The garden in“A Dream of Red Mansions”represents a blend of Northern and Southern private gardens,the imperial garden(House of Reunion),and folk culture(Paddy-Sweet Cottage).It embodies the maturity of Chinese garden artistry.This paper examines the classical gardening techniques employed in the garden architecture of“A Dream of Red Mansions,”focusing on five aspects:borrowed view,opposite view,framed view,obstructed view,and highlighted view.It explores how the changes in the garden reflect the transformations of the Jia family and the fortunes of its characters.By connecting specific scenes with the characters,it explores the significance of garden names,plant arrangements,and overall layout,analyzing how these elements reflect the personalities and destinies of the garden’s inhabitants.From the character of the garden to the characters within it,the evolution of the garden mirrors the lives of its inhabitants,reflecting their personal histories,emotional journeys,and the eventual rise and fall of their fortunes. 展开更多

Organic Geochemical Characteristics of Source Rocks of Hongshuizhuang Formation in the Mengjiawopu Section of Lingyuan-Ningcheng Basin in North China

Through the regional geological survey,outcrop section measurement and other field geological work,a block of black shale is found at the outcrop of Mengjiawopu Section of Hongshuizhuang Formation in Jixian County,and organic geochemical source rock analysis and evaluation methods are used to study the source rocks in Hongshuizhuang Formation.The set of source rocks is mainly gray-black silty mudstone and gray-black shale,with a cumulative thickness of 78 m;the total organic matter(TOC)is generally high,with an average content of 1.35%,of which good and rich source rock samples account for 86%.A combined analysis of the stable carbon isotope of kerogen,the correlation between Pr/nC17 and Ph/nC18,and the ratio of saturated hydrocarbon to aromatic hydrocarbon identifies that the organic matter is mainly TypeⅡkerogen;the equivalent vitrinite reflectance R o of organic matter is from 1.68%to 1.94%.R c,the correlation of the methylphenanthrene index(MPI)against the vitrinite reflectance is from 1.63%to 1.81%,with an average of 1.71%,and the Odd/Even Predominance(OEP)value is between 0.87 and 1.11,both indicating that the source rocks of the Hongshuizhuang Formation are at the stage of high to over maturation.In summary,the set of source rocks in Hongshuizhuang Formation is characterized by high organic matter content,good kerogen types,and high to over maturation stage. 展开更多

The chief aim of the present work is to investigate the controversy origin of natural gas in the Ordos Basin by using the hydrocarbons of oil water. New evidence has been found: There is relatively high content of light hydrocarbons and low content of heavy components in the hydrocarbons fraction of oil water in the middle gas field of the Majiagou Formation, Ordovician reservoir. The hydrocarbons of oil water in Well Shan 12 and Well Shan 78 have relatively high abundance of tricyclic terpane. Tricyclic ter-pane/hopane of the two samples are 1.48 and 0.36, respectively. They also show that pregnane and hompregnane are in relatively high abundance with lower hopane/sterane ratio. Pr/Ph is less than 2.0. These characteristics reflected the source input of marine carbonate sedimentary environment. In contrast, the hydrocarbon of Well Shan 81 is lack of tricyclic terpane series and pregnane. It has a high hopane/sterane ratio and Pr/Ph is 3.27. These parameters are typical character of terrestrial organic 展开更多
