^(+)redox shuttle, C=O group, and F substituents realize the optimal elimination of interfacial trap sources. Electron-withdrawing F groups reinforce the capacity of the Fc/Fc^(+)redox shuttle for the healing of metallic Pb defects and provide extensive anchoring sites to stabilize the organic components.Additionally, the homogeneity of the OFFcA layer as well as the humidity stability of perovskite film are facilitated through the introduction of F substituents, which reduce the contact resistance and improve the interfacial charge transfer. The champion OFFcA-modified device delivers an exceptional PCE of 23.62%, exceeding those of the control(PCE=22.32%) and FcA-modified(PCE=23.06%) devices.Moreover, the unencapsulated OFFcA-modified device retains 82.7% of the primary efficiency at 60%RH for more than 50 d and only loses less than 10% of the primary efficiency when stored in a glove box for more than 2000 h. 展开更多

The severe interfacial charge recombination as well as the stability issues brought by the Li-TFSI still hinder the commercialization of high-performance perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,a polyoxometalates(POMs)-based complex,POM@ionic liquid(IL),is synthesized and applied as an effective additive that simultaneously enhances the performance and stability of PSCs.The interactions between POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI inhibit the aggregation of Li-TFSI.The synergistic oxidation of POM@IL complex and Li-TFSI towards 2,2,7,7-tetrakis[N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)effectively enhances the electrical properties of hole transport layer film and the photovoltaic performances of PSCs.The champion device modified with the POM@IL complex yields an excellent power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 22.73%.Moreover,the incorporation of POM@IL improves the humidity stability of PSCs.After storing under high humidity conditions(25℃,60%RH)for 1200 h,the POM@IL modified device retained a remarkable 81.2%of its initial PCE.This work provides new insight into constructing POMs-based materials for high-performance photovoltaic devices. 展开更多

Here,a novel strategy is proposed targeting the volatility of A-site cations and the disordered arrangement of perovskite grains through employing Cs~+contained metal-organic frameworks In-aip(Cs)obtained by ion-exchange and crystalline transform.Interatomic forces between Cs-O atoms split the pore channels of the pristine In-aip,endowing In-aip(Cs)with multidimensional charge transport channels,In addition,the partially freed Cs~+in the interlayer compensates for the vacancy of A-site cations during the perovskite preparation process.The In-aip(Cs)modified perovskite films have a flat morphology,large grains and excellent optoelectronic properties.Benefiting from the high-quality perovskite films and faster charge extraction,the In-aip(Cs)-modified PSCs achieved a champion PCE of 23.03%,superior to the In-aip-modified(22.29%)and control device(21.13%),More importantly,the unencapsulated PSCs modified with In-aip(Cs)exhibited outstanding humidity and thermal stability.Over a period of almost 1000 h,the unencapsulated In-aip(Cs)-modified device retained 85%of its initial PCE after storing in a glove box at 85℃,and retained 87%of the primary PCE upon storage in ambient condition at 25℃under a humidity of 40%. 展开更多

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by persistent inflammation and joint damage,accompanied by the accumulation of plasma cells,which contributes to its pathogenesis.Understanding the genetic alterations occurring during plasma cell differentiation in RA can deepen our comprehension of its pathogenesis and guide the development of targeted therapeutic interventions.Here,our study elucidates the intricate molecular mechanisms underlying plasma cell differentiation by demonstrating that PRDX1 interacts with DOK3 and modulates its degradation by the autophagy-lysosome pathway.This interaction results in the inhibition of plasma cell differentiation,thereby alleviating the progression of collagen-induced arthritis.Additionally,our investigation identifies Salvianolic acid B(SAB)as a potent small molecular glue-like compound that enhances the interaction between PRDX1 and DOK3,consequently impeding the progression of collagen-induced arthritis by inhibiting plasma cell differentiation.Collectively,these findings underscore the therapeutic potential of developing chemical stabilizers for the PRDX1-DOK3 complex in suppressing plasma cell differentiation for RA treatment and establish a theoretical basis for targeting PRDX1-protein interactions as specific therapeutic targets in various diseases. 展开更多

The integration of high-k dielectrics with two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors is a critical step towards high-performance nanoelectronics,which however remains challenging due to the high density of interface states and the damage to the monolayer 2D semiconductors.In this study,we propose a selective hydrogenation strategy to improve the interface properties while the 2D semiconductors are not affected.Using the interface of monolayer molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))and silicon nitride as an example,we show substantially improved interface properties for electronic applications after the interfacial hydrogenation,as evidenced by reduced inhomogeneous charge redistribution,increased band offset,and nearly intact electronic properties of MoS_(2).Importantly,this hydrogenation process selectively occurs only at the silicon nitride surface and is compatible with the current semiconductor fabrication process.We further show that this strategy is general and applicable to other interfaces between high-k dielectrics and 2D semiconductors such as hafnium dioxide(HfO_(2))on the monolayer MoS_(2).Our results demonstrate a simple yet viable way to improve the integration of high-k dielectrics on a broad range of 2D transition metal disulfide semiconductors,shedding light on practical electronic and optoelectronic applications. 展开更多

Co-design and integration of vehicle navigation and control and state estimation is key for enabling field deployment of mobile robots in GPS-denied cluttered environments,and sensor calibration is critical for successful operation of both subsystems.This paper demonstrates the potential of this co-design approach with field tests of the integration of a reactive receding horizon-based motion planner and controller with an inertial aided multi-sensor calibration scheme.The reported method provides accurate calibration parameters that improve the performance of the state estimator,and enable the motion controller to generate smooth and continuous minimal-jerk trajectories based on local LiDAR data.Numerical simulations in Unity,and real-world experimental results from the field corroborate the claims of e±cacy for the reported autonomous navigation computational pipeline. 展开更多

The mutton industry plays a pivotal role in the animal husbandry industry of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.To better monitor the volatility movement and risk warning of mutton price,the fluctuation characteristics of mutton prices and the future trend of prices are analyzed systematically.On the one hand,the Hodrick Prescott(HP)filter method is used to analyze the long-term trends and cyclical characteristics of mutton prices in Xinjiang and explored the spatial evolution characteristics of mutton price fluctuations in various regions of Xinjiang.On the other hand,the Threshold Auto-Regressive(TAR)model is used to analyze the linkage relationship between mutton prices and the prices of other livestock products.The empirical results show that 1)the overall volatility of mutton price in Xinjiang is high,showing a trend of rising first,then falling and then rising from the temporal perspective.2)At the regional level,the price in the south is higher than that of the north,showing a decreasing trend from south to north on the whole from the spatial viewpoint.3)From the linkage relationship perspective,mutton and beef are complementary in the short term,but they are substitutes each other in the long term.This paper explores the characteristics of mutton price fluctuations in Xinjiang from the single time series of mutton prices and the linkage with other livestock products,which provides a reliable basis for the monitoring and risk warning of mutton price fluctuation. 展开更多
