针对现有载人航天器空气过滤净化技术效率低、净化能力单一、易造成二次污染的问题,提出基于YMN_(2)O_(5)莫来石催化剂协同臭氧催化氧化的人机共存一体化技术路线。利用柠檬酸凝胶-溶胶法制备的YMN_(2)O_(5)催化剂通过X射线粉末衍射仪... 针对现有载人航天器空气过滤净化技术效率低、净化能力单一、易造成二次污染的问题,提出基于YMN_(2)O_(5)莫来石催化剂协同臭氧催化氧化的人机共存一体化技术路线。利用柠檬酸凝胶-溶胶法制备的YMN_(2)O_(5)催化剂通过X射线粉末衍射仪与扫描电子显微镜表征后发现,其表面具有丰富的活性位点,有利于在臭氧的协同作用下产生大量的还原性物质。该技术路线通过反应过程中产生的高活性O^(*),可对空气中挥发性有机化合物与病毒、细菌等微生物实现高效、绿色、低能耗的降解与消杀。基于此技术路线,结合3D建模与3D打印技术设计制作了空气净化和病毒消杀(Mcaton)一体化的原型机设备。针对空气中不同的挥发性有机污染物和病毒气溶胶,在密封舱内测试了原型机对气体污染物和病毒气溶胶的净化和消杀效果,验证了Mcaton技术可实现快速、高效净化各种挥发性有机污染物和病毒、细菌的消杀能力。 展开更多

However, the amounts of m... Sequencing technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Complete or nearly complete mitochondrial genomes(mitogenomes) of 155 species from 47 families in Heteroptera have been sequenced. However, the amounts of mitogenomes between those families are unbalanced, which makes it difficult to correctly discern the patterns of mitogenome rearrangement in Heteroptera. Among 21 species from ten families, ten variations in mitogenome rearrangement had been previously reported, among which the translocation between tRNA-Thr and tRNA-Pro was considered as a synapomorphy of Pyrrhocoroidea based on two mitogenomes. As only one mitogenome in each of Largidae and Pyrrhocoridae had been sequenced to conclude the synapomorphy, more mitogenomes of Pyrrhocoroidea need to be explored. In this study, additional two mitogenomes of Pyrrhocoroidea(Macrocheraia grandis grandis(Gray, 1832) and Myrmoplasta mira Gerst-cker, 1892) were sequenced. Both of them also possess the same translocation between tRNA-Thr and tRNA-Pro, which reaffirms that this kind of rearrangement is a molecular synapomorphy of Pyrrhocoroidea. Moreover, we discovered a more complex rearrangement in Myrmoplasta mira, in which six nearly identical duplications of tRNA-Thr were found located downstream of tRNA-Pro. Considering the high biodiversity of Heteroptera, more mitogenomic studies are needed to improve our knowledge about mitogenome rearrangements and the potential synapomorphies. 展开更多

The role of plin2a in glycolysis regulation in Sertoli cells and its cascading impact on spermatogonial development in black rockfish (Sebastes schlegelii)

The black rockfish (Sebastes schlegelii) is a marine species that is economically important in aquaculture, and the efficiency of its spermatogenesis is vital for its success in the aquaculture industry. Spermatogonia serve as the foundation of spermatogenesis in fish, possessing the ability for continuous self-renewal and progressive differentiation into mature spermatozoa. Moreover, Sertoli cells are crucial in modulating the proliferation and differentiation of spermatogonia. This study focused on the regulation of glycolysis by PLIN2a in Sertoli cells of the black rockfish and examined how the inhibition of glycolysis in these cells impacted the proliferation and differentiation processes of spermatogonia. We found that effective regulation of glycolysis was crucial for the metabolic activity and functional maintenance of Sertoli cells in black rockfish. Overexpression of plin2a in vitro enhanced glycolysis in Sertoli cells, whereas inhibition of glycolysis impaired their normal metabolic activity. In vivo inhibition of glycolysis in black rockfish testes lead to apoptosis of Sertoli cells and significantly suppressed the proliferation and differentiation of spermatogonia. These results underscore the essential role of glycolysis in the development and metabolic activity of Sertoli cells and highlight the critical regulatory role of glycolysis in determining the fate of spermatogonia. This study emphasizes the importance of regulating energy metabolism pathways, particularly glycolysis, in Sertoli cells to indirectly influence the development of spermatogonia, offering significant insights into the reproductive mechanisms of black rockfish and other teleost species. 展开更多

Objective: Combined small cell lung cancer (C-SCLC) is an uncommon subgroup of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and few clinical data can be referred. Our study is to investigate the clinical features and prognostic factors of C-SCLC, as well as the role of multimodality treatment.Methods: Between January 2004 and December 2012, patients with histologically diagnosed C-SCLC were retrospectively analyzed. The survivals were evaluated with the Kaplan-Meier method. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to evaluate potential prognostic factors.Results: One hundred and fourteen patients were enrolled, with a median age of 59 (range: 20-79) years old. The most common combined component was squamous cell carcinoma (52.6%). Among these patients, the disease was stage I, II, III and IV in 9.6%, 19.3%, 46.5% and 24.6% of the patients, respectively. Eighty patients (70.2%) received at least two of the three modalities containing chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery. The median follow-up was 32.5 months. The median time of overall survival (OS) was 26.2 months. On univariate analysis, smoking (P=0.029), Karnofsky performance score (KPS) 〈80 (P=0.000), advanced TNM stage (P=0.000), no surgery (P=0.010), positive resection margin (P=0.000), positive lymph nodes ≥4 (P=0.000), positive lymph node ratio 〉10% (P=0.000) and non-multimodality treatment (P=0.004) were associated with poor OS. Multivariate analysis confirmed that smoking, advanced TNM stage, positive resection margin and positive lymph nodes ratio 〉 10% were poor prognostic features. Conclusions: C-SCLC has a relatively early stage and good prognosis, which may due to the underestimated diagnosis in non-surgical patients. Multimodality therapy is recommended, especially for limited disease. Smoking, advanced TNM stage, positive resection margin and positive lymph nodes ratio 〉10% are poor prognostic factors. 展开更多

China exhibits a high incidence of esophageal cancer.In the context of rapid population aging,esophageal cancer has become a significant threat to the health of Chinese elderly population.Currently,there is a lack of a clear definition or assessment method for esophageal cancer in elderly patients,and this population is frequently excluded in clinical trials.Consequently,high-level evidence and global consensus guidelines for the treatment of this population are unavailable.Since elderly patients with esophageal cancer cannot tolerate surgery and intensive chemotherapy,radiotherapy plays a vital role in their treatment.Based on recent research data on esophageal cancer in elderly patients,the expert consensus on radiotherapy for esophageal cancer in elderly patients in China was jointly developed by experts from the following organizations:Radiation Oncology Physician Branch,Chinese Medical Doctor Association;Radiation Oncology Branch,Chinese Medical Association;Professional Committee of Radiation Oncology,China Anti-Cancer Association;Expert Committee of Esophageal Cancer,Chinese Cancer Radiotherapy Alliance;Radiotherapy Sub-Committee,Professional Committee of Elderly Oncology,Gerontological Society of China.This consensus defines esophageal cancer in elderly patients,emphasizes the importance of nutritional assessment and intervention,and elaborates on the mode of radiotherapy alone and radiotherapy-based combined modality therapy mode.Moreover,this consensus organizes radiotherapy technology,radiation dose,and safety management,aiming to provide a foundational guide for clinical practice targeting esophageal cancer in elderly patients. 展开更多
