Methanol-to-hydrocarbons(MTH)reaction comprises a set of crucial catalytic processes to produce light olefins,gasoline,or aromatics.MTH reaction is a classic example of reaction complexity in zeolite catalysis.The molecular understanding of reaction routes and deactivation mechanisms still encounters many challenges.Herein,we chose HZSM-22 zeolite with the simple one-dimensional 10-membered ring(10-MR)channel as a prototypical system,leveraging the spatial nanoconfinement effect of its unique pore architecture to minimize reaction complexity.The identification of the molecular structures of coke species with acene-,biphenyl-,or fluorene-typed structures was made possible through a combination of the advanced matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(MALDI FT-ICR MS)with the gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)technique.With this,we uncovered two modes of growth mechanism of coke molecules,i.e.,a stepwise route and a dehydrogenative coupling route.The findings deepen the mechanistic understanding of zeolite deactivation and provide a theoretical foundation for designing coke-resistant catalysts. 展开更多

To explore the establishment of a tissue culture and rapid propagation system of Tilia amurensis,the effects of basic medium and concentrations and ratios of plant growth regulators on tissue culture and rapid propagation of T.amurensis were studied.The results showed that 1/2 MS medium was the most suitable proliferation medium,and the proliferation coefficient could reach 13.5 after adding 0.05 mg/L 6-BA and 0.03 mg/L IBA;MS medium was the most suitable medium for strong plantlets and rooting,and the best medium for strong plantlets was MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.03 mg/L GA_(3),with which the average plantlet height reached 5.15 cm;and the best rooting medium was MS+1.0 mg/L6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,with which the rooting rate was 93.3%and the number of roots was 5.7 roots. 展开更多

[Objectives]To investigate the protective effect of ethanol extract from sweet potato leaves on liver injury induced by CCl_(4)in mice.[Methods]25 ICR mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,high-dose extract group(200 mg/kg),low-dose extract group(100 mg/kg)and positive control group(2 mg/kg colchicine),with 5 mice in each group.All groups except the blank group were given intraperitoneal injection of 20%CCl 4 olive oil solution(2 mL/kg),and the blank group was given the same dose of olive oil solution three times a week.After 4 weeks,each administration group was given the corresponding dose of drugs(10 mL/kg),and the blank group and model group were given the corresponding amount of normal saline for 2 weeks.After the last intragastric administration,fasting was required,but water was allowed,blood was taken from eyeballs,and upper serum was taken by static centrifugation.Serum AST,ALT,CRP,IL-6 and SOD levels were detected by the kit.[Results]Compared with the blank group,the serum AST and ALT levels in the model group were significantly increased;compared with the model group,the ethanol extract of sweet potato leaves could decrease the levels of ALT,AST,CRP,IL-6 and increase the level of SOD in serum.[Conclusions]The ethanol extract of sweet potato leaves had protective effect on the mice with liver injury induced by CCl_(4),and its mechanism may be to protect the liver by lowering enzymes,inhibiting inflammation and antioxidant stress. 展开更多
