Psoriasis (Ps) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) are genetically complex diseases with strong genetic evidence. Recently, susceptibility genes for Ps and PsA have been identified within the late cornified envelop (LC... Psoriasis (Ps) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) are genetically complex diseases with strong genetic evidence. Recently, susceptibility genes for Ps and PsA have been identified within the late cornified envelop (LCE) gene cluster, especially the cluster 3 (LCE3) genes. It is noteworthy that the deletion of LCE3B and LCE3C (LCE3C_LCE3B-del) is significantly associated with these two diseases. Gene-gene interactions between LCE3 genes and other genes are associated with Ps and PsA. LCE3 genes also have pleiotropic effect on some autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Further studies need to focus on the potential function of LCE3 genes in the pathogenesis of Ps and PsA in the future. 展开更多

Bimetallic nanocrystals have attracted considerable attention because of their complicated systems,which are far superior to those of their individual constituents.A TiO_(2)-confined PtMnP bimetallic catalyst(PtMnP@TiO_(2)) was prepared using an ultrasonic-assisted coincident strategy,which demonstrated exceptional catalytic activity in the universal hydrogen evolution reaction (HER).Owing to the bimetallic synergistic effect and TiO_(2) confinement,PtMnP@TiO_(x)showed ultrasmall metal nanoparticles (NPs),a higher active Pt^(0) content,adequate activation at the porous surface,and abundant acid sites.Simulations were performed to visualize the strain properties of Mn and Pt during the bending process and demonstrate the high activity of Pt.The Pt-Mn bimetallic catalysts were enriched with Pt NPs,convoyed by electron transfer from Mn to Pt.Briefly,PtMnP@TiO_(2) showed robust evolution reaction activities (an overpotential of 220 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 186 mV dec^(-1))and the ability to contrast stated catalysts without ultrasonication-plasma.This protocol revealed that the geometrical and electronic effects of Pt and P surrounding the Mn species in PtMnP@TiO_(2) were crucial for increasing the catalytic activity (99%) and durability (over 20 cycles),which were far superior to those of other reported catalysts. 展开更多

Study on Pollination Compatibility of Superior Lonicera caerulea Individuals

In order to solve the problems including low fruit-bearing rate and low yield caused by blind plantation in production, the medium formula for pollen germination of Lonicera caerulea L. var. edulis Turcz. ex Herd., its pollination habit, self-compatibility and open pollination compatibility between different superior individuals were investigated with superior individuals from superior wild individuals of L. caerulea in Changbai Mountains as experimental materials. Self-compatibility and open pollination compatibility among different fine plants provide theoretical basis for its further application and further selection of new varieties. The results showed the optimal medium for germination of L. caerulea pollen was 27.5% sucrose + 100 PPM boric acid with a pH value of 6.0. On this medium, the superior individuals L1, L2 and L3 had the pollen germination rates of 53.4%, 50.9% and 51.6%, respectively. The three superior individuals had no significant differences in the quantity of germinated pollen tubes, which ranged from 1 to 4. The three excellent single plants were the most likely to germinate a single pollen tube, accounting for 83.3% of the pollen germinated and 89.6% of the pollen germinated. Therefore, in production, it is necessary to plant L1 with a certain amount of pollination trees or plant it together with multiple species, to improve its yield. On the contrary, L2 and L3 have no need for pollination trees theoretically, but whether the fruits obtained by self-pollination and outcrossing differ in quality still needs further study. 展开更多
