Yu Gan Long(YGL)is a Chinese traditional herbal formula which has been reported to attenuate liver fibrosis for many years and we have explored its anti-fibrotic mechanism through blocking transforming growth factor(T...Yu Gan Long(YGL)is a Chinese traditional herbal formula which has been reported to attenuate liver fibrosis for many years and we have explored its anti-fibrotic mechanism through blocking transforming growth factor(TGF-β)in the previous study.But the mechanisms associated with platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)-BB remain obscure.In this study,we further investigated the mechanism of YGL reducing carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver fibrosis in rats.Our results showed that YGL suppressed CCl4-induced upregulation of collagen IV(Col IV),type HI precollagen(PCHI),hyaluronuc acid(HA)and laminin(LN),which are implicated in liver fibrosis.Also,YGL reduced theα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)expression,which acts as the indicator of liver fibrosis.Furthermore,YGL decreased the serum levels of hepatic stellate cell(HSC)mitogen PDGF-BB and inflammation cytokines,including TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6.Markers involved in liver fibrosis,such as Ras,p-Raf-1,p-ERK1/2,p-JNK,p-P38,p-PI3K,p-AKT,p-JAKl,p-STAT3 were downregulated significantly after treatment with YGL.Our results indicated that YGL ameliorated CCl4-induced liver fibrosis by reducing inflammation cytokines production,and suppressing Ras/ERK,PI3K/AKT,and JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathways,which provided further evidence towards elucidation of the anti-fibrotic mechanism of YGL.展开更多

The control group was given only Zhenqi Fuzheng oral and Baofukang suppository vaginal medicine. The experimental group was treated with rhIL-2 injection in addition to Zhenqi Fuzheng oral and Baofukang suppository vaginal medicine which is treated for 3 months. After 3 months, Thinprep cytologic test (TCT), human papilloma virus (HPV) quantitative examination and colposcopy biopsy were reviewed. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> After 3 months of treatment, the negative conversion rate and total effective rate of HPV in the control group were 58.11% and 70.95% respectively, and the negative conversion rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 79.46% and 90.57% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (p = 0.000). The curative rate of cervical lesions was significantly higher in the test group than in the control group, 89.56%, 68.91%, respectively. Misoprostol can induce uterine contraction and soften the cervix. <b>Objective:</b> To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol on abortion before and after painless induced abortion. <b>Methods:</b> 600 case pregnant women were divided into three groups: A, B and C, 200 case in each group. All patients were anesthetized. In group A, misoprostol 0.2 ug was placed in the posterior fornix of vagina 2 hours before the operation of induced abortion;in group B, misoprostol 0.2 ug was not only placed in the posterior fornix of vagina 2 hours before the operation of induced abortion but also taken orally 2 hours and 6 hours after the operation;in group C, misoprostol was not used before and after the operation. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative bleeding, the percentage of cervical relaxation and the rate of incomplete abortion among the three groups were compared. <b>Results:</b> Compared with group A and group B, the operation time of group C was longer and the amount of bleeding was more (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P > 0.05). The duration of bleeding in group B was less than that in group A (P < 0.05). The percentage of cervical relaxation in group A and B was higher than that in group C (P < 0.05). The rate of incomplete abortion in group B < group A < group C (P < 0.05), and there was no residual uterine cavity in group B. <b>Conclusion:</b> The use of misoprostol before and after painless induced abortion can not only shorten the time of operation, reduce intraoperative and postoperative vaginal bleeding, but also has not incurred incomplete abortion(primary outcome).展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of secreted phosphoprotein 1(SPP1)gene expression for postoperative survival in patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing hepatic artery interventional chemoembolization...Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of secreted phosphoprotein 1(SPP1)gene expression for postoperative survival in patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing hepatic artery interventional chemoembolization treatment.Method:Bioinformatics methods,including gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis,were used to identify genes related to survival prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients.A retrospective analysis of 115 advanced liver cancer patients treated between January 2016 and October 2017 was conducted.Patients were categorized into SPP1 high-expression(n=89)and low-expression groups(n=26).Additionally,115 healthy individuals served as the control group.The relationship between SPP1 expression and clinical pathological features was analyzed.A 60-month follow-up and logistic regression analysis identified risk factors affecting survival.Results:SPP1 mRNA expression was significantly higher in liver cancer patients compared to healthy controls(P<0.05).SPP1 expression levels were significantly associated with tumor size,Child-Pugh grading,lymph node metastasis,and BCLC staging(P<0.05).High SPP1 expression,along with tumor size,Child-Pugh grading,lymph node metastasis,and BCLC staging,were independent risk factors for survival(P<0.05).The 60-month survival rate was 17.39%,with a median survival of 40 months in the low-expression group versus 18 months in the high-expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SPP1 expression is significantly upregulated in advanced liver cancer patients and has predictive value for postoperative survival following hepatic artery chemoembolization treatment.SPP1,combined with clinical indicators such as tumor size,Child-Pugh grading,lymph node metastasis,and BCLC staging,may serve as a prognostic biomarker for interventional treatment outcomes.展开更多

Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(CIPN)is a severe dose-limiting adverse event of chemotherapy.Presently,the mechanism underlying the induction of CIPN remains unclear,and no effective treatment is availab...Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(CIPN)is a severe dose-limiting adverse event of chemotherapy.Presently,the mechanism underlying the induction of CIPN remains unclear,and no effective treatment is available.In this study,through metabolomics analyses,we found that nab-paclitaxel therapy markedly increased serum serotonin[5-hydroxtryptamine(5-HT)]levels in both cancer patients and mice compared to the respective controls.Furthermore,nab-paclitaxel-treated enterochromaffin(EC)cells showed increased 5-HT synthesis,and serotonin-treated Schwann cells showed damage,as indicated by the activation of CREB3L3/MMP3/FAS signaling.Venlafaxine,an inhibitor of serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake,was found to protect against nerve injury by suppressing the activation of CREB3L3/MMP3/FAS signaling in Schwann cells.Remarkably,venlafaxine was found to significantly alleviate nab-paclitaxel-induced CIPN in patients without affecting the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy.In summary,our study reveals that EC cell-derived 5-HT plays a critical role in nab-paclitaxel-related neurotoxic lesions,and venlafaxine co-administration represents a novel approach to treating chronic cumulative neurotoxicity commonly reported in nab-paclitaxel-based chemotherapy.展开更多
<strong>Objective:</strong><span><span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> To investigate the effect of aspirin on pregnancy out...<strong>Objective:</strong><span><span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> To investigate the effect of aspirin on pregnancy outcome and serum levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and thrombomodulin (TM) in pregnancy patients with chronic hypertension. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Selected patients with chronic hypertension (mild to moderate) during pregnancy, who were enrolled and delivered in the Beijing Tongren Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology between January 1, 2019 and December 30, 2020. The patients were randomly divided into control group (60) and experimental group (60). The control group was treated with labetalol and the test group was treated with labetalol and aspirin. The therapeutic effect and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. The serum levels of ET-1 and TM were measured before treatment and one week after treatment. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Systolic blood pressure (SBP) decreased significantly one week after treatment in the two groups (P < 0.05). One week after treatment, the values of ET-1 and TM in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of Preeclampsia, intrauterine growth retardation, oligohydramnios, placental abruption, Cesarean section and preterm birth in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups, especially Preeclampsia and Intrauterine Growth Retardation (P < 0.05). </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Besides routine treatment, aspirin can improve the outcome of pregnant women with chronic hypertension, which may be related to the regulation of ET-1 and TM by aspirin.</span></span></span></span>展开更多
We demonstrate few-cycle pulse generation based on double-stage all-fiber nonlinear pulse compression from a thulium-doped fiber laser at a repetition rate of∼199.74 MHz.The homemade laser provides an average power o...We demonstrate few-cycle pulse generation based on double-stage all-fiber nonlinear pulse compression from a thulium-doped fiber laser at a repetition rate of∼199.74 MHz.The homemade laser provides an average power of 130 mW,serving as the seed for subsequent amplification.After amplification,significant spectral broadening to an octave-spanning bandwidth(1.2 to 2.4μm)is attained through self-phase modulation-dominated nonlinear effects in an ultrahigh numerical aperture fiber and a highly nonlinear fiber.Followed by a two-stage nonlinear compressor,the system directly delivers near transform-limited pulses with a pulse duration of 19.8 fs(2.9 cycles at a central wavelength of 2000 nm)and a pulse energy of 3.37 nJ.To the best of our knowledge,this result is the shortest pulse duration directly generated from a thulium-doped fiber laser.This robust and simplified all-fiber system provides a promising route toward practical mid-infrared frequency comb generation and mid-infrared spectroscopy.展开更多
Acute kidney injury(AKI)has high incidence and mortality rates,with its vicious cycle involving inflammation,oxidative stress,and apoptosis often leading to rapid decline in renal function.Current treatments face mult...Acute kidney injury(AKI)has high incidence and mortality rates,with its vicious cycle involving inflammation,oxidative stress,and apoptosis often leading to rapid decline in renal function.Current treatments face multiple challenges:lack of targeted drugs,limited efficacy of conventional therapies with significant systemic side effects,difficulty in drug delivery to the kidney's unique structure,susceptibility to re-injury,rapid disease progression,a narrow intervention window,and high risk of irreversible damage.To address these issues,we developed the near-infrared II(NIR-II)-excited photothermal nanocomposite Cu_(2-X)Se@AHI.Constructed via coordination selfassembly,this material offers advantages of structural controllability,spatiotemporal precision,and non-invasive treatment.Upon NIR-II laser activation,it achieves deep tissue penetration and low-toxicity photothermal conversion,generating mild thermal stimulation in the kidney to specifically induce heat shock protein 70(HSP70)expression.HSP70 stabilizes the inhibitor ofκB alpha–IκB kinase beta(IκBα–IKKβ)complex,inhibiting the nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)pathway to synergistically exert anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and anti-apoptotic effects.Furthermore,HSP70 upregulation enhances cellular resilience and promotes tissue repair,enabling a dual mechanism from injury blockade to active restoration.This strategy overcomes limitations of existing therapies,offering a novel pathway with high translational potential for AKI treatment.展开更多

Methods: 180 patients participating were enrolled in this trial, where 50 cas...Objective: To investigate the role of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ cytokines in the microenvironment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: 180 patients participating were enrolled in this trial, where 50 cases are in control group, 50 cases are in low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) group, 50 cases are in high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) group, and 30 cases have cervical carcinoma. ELISA methods are used to detect the expression of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ in the lavage fluid, and all data is analyzed using one-way analysis of variance. Results: The expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ in cervical lavage fluid gradually decreases with the aggravation of the lesion. The expression of IL-4 and IL-10 increases by the aggravation of pathological changes. There were statistically significant differences in IL-2 level among the four groups. IFN-γ levels are significantly different between the cervical cancer group and the other groups, also between HSIL and LSIL group, and between HSIL and the control group, but no statistically significant difference was observed in IFN-γ e between LSIL and the control group. The expressions of IL-4 and IL-10 between the cervical cancer group and the other groups were significantly different, and also between HSIL and the control group. But there was no statistically significant difference between LSIL and the control group, HSIL and LSIL. Conclusion: The cytokines of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ in the microenvironment of the cervix play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. This study may provide the evidence for diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.展开更多
作为微电子器件的理想电源,全固态薄膜锂电池(TFB)已经被广泛地研究了几十年,并开始进入商业化应用。然而,目前关于失效TFB的回收与再利用的研究几乎没有,这将会阻碍TFB的可持续发展。本工作针对因金属锂负极失效而造成电池失效的TFB,...作为微电子器件的理想电源,全固态薄膜锂电池(TFB)已经被广泛地研究了几十年,并开始进入商业化应用。然而,目前关于失效TFB的回收与再利用的研究几乎没有,这将会阻碍TFB的可持续发展。本工作针对因金属锂负极失效而造成电池失效的TFB,提出了一种简单的基于最常见LiCoO_(2)(LCO)/LiPON/LiTFB(F-TFB)的直接回收再利用的方法。研究发现,F-TFB中的金属锂负极薄膜在循环过程会被部分氧化从而造成电池失效。我们提出利用无水乙醇溶液有效地溶解并去除F-TFB上失效的金属锂负极部分,从而快速地回收底层的LCO/LiPON薄膜。结构分析和表面分析结果表明,回收的LCO/LiPON薄膜中的LCO正极的晶体结构、LCO/LiPON的界面结构以及LiPON电解质的表面保持完好,使其再利用成为了可能。进一步地,我们在回收的LCO/LiPON薄膜上依次沉积了LiPON和Li薄膜,构建得到了电化学性能恢复的LCO/LiPON/LiTFB,并获得了与新制备的TFB相一致的比容量(0.223 m Ah·cm^(-2))、良好的倍率性能和循环寿命(500次循环后容量保持率为77.3%)。这种简单而有效的回收再利用方法有望延长固态电池的使用寿命,减少能源和资源消耗,促进固态电池的可持续发展。展开更多

The curative rate of cervical lesions was significantly higher in the test group than in the control group, 89.56%, 68.91%, respectively. 文摘<b>Background: </b>Though painless abortion is a safe, effective and excellent method of artificial abortion, intravenous anesthesia cannot effectively expand the cervix. Hard and tight cervix often affects the operation and easily inducesabortion complications. Misoprostol can induce uterine contraction and soften the cervix. <b>Objective:</b> To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol on abortion before and after painless induced abortion. <b>Methods:</b> 600 case pregnant women were divided into three groups: A, B and C, 200 case in each group. All patients were anesthetized. In group A, misoprostol 0.2 ug was placed in the posterior fornix of vagina 2 hours before the operation of induced abortion;in group B, misoprostol 0.2 ug was not only placed in the posterior fornix of vagina 2 hours before the operation of induced abortion but also taken orally 2 hours and 6 hours after the operation;in group C, misoprostol was not used before and after the operation. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative bleeding, the percentage of cervical relaxation and the rate of incomplete abortion among the three groups were compared. <b>Results:</b> Compared with group A and group B, the operation time of group C was longer and the amount of bleeding was more (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P > 0.05). The duration of bleeding in group B was less than that in group A (P < 0.05). The percentage of cervical relaxation in group A and B was higher than that in group C (P < 0.05). The rate of incomplete abortion in group B < group A < group C (P < 0.05), and there was no residual uterine cavity in group B. <b>Conclusion:</b> The use of misoprostol before and after painless induced abortion can not only shorten the time of operation, reduce intraoperative and postoperative vaginal bleeding, but also has not incurred incomplete abortion(primary outcome).

文摘Objective:To evaluate the predictive value of secreted phosphoprotein 1(SPP1)gene expression for postoperative survival in patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing hepatic artery interventional chemoembolization treatment.Method:Bioinformatics methods,including gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis,were used to identify genes related to survival prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients.A retrospective analysis of 115 advanced liver cancer patients treated between January 2016 and October 2017 was conducted.Patients were categorized into SPP1 high-expression(n=89)and low-expression groups(n=26).Additionally,115 healthy individuals served as the control group.The relationship between SPP1 expression and clinical pathological features was analyzed.A 60-month follow-up and logistic regression analysis identified risk factors affecting survival.Results:SPP1 mRNA expression was significantly higher in liver cancer patients compared to healthy controls(P<0.05).SPP1 expression levels were significantly associated with tumor size,Child-Pugh grading,lymph node metastasis,and BCLC staging(P<0.05).High SPP1 expression,along with tumor size,Child-Pugh grading,lymph node metastasis,and BCLC staging,were independent risk factors for survival(P<0.05).The 60-month survival rate was 17.39%,with a median survival of 40 months in the low-expression group versus 18 months in the high-expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SPP1 expression is significantly upregulated in advanced liver cancer patients and has predictive value for postoperative survival following hepatic artery chemoembolization treatment.SPP1,combined with clinical indicators such as tumor size,Child-Pugh grading,lymph node metastasis,and BCLC staging,may serve as a prognostic biomarker for interventional treatment outcomes.

文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths globally,and its epidemiological characteristics and risk factors are continuously evolving.This review systematically elaborates on the global disease burden of HCC,the main risk factors(including hepatitis B/C virus infection,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,aflatoxin exposure,and unhealthy lifestyles),and the corresponding prevention strategies.The article provides a detailed analysis of the performance and limitations of key serological markers currently used for early diagnosis of HCC,such as alpha-fetoprotein,abnormal prothrombin,and alpha-fetoprotein variant L3.Furthermore,the review comprehensively summarizes the advancements in clinical treatment for HCC,ranging from radical approaches including surgical resection,liver transplantation,radiofrequency ablation to palliative therapies for patients with advanced disease such as transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,targeted therapy,immunotherapy,and further evaluates their efficacy,indications,and challenges.This article aims to provide a comprehensive reference for a deeper understanding of the current status of HCC prevention and control,improving early diagnostic rates,and optimizing clinical treatment strategies.

文摘Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(CIPN)is a severe dose-limiting adverse event of chemotherapy.Presently,the mechanism underlying the induction of CIPN remains unclear,and no effective treatment is available.In this study,through metabolomics analyses,we found that nab-paclitaxel therapy markedly increased serum serotonin[5-hydroxtryptamine(5-HT)]levels in both cancer patients and mice compared to the respective controls.Furthermore,nab-paclitaxel-treated enterochromaffin(EC)cells showed increased 5-HT synthesis,and serotonin-treated Schwann cells showed damage,as indicated by the activation of CREB3L3/MMP3/FAS signaling.Venlafaxine,an inhibitor of serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake,was found to protect against nerve injury by suppressing the activation of CREB3L3/MMP3/FAS signaling in Schwann cells.Remarkably,venlafaxine was found to significantly alleviate nab-paclitaxel-induced CIPN in patients without affecting the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy.In summary,our study reveals that EC cell-derived 5-HT plays a critical role in nab-paclitaxel-related neurotoxic lesions,and venlafaxine co-administration represents a novel approach to treating chronic cumulative neurotoxicity commonly reported in nab-paclitaxel-based chemotherapy.
文摘<strong>Objective:</strong><span><span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> To investigate the effect of aspirin on pregnancy outcome and serum levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and thrombomodulin (TM) in pregnancy patients with chronic hypertension. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Methods:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Selected patients with chronic hypertension (mild to moderate) during pregnancy, who were enrolled and delivered in the Beijing Tongren Hospital Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology between January 1, 2019 and December 30, 2020. The patients were randomly divided into control group (60) and experimental group (60). The control group was treated with labetalol and the test group was treated with labetalol and aspirin. The therapeutic effect and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. The serum levels of ET-1 and TM were measured before treatment and one week after treatment. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Systolic blood pressure (SBP) decreased significantly one week after treatment in the two groups (P < 0.05). One week after treatment, the values of ET-1 and TM in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of Preeclampsia, intrauterine growth retardation, oligohydramnios, placental abruption, Cesarean section and preterm birth in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups, especially Preeclampsia and Intrauterine Growth Retardation (P < 0.05). </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Besides routine treatment, aspirin can improve the outcome of pregnant women with chronic hypertension, which may be related to the regulation of ET-1 and TM by aspirin.</span></span></span></span>

文摘We demonstrate few-cycle pulse generation based on double-stage all-fiber nonlinear pulse compression from a thulium-doped fiber laser at a repetition rate of∼199.74 MHz.The homemade laser provides an average power of 130 mW,serving as the seed for subsequent amplification.After amplification,significant spectral broadening to an octave-spanning bandwidth(1.2 to 2.4μm)is attained through self-phase modulation-dominated nonlinear effects in an ultrahigh numerical aperture fiber and a highly nonlinear fiber.Followed by a two-stage nonlinear compressor,the system directly delivers near transform-limited pulses with a pulse duration of 19.8 fs(2.9 cycles at a central wavelength of 2000 nm)and a pulse energy of 3.37 nJ.To the best of our knowledge,this result is the shortest pulse duration directly generated from a thulium-doped fiber laser.This robust and simplified all-fiber system provides a promising route toward practical mid-infrared frequency comb generation and mid-infrared spectroscopy.

文摘Acute kidney injury(AKI)has high incidence and mortality rates,with its vicious cycle involving inflammation,oxidative stress,and apoptosis often leading to rapid decline in renal function.Current treatments face multiple challenges:lack of targeted drugs,limited efficacy of conventional therapies with significant systemic side effects,difficulty in drug delivery to the kidney's unique structure,susceptibility to re-injury,rapid disease progression,a narrow intervention window,and high risk of irreversible damage.To address these issues,we developed the near-infrared II(NIR-II)-excited photothermal nanocomposite Cu_(2-X)Se@AHI.Constructed via coordination selfassembly,this material offers advantages of structural controllability,spatiotemporal precision,and non-invasive treatment.Upon NIR-II laser activation,it achieves deep tissue penetration and low-toxicity photothermal conversion,generating mild thermal stimulation in the kidney to specifically induce heat shock protein 70(HSP70)expression.HSP70 stabilizes the inhibitor ofκB alpha–IκB kinase beta(IκBα–IKKβ)complex,inhibiting the nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)pathway to synergistically exert anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and anti-apoptotic effects.Furthermore,HSP70 upregulation enhances cellular resilience and promotes tissue repair,enabling a dual mechanism from injury blockade to active restoration.This strategy overcomes limitations of existing therapies,offering a novel pathway with high translational potential for AKI treatment.

文摘Objective: To investigate the role of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ cytokines in the microenvironment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: 180 patients participating were enrolled in this trial, where 50 cases are in control group, 50 cases are in low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) group, 50 cases are in high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) group, and 30 cases have cervical carcinoma. ELISA methods are used to detect the expression of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ in the lavage fluid, and all data is analyzed using one-way analysis of variance. Results: The expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ in cervical lavage fluid gradually decreases with the aggravation of the lesion. The expression of IL-4 and IL-10 increases by the aggravation of pathological changes. There were statistically significant differences in IL-2 level among the four groups. IFN-γ levels are significantly different between the cervical cancer group and the other groups, also between HSIL and LSIL group, and between HSIL and the control group, but no statistically significant difference was observed in IFN-γ e between LSIL and the control group. The expressions of IL-4 and IL-10 between the cervical cancer group and the other groups were significantly different, and also between HSIL and the control group. But there was no statistically significant difference between LSIL and the control group, HSIL and LSIL. Conclusion: The cytokines of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ in the microenvironment of the cervix play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. This study may provide the evidence for diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
文摘作为微电子器件的理想电源,全固态薄膜锂电池(TFB)已经被广泛地研究了几十年,并开始进入商业化应用。然而,目前关于失效TFB的回收与再利用的研究几乎没有,这将会阻碍TFB的可持续发展。本工作针对因金属锂负极失效而造成电池失效的TFB,提出了一种简单的基于最常见LiCoO_(2)(LCO)/LiPON/LiTFB(F-TFB)的直接回收再利用的方法。研究发现,F-TFB中的金属锂负极薄膜在循环过程会被部分氧化从而造成电池失效。我们提出利用无水乙醇溶液有效地溶解并去除F-TFB上失效的金属锂负极部分,从而快速地回收底层的LCO/LiPON薄膜。结构分析和表面分析结果表明,回收的LCO/LiPON薄膜中的LCO正极的晶体结构、LCO/LiPON的界面结构以及LiPON电解质的表面保持完好,使其再利用成为了可能。进一步地,我们在回收的LCO/LiPON薄膜上依次沉积了LiPON和Li薄膜,构建得到了电化学性能恢复的LCO/LiPON/LiTFB,并获得了与新制备的TFB相一致的比容量(0.223 m Ah·cm^(-2))、良好的倍率性能和循环寿命(500次循环后容量保持率为77.3%)。这种简单而有效的回收再利用方法有望延长固态电池的使用寿命,减少能源和资源消耗,促进固态电池的可持续发展。
