Precipitation of secondary Laves phases and its effect on notch sensitivity

The precipitation of secondary Laves phases and its effect on notch sensitivity are systematically studied in Thermo-Span alloy. The results show that the precipitation peak temperature of secondary Laves phases is 925 ℃. Below 925 ℃, the volume fraction of secondary Laves phases increases with the rise of the temperature, and its morphology changes from granular to thin-film;above 925 ℃, the volume fraction of secondary Laves phases shows an opposite trend to temperature, and its morphology changes from thin-film to granular. A detailed explanation through linear density (ρ) is provided that the influence of secondary Laves phases at the grain boundaries (GBs) on notch sensitivity depends on the coupling competition effect of their size, quantity, and morphology. Notably, the granular Laves phases are more beneficial to improving the notch sensitivity of the alloy compared with thin-film Laves phases. Granular secondary Laves phases can promote the formation of γ′ phases depletion zone to improve the ability of GBs to accommodate high strain localization, and effectively inhibit the crack initiation and propagation. 展开更多

目的探讨依托考昔联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗对中重度膝骨关节炎的效果。方法按照抽样方法对厦门长庚医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的中重度膝骨关节炎患者开展研究,共随机纳入82例,按照随机法分为对照组和研究组,每组各41例,其中对照组单... 目的探讨依托考昔联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗对中重度膝骨关节炎的效果。方法按照抽样方法对厦门长庚医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的中重度膝骨关节炎患者开展研究,共随机纳入82例,按照随机法分为对照组和研究组,每组各41例,其中对照组单独使用盐酸氨基葡萄糖,研究组则使用依托考昔联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖,为期3个月,比较两组C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)实验室检查结果、不良反应,同时用西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数调查表(WOMAC评分)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评估两组患者病情程度、疼痛程度、生活质量状况。结果用药后,研究组WOMAC、VAS评分及实验室各指标CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访期间研究组GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中重度膝骨关节炎患者采用依托考昔联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖方案,可有效控制机体炎症反应,延缓病情进展,减轻疼痛症状,减少不良反应,以及优化生活质量,值得应用推广。 展开更多

目的探索体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的最佳能量流密度。方法选取2019年5月至2021年1月在厦门市长庚医院骨科住院的48例KOA患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为三组,低能量流密度组(L组,n=16)、中能量流密度组(M组,n=16)、... 目的探索体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的最佳能量流密度。方法选取2019年5月至2021年1月在厦门市长庚医院骨科住院的48例KOA患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为三组,低能量流密度组(L组,n=16)、中能量流密度组(M组,n=16)、高能量流密度组(H组,n=16),每组向胫骨内侧平台区域发送1000个冲击波,每周1次,连续3周。主要观察指标为视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及Roles和Maudsley(RM)评分。每项评估均在体外冲击波疗法后第1、4和12周进行。结果三组VAS评分、WOMAC评分及RM评分随时间推移均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),M组在治疗后第4周和第12周VAS评分、WOMAC评分优于L组、H组,在治疗后第1周和第4周RM评分优于L组、H组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论M组在缓解疼痛和恢复功能预后方面较L组及H组有更大的改善,因此可以认为中能量冲击波对治疗KOA效果最佳。 展开更多

在引进国外智力的过程中出现了很多信用缺失的现象,如伪造学历、虚假工作经历、无故离岗离职等,这严重制约了中国引智工作的后续发展。在当前的环境下,传统的引智工作监管模式难以突破现有的瓶颈。本文根据我国引智工作监管体系的发展模... 在引进国外智力的过程中出现了很多信用缺失的现象,如伪造学历、虚假工作经历、无故离岗离职等,这严重制约了中国引智工作的后续发展。在当前的环境下,传统的引智工作监管模式难以突破现有的瓶颈。本文根据我国引智工作监管体系的发展模式,从行政监管的视角分析引智工作监管对象信用评估的主要因素,构建改进的模糊综合评价模型,并选取30家引智工作用人单位为样本,利用该模型进行实证分析,验证了该模型的适用性、稳定性和客观性。研究结果表明,本文构建的信用评估指标体系契合引智工作行政监管的需要,采用的改进模糊综合评价模型能准确地得到监管对象的信用等级,并能发现导致监管对象信用状况不佳的相关因素,对引智工作监管部门和其他政府部门信用管理办法制定和信用评估体系建设具有重要的参考作用和推广价值。 展开更多

Objective:Systematic review of the efficacy and safety of neoactivin re-acute myocardial infarction with heart failure.Methods:The computer retrieved CNKI,Wan Fang,Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals Database(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Medline,Cochrane Library,and Clinical Trail.Gov collected clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of neoactivin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure from the establishment of the database to December 2019.Data were extracted according to the Jadad scale,disease inclusion and exclusion criteria,and RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 23 RCTs were included,with a total of 2024 patients,including 1012 patients in the control group(conventional treatment with western medicine)and 1012 patients in the test group(on the basis of the control group+neoactivin treatment).Meta analysis results show that:in the total effective rate,the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(OR=4.30,95%CI[3.26,5.67],P<0.00001);In terms of left ventricular ejection fraction,the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(OR=1.58,95%CI[1.27,1.90],P<0.00001).In terms of the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,the test group was better than the control group,with a statistical difference Significance(OR=-0.91,95%CI[-1.50,-0.33],P=0.002);In terms of stroke volume,the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(OR=1.24,95%CI[0.55,1.94],P=0.0005);In terms of brain natriuretic peptide precursors,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(OR=-4.37,95%CI[-6.21,-3.25],P<0.00001);In terms of heart rate,the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(OR=-13.70,95%CI[-14.95,-12.46],P<0.00001);In terms of systolic blood pressure,the test group was better than the control Group,the difference was statistically significant(OR=-12.38,95%CI[-17.98,-6.79],P<0.00001);In diastolic blood pressure,the test group was better than the control group Group,the difference was statistically significant(OR=-7.42,95%CI[-8.53,-6.30],P<0.00001);In terms of adverse reactions,the difference was not statistically significant(OR=0.95,95%CI[0.29,3.16],P=0.94).Conclusions:In patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure,the timely application of neoactivin treatment can improve clinical efficacy,improve cardiac function,inhibit ventricular remodeling,improve blood pressure and heart rate,which has good clinical efficacy and safety. 展开更多

Impact of the rural digital economy on livestock carbon emissions and pollution mitigation in China

The synergistic control of livestock carbon emissions and environmental pollution(SCLCP)is essential for the sustainable development of animal husbandry.Using panel data from the provincial level in China from 2011 to 2021,this study empirically examined the effect of the rural digital economy on livestock carbon emissions and pollution mitigation.Four key findings are given.First,the rural digital economic significantly facilitates the synergistic control of livestock carbon emissions and pollution,with robustness confirmed through instrumental variable approaches and other robustness tests.Second,mechanism analysis revealed that the rural digital economy can promote SCLCP through green technology progress,resource allocation efficiency improvement and production agglomeration.Third,heterogeneity analysis indicates that government support would further strengthen the effect of the rural digital economy on SCLCP,and this impact mainly occurs in agricultural zone and agropastoral transitional zone.In contrast,marketization weakens this effect in agricultural zone.Finally,spatial econometric analysis demonstrated that the rural digital economy can reduce livestock carbon emissions in neighboring areas,with marketization exerting a positive moderating effect,while government support had no significant moderating effect.Additionally,the spatial spillover effect of the rural digital economy on livestock-related environmental pollution was not significant. 展开更多
