A total of 8375 genic simple sequence repeat(SSR) loci were discovered from a unigene set assembled from 116282 transcriptomic unigenes in this study.Dinucleotide repeat motifs were the most common with a frequency ...A total of 8375 genic simple sequence repeat(SSR) loci were discovered from a unigene set assembled from 116282 transcriptomic unigenes in this study.Dinucleotide repeat motifs were the most common with a frequency of 65.11%,followed by trinucleotide(32.81%).A total of 4100 primer pairs were designed from the SSR loci.Of these,343 primer pairs(repeat length≥15 bp) were synthesized with an M13 tail and tested for stable amplification and polymorphism in four Pyrus accessions.After the preliminary test,104 polymorphic genic SSR markers were developed; dinucleotide and trinucleotide repeats represented 97.11%(101) of these.Twenty-eight polymorphic genic SSR markers were selected randomly to further validate genetic diversity among 28 Pyrus accessions.These markers displayed a high level of polymorphism.The number of alleles at these SSR loci ranged from 2 to 17,with a mean of 9.43 alleles per locus,and the polymorphism information content(PIC) values ranged from 0.26 to 0.91.The UPGMA(unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic average) cluster analysis grouped the 28 Pyrus accessions into two groups: Oriental pears and Occidental pears,which are congruent to the traditional taxonomy,demonstrating their effectiveness in analyzing Pyrus phylogenetic relationships,enriching rare Pyrus EST-SSR resources,and confirming the potential value of a pear transcriptome database for the development of new SSR markers.展开更多
Cathode materials that possess high output voltage,as well as those that can be mass-produced using facile techniques,are crucial for the advancement of aqueous zinc-ion battery(ZIBs)applications,Herein,we present for...Cathode materials that possess high output voltage,as well as those that can be mass-produced using facile techniques,are crucial for the advancement of aqueous zinc-ion battery(ZIBs)applications,Herein,we present for the first time a new porous K_(0.5)VOPO_(4)·1.5H_(2)O polyanionic cathode(P-KIVP)with high output voltage(above 1.2 V)that can be manufactured at room temperature using straightforward coprecipitation and etching techniques.The P-KVP cathode experiences anisotropic crystal plane expansion via a sequential solid-solution intercalation and phase co nversion pathway throughout the Zn^(2+)storage process,as confirmed by in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction and ex-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Similar to other layered vanadium-based polyanionic materials,the P-KVP cathode experiences a progressive decline in voltage during the cycle,which is demonstrated to be caused by the irreversible conversion into amorphous VO_(x).By introducing a new electrolyte containing Zn(OTF)_(2) to a mixed triethyl phosphate and water solution,it is possible to impede this irreversible conversion and obtain a high output voltage and longer cycle life by forming a P-rich cathode electrolyte interface layer.As a proof-of-concept,the flexible fiber-shaped ZIBs based on modified electrolyte woven into a fabric watch band can power an electronic watch,highlighting the application potential of P-KVP cathode.展开更多

This study investigated the relationship between routine c...Objective: The indication of adjuvant chemotherapy recommendation(ACR) in breast cancer patients with intermediate recurrence score(RS) is controversial. This study investigated the relationship between routine clinicopathological indicators and ACR, and established a nomogram for predicting the probability of ACR in this subset of patients.Methods: Data for a total of 504 consecutive patients with intermediate RS from January 2014 to December2016 were retrospectively reviewed. A nomogram was constructed using a multivariate logistic regression model based on data from a training set(378 cases) and validated in an independent validation set(126 cases). A Youdenderived cut-off value was assigned to the nomogram for accuracy evaluation.Results: The multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that age, histological grade, tumor size, lymph node(LN) status, molecular subtype, and RS were independent predictors of ACR. A nomogram based on these predictors performed well. The P value of the Hosmer-Lemeshow test for the prediction model was 0.286. The area under the curve(AUC) values were 0.905 [95% confidence interval(95% CI): 0.876–0.934] and 0.883(95%CI: 0.824–0.942) in the training and validation sets, respectively. The accuracies of the nomogram for ACR were84.4% in the training set and 82.1% in the validation set.Conclusions: We developed a nomogram to predict the probability of ACR in breast cancer patients with intermediate RS. This model may aid the individual risk assessment and guide treatment decisions in clinical practice.展开更多

Methods: 122 inpatients with hypertension fr...Objective: the experiment will investigate different nursing forms for hypertension, and compare the effect and difference between conventional nursing and comfort nursing. Methods: 122 inpatients with hypertension from January 2019 to February of the following year were selected for the study and divided into 2 groups with envelopes. 61 subjects in the control group received regular care. The study group of 61 cases received comfortable nursing and summarized the nursing effect. Results: the results of quality of life scores of the comparison group and the research group were relatively low, and there was a difference between the two groups, indicating that they were both clinically and statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comfort care should be the first choice in hypertension care, and the implementation effect of this plan is excellent.展开更多
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a pathological term used to identify invasive breast cancers that lack expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors and do not have pathologic overexpression of the HER2 rece...Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a pathological term used to identify invasive breast cancers that lack expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors and do not have pathologic overexpression of the HER2 receptor or harbor ERBB2 gene amplification.TNBC includes a collection of multiple distinct disease entities based upon genomic,transcriptomic and phenotypic characterization.Despite improved clinical outcomes with the development of novel therapeutics,TNBC still yields the worst prognosis among all clinical subtypes of breast cancer.We will systematically review evidence of the genomic evolution of TNBC,as well as potential mechanisms of disease progression and treatment resistance,defined in part by advances in next-generation DNA sequencing technology(including single cell sequencing),providing a new perspective on treatment strategies,and promise to reveal new potential therapeutic targets.Moreover,we review novel therapies aimed at homologous recombination deficiency,PI3 kinase/AKT/PTEN pathway activation,androgen receptor blockade,immune checkpoint inhibition,as well as antibody-drug conjugates engaging novel cell surface targets,including recent progress in pre-clinical and clinical studies which further validate the role of targeted therapies in TNBC.Despite major advances in treatment for TNBC,including FDA approval of 2 PARP inhibitors for metastatic TNBC,the crossing of the superiority boundary in a phase 3,placebo-controlled study of adjuvant olaparib in early-stage patients with germline BRCA-mutated high-risk HER2-negative early breast cancer,the FDA approval of 2 PD-(L)1 checkpoint antibodies for metastatic TNBC,and the FDA approval of the first antibody drug conjugate for TNBC,significant challenges remain.For example,despite the dawn of immunotherapy in metastatic TNBC,durable responses are limited to a small subset of patients,definitive biomarkers for patient selection are lacking,and the Oncology Drug Advisory Committee to the FDA has recently voted against approval of an anti-PD-1 checkpoint antibody high risk early-stage TNBC in the neoadjuvant setting.Also,despite early positive randomized phase 2 studies of AKT inhibition in metastatic TNBC,a recent phase 3 registration trial failed to validate earlier phase 2 data.Finally,we note that level one evidence for clinical efficacy of androgen receptor blockade in TNBC is still lacking.To meet these and other challenges,we will catalogue the ongoing exponential increase in interest in basic,translational,and clinical research to develop new treatment paradigms for TNBC.展开更多
